Although I don't want my fellow Coppellians or Valley ranchers to know these guys are here for my own selfless reasons.... and the place needs a remodel( little run down) I feel like this CAR WASH is the best bang for your buck anywhere ( that I have found in recent years) I wash my truck once a week so I know a thing or two about car washes.... I think. These guys really clean your car.... all 4 sides exterior and with lout going to the level of a detail service, they nail the inside... all wiped down and vacuumed nicely. This is consistent week to week They want the bug marks off my truck, they want the tires to actually shine. They power wash pre wash and wipe the entire car down post... truely spotless service. The same core group of workers have been there for years If you go in not peak times, they knock it out in a timely manner They actually ... mostly are friendly And again they ensure the car is clean inside and out... all for a market rate. I m only doing this, as I don't regular post, because as I sit here ( watch them clean) and think about a good solid product for a market price.... that's America! there is no better place and they deserve to be recognize ( if anybody reads Yelp or this post) Thank you Spiffy or Vintage or whatever the name is now... Today was my last visit after coming here almost monthly for 3.5 years. Today there was no one there but one other car, but for the first time ever they did not remove all the dog fur which is the whole reason I go, and the reason I tip well, because I recognize it causes a little more time though otherwise my car is clean and easy. There were 4 people cleaning the car and they had nothing else to do but he said I need to pay $20 extra. Nope and no tip. I left and came home to finish cleaning it myself, and found they didn't even wipe down the doors, seats or any dust. So much for "the works" package. read more

Basically the place is poorly organized. When you drive up, it's alot to look at and hard to know where you need to go. I pull into the wrong slot, I'm told to back up and two cars pull in in front of me. You wait in the shop area. I wanted to buy a scent for my car but I didn't know how to do it. Noone was in the shop. The experience was frustrating. I went back months later and stupid me couldn't figure out the right slot again, and was told to move to the right one. I backed up and decided to leave because I was immediately reminded of my last experience here. read more

I got a groupon for 3 interior exterior green washes, they are very quick and they do clean well inside and out. Originally the price is $20. they are very quick! I was in line with about 3-5 cars ahead of me, and my car was finished within 30 minutes. I actually did not know that my car was finished until the employee that gave me my ticket told me I was probably already finished with what car wash I got. I wish they would announce the cars that are finished thru the speaker system or something. read more

I don't understand the other poor posts. I went here for the first time on 2.12.19 and had the most amazing job done on my BMW. Paid $30 for a "wash and cleaning inside". I got a bit miffed after waiting 30+ min for my car to be done. But once inside, I totally understood why. It was amazing and worth every minute and $. I was so please, I made a point of stopping by the next day to tell the manager how impressed I was with the level of care and attention to detail the staff gave my car. All 3 of my family members have gone here for years BUT NOT AFTER TODAY! When I got home I noticed they didn't wipe the inside of my doors. I took my car back and the guy taking payments argued with me and said they only do that with the $40 not the $19 I paid for. REALLY...I told him they normally do that. The manager came over and the guy said this lady wants us to wipe down the inside of her doors and the manager looked like a deer in headlights!!! He did nothing! Without a doubt the worst car wash experience. They were not very busy when I arrived yesterday yet I waited 49 minutes for a car wash. They seem to be understaffed and the staff that was there seemed to be working on their own time clock. After 32 minutes I asked for a refund. However the electricity chose that time to go out in the building. The credit card machine and the car wash went down. When my car was finally washed and detailed the front windshield as well as the bumpers were not cleaned (as was part of the car wash package I paid for). Also, I requested the back of my truck to be vacuumed and that was not done either. Poor service, an and inordinately long wait time, I won't be patronizing that business again. read more

I'm weird and hate getting my car washed. I tend to put it off as long as humanly possible. I went for a cleaning and just pulled up and told the guy that I need a clean car. He told me my options along with the cost and I picked the $30 option because I knew how dirty my car was. When I got my car back I was shocked! I think they did everything but shampoo the carpet and seats! I was not expecting my car to look as great as it does right now. Not only does it look amazing but they told me to make sure to come back within 5 days for another cleaning for free!! Great staff and amazing work!! Be careful at this location. On 3-17-19 one of the people who cleaned my car took $2 dollars in quarters from my cup holder. The quarters were under a couple business cards. This business formerly operated under the name Vintage Car Wash & now does business as GO Express. It has changed a lot & not for the better. You'll only find it open on good, dry weather days. If an ounce of rain falls, then this place closes & stays closed faster than a Venus flytrap gobbling up a gnat. It's located near my home & I've had my car serviced here several times. Close proximity took me here, but I don't plan on returning. I've observed some frequent activity at this place that appears to be drug-dealing. Many cars coming & going but not getting serviced; employees going to the cars & exchanging money for items in plain paper or Ziplock bags. Now, of course I have no proof except for my observations made as a customer and being familiar with what drug activity actually looks like (Crime Watch & volunteering with local police departments, people!). There's always the chance that the employees have good friends who are delivering lunches & snacks to the workers. Frequently. Quick stop & go, Cash only...look around A LOT first...the handoff! I did recently observe a worker being physically attacked by two men who beat him with a wrench; they were demanding their "money or the snow.". It was quite frightening & unusual for such an event to occur in a suburb that is often referred to as "the Coppell Bubble." I left as quickly as I could and have not returned since. read more

I'll start off with this: Go Express Wash has an EXTREMELY awkward/confusing setup for new customers. I remember pulling up to get a wash here a couple months ago, but ultimately backed out because I wasn't sure where to go. Anyway, I had a Groupon to redeem for three washes, so I tried again. There weren't clear instructions on where to redeem it, so I walked inside the main building, waited for the one-girl-randomly-walking-about to notice me, then presented my voucher. She took it and told me to tell the guy outside that I had a Groupon. So I get in my car and take it to the guy and he's hesitant/reluctant, but tells me to follow the car in front of me. So I follow it to the automatic wash and the person in the car gets out and starts prepping it (apparently he's an employee). I ASSUME I'm supposed to just sit in my car and drive it through the wash myself, but can't be sure because I was given no instruction. But I get through it, park it, then go back into the main building to figure out how to redeem the rest of my washes (I could have easily driven away). The girl gives me two tickets to use in the future for the rest of my washes. As I walk out, there are apparently people hand-drying my car. I didn't have any cash, so I awkwardly looked at the guys and drove away. Overall, this place has a lack of communication/awareness for new customers. (I guess they assume only the rich folks in Coppell who go here every day are their only customers.) That being said, I was "fairly" pleased with my wash. The body looked great, but there were a bunch of smudge marks on the windshield. Glad I didn't tip. I'll be back to redeem the rest of my Groupon, but they'll have to seriously improve their service/communication if I'm going to return after that or give them more stars. read more

I'm not sure why the website is linked with this business but I do not believe the website is related to Vintage Car Wash. But that's not here nor there. How about the car wash, eh? I went on a Saturday morning at around 11:30. The place wasn't too busy though I sort of expected it. You pull your car up and choose the type of wash and detail. From my recollection, the basic wash only was $9, the next up were $12, $20, and $30. I chose the $20 wash and the guy did a pretty good job vacuuming my car. Be sure to take all of the stuff out of your car so that it gets thoroughly vacuumed. Then the car goes through the machine wash. I was very impressed with the high-powered jet of water that cleaned the underbody and the wheels. You can watch everything from the waiting area which was kept clean and neat. Friendly cashier is waiting to take your payment and you can purchase other car accessories. After you make the payment, you step out the door and you'll see a tip box. This was nice because I always felt uncomfortable giving tip directly to someone because sometimes, more than one guy would be working on my car and it just seemed unfair. By putting your tip in the box, you ensure that everyone gets a fair share. Oh, and they do look over occasionally to see if you're putting in the tip. And if you were like me, they would have no difficulty figuring out who the car belongs to (I stare at mine all the way until it's finished). I was very pleased with how quickly and how well they did their job finishing my car. No water spot left, no streaks, and no soap residues. Definitely will go here more often. And there's free car wash with every oil change. read more

My last trip, a memento that was given to me from a priest when I turned 16 (I am 29 now) was taken from my car. I am sure they just threw it away. I bought the Groupon for 3 interior/exterior washes. After my first wash, I was lukewarm about the wash. It seemed pretty superficial (no vacuuming under the seats, etc.) On my second visit, I used my last two washes on my car and my girlfriend's car. First, we were really disappointed with the washes. Straw wrappers and crumbs still remained in areas that should've been easily vacuumed. Additionally, dirt was still visible on the dash. However, the worst was my girlfriend's missing audio cable for her stereo. It was definitely there beforehand and wasn't afterward. It's hard to know whether it was dropped or worse, but when we tried to have them help us find it, they seemed uninterested in helping us find it or offering any sort of apology or remediation. Went in for a wash and detail.......not impressed in the least. A total waste of money. Still had dirt on the outside of my car even though they wiped it down. It looked like they didn't vacuum the floor boards since there was still debris along the edges. Found a whole cookie, a wrapper, and a small stone on the floor in back. Lots of dirt left in the back of the SUV. Just no attention to the details of detailing my auto. Another customer that was waiting experienced the same thing. They took his car back to try again. The front counter girl seemed unconcerned and the manager never came out of his office. In addition, the employee that checked me in didn't tell me about the early bird $5 off special when he was quoting me my price options. Only after I asked if they offered any sort of discount or coupon did he mention it. Wonder if he forgot, or maybe he wanted to pocket the extra cash. WILL NOT visit this car wash again and recommend that others don't either. Plenty of local places to wash and detail your car. Don't waste your money here. read more

Inspite of my friends letting me know not to go there , I did go there , not once but 3 times. Here is what happened 1. First time around, the misplcased my back seat car mat , and they said, I never came in with the mat !! weird. 2. It was just a exterior wash , just okey , like any other car wash 3. I went in paid for wash and wax, the car came out washed but not waxed after 1 hr, and I asked why , and one of them said " we have many cars and we do mess up some" . They charged me $30 don't know for what, they said they "super cleaned" the car .... But I came out "Super Angry" from this place. Like other reviewers, I found my first visit here to be confusing. I kinda hung out front for a bit, then they gestured for me to go around to the back. I found the back a bit confusing as well. I went with the $20 wash deal, and then went for the $10 upgrade to have them clean the dash, cup holders, and center console. I was very impressed initially, then noticed they had not done a through vacuuming job on the rear seats. That said, the rest of their work was first rate. They did a terrific job on all the glass, including removing some adhesive tape that I had failed miserably at removing. The dash, cupholders, and center console were not merely cleaned, they looked detailed! Very impressive! But it took awhile. I'm used to the car coming out and being worked on in front of me, but they drove it around to the back, where I first dropped it off. After about 45 minutes, I was getting nervous, and asked how much longer. It took them 10 minutes to tell me 3 more minutes. By the time I left, it had been almost an hour total. If they had told me when I dropped off the car that the extra service would take an hour, but they didn't...and all I was expecting was a "cleaning", not a detail job, I probably would have been fine with the extra time. Overall, really good work. When I picked up my bride from work, she immediately noticed how much better the interior looked. 'Nuff said! read more

it's close to my job and my car was FILTHY! So, I haven't had my car washed in probably a month and a half. it was starting to really get out of control, even the interior was dusty and the mats were starting to grow mini trees from all of the leaves. I normally visit Mi-T-Fine in Irving off Beltline, but seeing as how this place is closer to my job and I couldn't take looking at my car in it's filth any longer I decided to go over on my lunch break. they have a pretty decent "menu" of selections on different types of washes they offer and other services such as oil changes and state inspections. I paid $16 to have my full interior cleaned and exterior washed and tires polished. They did a pretty good job, and didn't adjust my seat which is a pain to get back in the perfect place! y'all know what I'm talking about! Anywho.... the staff was ok. Like some of the other reviewers here, I've been frequenting this car wash for years with top-notch results. My issue today was the lack of customer service from the gentleman who was processing car wash customers. I asked for a basic car wash and Armor-All on the tires. He pointed toward the board with the various car wash options and said "$16 or $20" instead of saying 'that's the x option or the y option'. I asked him which best matched what I asked for and he returns with a question and asks if I want only the tires washed or if I want both the tires and the wheels. Thinking both would be washed either way, I asked him what he meant and he got really impatient and started explaining how the car wash works and which sprayers came on with which service! By now, I've had a chance to read the board and I notice that the line which explains what will happen to the tires is EXACTLY the same for both levels of service. The only difference between the $16 and $20 options is an undercarriage wash which I didn't ask for. So, not only is the guy taking the requests rude and unhelpful, the signs for the services are misleading. Then, while I'm walking away from my truck, a lady drove in and proceeded to stop at the vacuum stations instead of at the stop sign where he is supposed to take the car wash order. Granted, it was a mistake but it didn't warrant him yelling 'MAAM' at her as she drove by. She didn't do any harm other than make him walk an extra 10 feet or so. In my opinion, he could have just as easily walked to her car and gently pointed out the stop sign so she would know what to do next time. I did speak to the manager (Eric) who at least listened to me but he didn't really act like he particularly cared or would do anything about it. He asked me twice if I had already paid (I believe he intended to reduce or comp my bill) but I told him I wasn't interested in getting anything free - I just wanted to give him a chance to improve the service. To be fair, they did a pretty good job on my truck. The windshield still had a few bug spots on it but overall, the truck was clean so at least that part of the experience was different from most of the rest of the recent reviewers. Also, the lady inside (Kisha I think) where you pay is great! She's friendly and a pleasure to talk to, promptly called the manager and was the same with the customers that came to her counter while I waited for the manager. Maybe they should put her outside to take the car wash orders! Bottom line - I won't go back mostly because of the poor customer service but also because of the poor car wash comments on yelp. It sounds like them doing a basically good job on my truck was an exception to the rule. Hate to say it but they won't be in business very long if they don't find a way to treat their customers better and provide a better product. read more

I really do not like giving negative reviews. However, I would not recommend the detail service here at all. Paid $130 and added a $20 tip (ahead of receiving car back) for what was at best a halfway decent wash. I feel as though I just lit fire to $150. May be decent for a quick wash but that's all. Hopefully they better themselves with detail and take the time to really perfect and inspect their work before delivering to the client. My car was returned to me with break dust all over the wheels, my windshield wasn't properly cleaned as it was very streaked and smudged, the interior was decent except that where the dash and doors were wiped were streaked with something. Sad - I was truly hoping to have a new "go to" place for details. read more

I went here for a interior detailing on my car. I wasn't all that impressed. The customer service was a bit weird and iffy, and it seemed like everyone waited forever for their cars. I personally had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes before mine was ready. I thought that was a little overkill. I can understand 30-45 minutes for detailing, but an hour and 45 minutes?? Come on now. Also, the guy who gave me my ticket said it would be $80 if I was paying cash or $90 if I was paying credit. I only had credit, so I wasn't given the "$10 dicount" which was a little irritating. As far as I can tell, the inside of my car looks good for what I paid, but it does smell musty now. I'm not sure if they used clean water when shampooing my seats or not. I guess it could always be that and/or damp car seats in the Texas heat. Be careful, be very careful of this business. I brought my car in for a wash today. While waiting in the waiting room, I was approached by a gentleman in the same uniform as the Go Express business. He stated he had performed an inspection of my car and found one chip on the windshield. We stated we were aware of the chip. He stated he could repair it for $30. We believed he was an employee of "Go Express" and asked him if his repair was as good as on the Safelite commercials; the ones where you really cannot notice the chip after the repair. He stated that not only was his method as good, but even better. We gave him the OK to make the repair based on our belief that it was "Go Wash" who was doing the repair. About fifteen minutes later, this same individual came to us in the waiting room and stated the car was ready, did we want to go see it? We walked out with him and as soon as we got to the front of our car, we were shocked. Not only was the repair more noticeable than before (nothing on the chip had "disappeared"; but now there were two additional chips with cracks within eighteen inches of the original chip. The repair wasn't even level with the windshield, there was a dip. We asked several times to talk with the manager of the car wash, but he kept delaying; trying to explain how it was a great repair job and that he didn't make the other chips; however, he couldn't explain how he "missed" those two chips during his inspection or during the repair of the original chip. I then started to walk into the car wash to get a manager when this person stated that he didn't actually work for the car wash! Long story short - "Go Express" car wash allows other companies to have reps on their premise and "inspect" customer's car without their permission. The "Go Wash" manager on site apologized but said we would have to deal with the other company. He acknowledged that "Go Express" allows vendors onsite in exchange for a cut of their profit. How can "Go Express" allow other vendors to approach customers on their premises; vendors who are dressed the same as the "Go Wash" employees, then allow the vendor to do a shoddy job or cause damage and then tell you that it is between you and the vendor? read more

One time I got oil change in here and they overflew the oil tank. Made my engine smokey and smell burn. NEVER CAME BACK

I checked in on Four Square and it featured a special: $4 off ANY wash. I drove up showed it to the attendant, and he didn't know anything about it, so we went it to ask the manager. By the time I got there they'd been discussing it and the attendant says that it's actually $4 off FULL SERVICE not ANY as specifically mentioned in the FS special, and they said they would update it. I then left with no car wash. I've been to this car wash a few times before in the past and it was OK, but I doubt I'll be going back if they honor coupons in this manner. read more

This place destroyed the paint on my brand new car and they are taking absolutely NO responsibility for it! I have been coming to this place for years and they do a fantastic job usually!? However, a few weeks ago I had them do a $25 hand wash on my new, white Lexus and the tire dressing they used slung all over the outside of all four wheel wells and after sitting on there for a couple weeks (I just had them wash the car again last Friday), I noticed that the excess tire black crap actually permanently stained my paint! I took it back on Tuesday and they were defensive; suggesting the stain is only "road tar"! Would really appreciate it if the owner would take responsibility for this and do the right thing. I decided to get the interior dash coating and they did not wipe it off. There were LARGE pools of it all over the interior. I asked them to write it properly and it was still pretty bad. I ended up having to grab a towel and wipe it as they watched. There were still spots all over the outside of the car, I pointed it out and they said there was nothing they could do saying they might scratch the paint. I've been to this car wash several times and the service is great. The staff is quick and friendly.

First time here. Very nice attendant greeted me. I had the Super Clean. Tip is that before 10am it is $5 off. I paid $25 instead of $30. I didn't know this so it was a nice surprise. Very clean waiting lobby and facilities. Car was very clean, not super detailed like if I had done it myself (I am a detail freak) but was very satisfied with job. I had something sticky on my windshield that wouldn't come off and they got that off too. Will be returning. Also like that they have a 5 day rainy day policy with receipt. Only reason not 5 stars is just not quite as detailed as I prefer. read more
