I knew he was the one to help us because he wore a tape measure hanging around his neck. We were looking for a new suit and a sports coat....I regret not writing his name down because this gentleman knew the merchandise so well he could describe which ones were the most comfortable for this Tyler heat and humidity in the summer. This store happened to be making immediate preparations to close and move to a new mall in south Tyler, so while the employee was eager to help us find a good fit, we walked out with one great-fitting sports coat and recommendations to see another Men's Wearhouse as his store would close in two days and not reopen until the fall. We needed the suit very soon so we are taking his advice. However, this fall I am sure when my husband needs another quality item to add to his wardrobe, he will shop at the new location and look for this Texas gentleman (born in Corpus Christi!!) to assist him in making just the right selection.

Even despite the large number of customers, everything was organized at a high level: order taking was fast, the staff was polite, and they immediately gave a clear understanding of when everything would be ready. I especially appreciate that despite being busy, they try to find a solution that suits you. It is clear that every customer is important to them, even when the day is not easy. I received my items on time and in excellent condition just as I expected. This is one of those places where they know what quality and a professional approach mean. My daughter contacted Spellbound that Saturday, Sunday and Monday to check status. One day they told her they had just opened 30 minutes prior and were too busy to check, the other two days they told her they would call her back. That failed to happen. The following Wednesday (way more than 1-2 day max time-frame), I called to inquire the status. Not only was the owner extremely rude, but she came up with every excuse while constantly over talking me as I asked questions. She told me she would call and check status and call me back with info. When she did call me back, very unprofessionally said it would be three days (so it would arrive the following Monday. This would be 8 days after purchasing. Also, if she had already ordered it like she said, and it takes three days, why would I need to wait another 3 days if she wasn't lying?! Also, take note, the shoes they sell look just like worn, used outdated relics. The owner has one thing on her mind, and that's your money. No wonder they only offer in-store credit, otherwise I would have bought anywhere but there.
