She was offered either a refund or extra flowers in the bouquet. The flowers arrived the next day and I sent a photo to my daughter thanking her. She then texted me back saying that the flowers looked nothing like the photo of what she ordered. After looking at the bouquet I can see that compared to roses, daisies, and an assortment of other premium flowers in complimentary but different colors which my daughter paid for, this bouquet had two roses, a few carnations, and a bunch of cheap filler in a monotone color scheme, and they didn't even slap on a bow. My daughter is a teacher and this was such a nice thing for her to do for me, so I was not happy that she was ripped off. So I phoned Desoto Florist to talk to someone about that. The store owner was right away using a defensive tone, pushing the blame on Teleflora. She first offered me a dozen roses to compensate. I asked her how she could possibly send something so different in quality in totally different colors! She said she used what she had on hand. I asked if she wanted to see a photo of what my daughter ordered to compare that to what I received, she got a really salty tone and I did as well. I just couldn't believe the horrible customer service. Anyway, she basically said it was Teleflora's fault and said don't use Teleflora. She was so rude and I returned that energy. She ended up hanging up on me. I was less concerned about the free roses she offered and more concerned about the rip-off.

I called on Saturday morning to send flowers to a 95 year-old friend. I wanted to surprise her…read more They said they would deliver it that day. I even received a text confirming the delivery. I waited to hear from her; finally, that night I called to see if she had received the delivery. No, and she had been home all day. On Monday, I called, and asked what happened, and I was told a mistake was made by the staff. They put down the wrong address, so the flowers were taken to the other store. They had my phone number and the recipient's phone number. They could have called for the correct address. But sending the text that the flowers had been delivered is wrong on many, many levels.
