He measured and marked the pants, and took my payment with indifference. On the day of the scheduled pickup, I was called to come in and have the pants re-marked for alteration. Sometime during the time the measurements were made and the pickup time was scheduled, the person who was actually going to hem the pants discovered what appeared to be random tailoring marks, making it impossible for her to know where to hem them. It was stated that no mark on a leg matched any mark on the other leg. When I came in to get re-measured, I was greeted well, and the gentleman who did the measuring was very considerate, asking me several questions about the occasion to which I would be wearing the pants, and while the pants were being altered, brought me a bottle of chilled water and engaged me in pleasant conversation. If not for the first visit, I would be giving this establishment a 5-star rating. Perhaps the person who I interacted with first was just having a bad day.

That wasn't a problem even though the person to checkout right in front of me was told his suit alterations would be done within 2 days (he was a VIP customer & I was a first time client) ok I get it. I gave the alterations an extra day and drove over 40 miles to pick up the clothes. After not finding my order the owner went to check with the alterations person. He came out and told me they weren't ready and didn't say when they would be. I expressed that I was told I could pick up my order on Tuesday the 25th and it is now Wednesday afternoon? Again zero information of when a "Non-VIP Customer" could pick-up their clothes. The owners resolve was to refund my money! Not I apologize and will get right on it. No I got the covid excuse of why they couldn't call me to let me know it would be delayed and when I could expect to pick up my clothes. Needless to say I accepted the refund and initially was charged again for the order and the owner had a staff member correct the error to the error. I understand that the options for high end clothing is minimal at best in Tyler and Harley's doesn't need new clients to shop in their store. Here's the rundown:…read more Ordered 8 suits 2 months in advance for my wedding. Suits arrived about 4 weeks later as agreed upon, in order for myself to deliver to Little Rock and Fayetteville, AR for alterations. However, of these 8 suits, there were about 4 different brand names, about 4 different shades of gray, one suit the wrong size, and one suit missing from the order. This was and is unacceptable. I offered the guy 2 more weeks to make the order right or requested my money back so I could go to a reputable store. It's now less than 2 weeks before the wedding, no suits are in, and no money has been returned. Additionally, the guy "assures me" they will be here the day before the wedding. Give me a break, and yourself one and go to Dillard's.

They then tried to reassure us by saying that the tuxes would be in one day before the wedding, which leaves no time for the inevitable alterations that would be needed due to the incompetence of this company.
