I had to switch stalls and still had problems. Out of soap, pressure is low, hoses cracked. I don't recommend this location as they seem to not keep up with maintenance. read more

Editing my review. The past 4 times I've gone by there, only 1-2 bays work and of that only 1 bay does the soap actually work. The sprayers barely work. I don't know if they sold it to someone else, or what but it's definitely taking a turn for the worse. I'll have find somewhere else to wash my car. read more

I went to Lakeside and decided to get the "Touchless" wash for my new car I chose the $15 option and proceeded to get my car washed. After the wash, I drove over to the sheds with the vacuum cleaners to clean the interior of my car and to completely dry off my vehicle. What I found out was the "touchless" wash was a total waste of money as my car was not really dirty, but was dusty and had water spots on the hood and fenders from being next to a sprinkler. I had to wipe down the hood with the chamois cloth and while that got the spots off the hood, I discovered that there was places on my car that still had dust on it. I wash my car once a week and baby this car by normally hand washing and drying the vehicle but that normally takes almost 2 hours. I thought by taking it to a "touchless" car wash, I'd reduce my time significantly. But instead I was out $15 and spent almost 45 minutes cleaning my car's exterior. Conclusion: don't waste your money on the "touchless" wash for $15, there are cheaper options that one can select. If your car is heavily dirty, don't count on the wash to clean your car. read more

There was a network glitch and neither of the automated car washes accepted credit cards. I was here a several weeks ago and experienced the same issue. Put some change in and was only able to use the tire cleaner on low pressure. I didn't want to risk wasting more money on other lanes so I gave up after only 1 of 6 settings I tried worked. I've been coming here for about 8 months and I absolutely love it! It's always clean and everything always works really good. Every now and again I see the owner out here and he always gives me a free drying towel. If you're in the Lewisville area don't get your car washed anywhere else! read more

I was there this past Saturday and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Used the automatic car wash next to the office.... that machine is honestly a joke. Spit out maybe a few drops of soap.... and then the brushes just scrubbed and moved around the dirt.. by the time the dryers turned on we quickly realized that was messed up as well being that it only barely moved half of the cars water .. I tried calling twice and no answer.. I was finally able to text the owner today and he offered a free car wash (why would I want to go back there??) I was not able to get my money back. point is we have been through many automatic car washes and KNOW that automatic car wash was not working properly and owner is refusing to admit that... read more

Wasted money on the machine all machine broken n very low quality products do not recommend save your money n drive somewhere else

One of the automatic washes was closed, so naturally I went into the open one. After paying for "The Works," I got to sit in the wash while the arms danced back and forth around my car, cleaning it with the power of persuasion. Needless to say, it would have worked a hell of a lot better with soap and water. On the plus side, the drying vents did work at the end of the process, but I'm not sure that was worth $12. I go here pretty regularly due to convenience - I choose to go to the automatic stalls because I'm just not skilled at the self service option. The auto stalls are fine - they could be more high tech but they could also be worse. Anyway, I am giving this place 5 stars for the awesome customer service. I purchased the "works" car wash in one of the auto stalls and it malfunctioned half way through so my car wash never finished. Bummer. The next day I sent a text to the phone # provided by google and, to be honest, I wasn't expecting much, let alone a reply. But to my delight, I was responded to right away! Pleased that Daniel, the manager, met with me personally to explain different bay wands intentionally operate at different low to high pressures . Higher pressure wands on left as you face bays. Would help to have better signage explaining such and a little better maintenence by emptying garbage more often but very pleased with manager. read more

I have used this car wash 3 times in the last 2 months. Tried 3 different bays and the vacuums 2 times. The vacuums both times have below average suction. This is the best I have to say about this place. Let me start with the wash bays. Very low pressure! If you use pre wash it takes almost 2 minutes for the solution to get to the spray nozzle. There is one positive it takes credit/debit cards. But the wash is almost worthless. read more

Don't let this location fool you. This little car wash location has everything you need to keep your car brand new! Went by on a Sunday and surprisingly I was shocked to see that it closes at 10PM! This car wash offers a brush automatic car wash, touchless automatic car wash , self service car wash & vacuums. *Brush Automatic - Did not try this one but the equipment looked like it was well kept and clean. *Touchless Automatic - Now this one is my favorite. I have tried plenty of touchless/brushless automatic car wash and none of them exceed my expectations. This current location keeps their equipment so well clean and well attended. I was lucky to had stop by when the owner was doing his round. I wasn't sure of the process so he walked me through it. It was nice to know that they also clean & refill their cleaners daily in order to ensure that no wash goes unnoticed. Various pay options from coins/bills/credit cards. I was more than happy to go all out and go for their $10 wash (The Works). As far as the wash this touchless automatic started out with a very strong rinse, lots of soaps, tri foam, very good high pressure water which did a good job on going all around the car 360 degrees! The only down side of the wash was probably the drying process but the location had several spots where you can stop your car and do a quick towel dry. As for myself I just went through the self-service wash and used the air blower which costed about $1.50 for 5 minutes of service. *Self service wash - Plenty of soap, brushes, and they also had an air blower! To dry your car. Thumbs up on that one. *Vacuums - Clean and well maintenanced. Great suction. Some of them were out of service though but the location had about 7-8 vacuums so you will be okay. read more

Pulled up to use the automatic car wash and the screen was unreadable. I followed the instructions and swiped my card. Nothing happened so naturally I tried one more time. This time it worked. I called the number posted on the building and told them I was charged 7.00 twice for a total of $14. No call back, no refund. Terrible customer service. I always frequent Lakeside Car Wash, as I have the last 3 years. it's so convenient and close, and never had a problem. This most recent visit I paid and used the Touchless and I noticed very little soap and water pressure. I thought that was strange. After i drove my car out, it was confirmed because my car was still dirty. I called the customer service line and the owner told me that he would make it right and he did.
