I am wrote this as I sat and waited so it is written in real time. I did wait a few days to post it. They claim to open at 8. I called at 8:10(I was sitting out front waiting for the door to open) when no one answered I found the voicemail completely full so I was unable to leave a message. The front desk girl strolled in at 8:25 when I came inside she was rude as hell to me when I checked in for my appointment. Than I was told WITH an appointment it would be minimum 4 hour wait to get in but more likely 6. When I was on a personal phone call the rude as hell front desk girl thought it was appropriate to comment on my phone call. "OH MY FUCKING GOD ITS ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS" I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The service is terrible and the front desk girl is RUDE AS FUCK. As of now I'm still sitting here waiting. As I am sitting in the waiting room the front desk girl tells the workers O she left. I am literally sitting in front of her desk but I'm not here. The. She has the audacity to say she never gave me the keys. I tried and was ignored. If I could give negative stars I would. You're receptionist is the face of your company. When she treats customers like pond scum it looks bad on everyone and everything. As I sit here waiting I have heard her be extremely rude to several other customers who came in. I have seen several people leave because of it. I literally just her heard tell a customer who asked for a quote on Windows for her home "go somewhere else." I have now been sitting here waiting 5 hours. The front desk girl is only "polite" when the boss is within ear shot, I have heard her ask several customers "What do you want?"like a pissed off teenager instead of hello or how can I help. She is the first person you speak to walking in the door and that's how she's treating people. I can see my windshield is done and my vehicle is parked out front but the front desk girl can't be bothered to stop her personal conversation on her phone to do her job. I totally want to sit here and listen to you talk politics and religion with your friend. Please don't let paying customers at your job interrupt your personal life. Also be warned if you call or receive a call from this office she has you on speaker phone and everyone including the customers are hearing both sides of the conversation. So after 6 hours a rude as hell receptionist and more parts of my truck broken than when I drove in. I am finally done. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Justin promised to make good on the damage he and his coworkers did to my car. They were working on the windows of an apartment building over a 150 miles from the location of his business. I was visiting someone and they drove the boom lift into my bumper. Small claims court will cost him more than had he made good on his promise. Not a good honest business man. read more

Despite numerous follow up calls asking for updates on my glass install I waited over two weeks before Justin returned my call. His quote for my 7x8 sheet of glass? $6500.00!! Needless to say I immediately went elsewhere and received a $2,700 bid for the exact same job. I would avoid Al's glass unless you have a lot of time and money to waste. read more

Does anyone know what's going on with this business at this time? My mother in law had work done a few months ago and one of the windows installed needed to be replaced. They never came back to do the work. She called and they must have forgotten because a month later it still wasn't done. Not a huge deal. But she called again 2 weeks ago and they said they would be out this week. It's Thursday, we've called, (no answer) we have emailed, no response, we even drove over to the building only to find a sign on the door - with no date that stated "we will be out for a few days- call or email". I chose AL's because of the reviews. I had a different experience that proved costly to me associated with time wasted and lost. Because of the lack of communication or better yet listening to what I was saying and then sharing the best course for me to take when I made the appointment. Let's start. I walked in to make an appointment. The place was empty at around 10am. I was asked if I could be helped. The young lady that greeted me was the same whom I spoke with over the phone. After giving her the particulars about the vehicle I stated (this is important) that I had no one in town to pick me up and that I had to be at work at 2:00 PM. So I would be waiting here for it. I asked for the earliest possible time in order to make sure I would get to work on time. She said that the following Monday morning would work and to be there by 9am to 9:30am. I replied I would be there at 9am. I was. I was working Sunday night (night before the appointment) and normally get off at 11pm but was asked to stay 4 hours overtime to help out the midnight shift. Knowing I had this appointment I turned down the O.T. I also have my other car in my friend's garage that I am replacing the coil springs on and need one more morning to complete that job. That was not going to happen either because of this appointment to get my windshield replaced at 9am, as set up. I live past Mardon / potholes, so it's a little bit of a drive but heading to work after the windshield was put in would work out as planned. So I drive in thinking that when someone in business make an appointment for you, you should be getting serviced within a reasonable time at the appointed time given the nature of the business. Not the case. I pull up with no place to park as the two bays are full of cars. Two people are tearing apart multiple cars windows at the same time. I walk in thinking this can't be good and as it turned out it wasn't. The same young lady asked if she could help me. I replied that we made an appointment for my windshield to be replace between 9 and 9:30 but it looks like you're not going to get to it anytime soon. SHE REPLIES... IT'S FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. I just about came unglued as the bays are full of cars and (NOT ONE PERSON WAS WAITING FOR THEIR CAR). Wh? because they have someone else to help them. I said FIRST COME FIRST SERVED is a very important statement that would have been nice if mentioned when I made the appointment. I could have been in an hour before they open to assure I would get to work on time and not have to sit any longer waiting for it to be done than I had to. After explaining to her my predicament when I made the appointment you would think "FIRST COME FIRST SERVED" would have been a very important part of the conversation making it clearly understood from her when I was scheduling. She NEVER once stated first come first served. If she or anyone claims otherwise they are out right not telling the truth. After mentioning that to her she was indifferent could have cared less. I said I can't get it done now! she replied "OK". That was it. Asked for the owner, he said "SORRY" and walked away. As indifferent as she was. Well trained. I lost $800. In Overtime. Lost the day in repair of my other car. Had to drive back home because I wasn't going to work at 9:30am. Added mileage and gas down the tubes. A total inexcusable failure on their part in scheduling my appointment. Most assuredly the young women that I made the appointment with is to blame for her lack of listening, or concern in taking care of her customers' needs. The worst of it was both her and the owner's indifference about it. If they reply to this and try to spin it any other way than what I wrote it will simply be untrue. I have MANY other things I need to get done. Going through this JOKE for service is not anything I have time to do or anyone else does that works for a living!... I don't even have time to write this but they in their indifference, not even showing the SLIGHTEST care or concern about what they or she did makes this worth the time. They get zero stars from me. Less than one. Remember.. I asked for the manager. The owner walked up to me and identified himself. I told him what happened. He said I'm sorry and walked away. PERIOD. He had nothing more to say. If they claim I was anything other than calm but firm on the facts about my complaint to her or him. They again will simply NOT BE TELLING THE TRUTH. PURE definition of indifference. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE to do (ANYTHING). All I got was her "OK" and his "I'm sorry" done. Could have cared less. The garage is full. He's making money and has no time for taking care of a customer they simply did wrong. read more

Our Dealership glass door got shattered by the wind and we needed a replacement ASAP. Al's Glass came quickly and gave us a quota within a couple hours. Not only was the price perfect for us, but they also recommended a different type of glass in the event that something happens again; the glass would perform better. They came the next business day and within 30 minutes they took the remaining broken glass out and had the new glass installed. I was amazed at how fast and efficiently they worked, definitely a Grade A service, with very polite employees. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I stopped in for a rock chip in my windshield. My insurance carrier was very difficult to work with. Reva went above and beyond to help me out. The chip was repaired and they had me on my way in no time! I would recommend them for the quality, professionalism and without a doubt, the customer service! Wish I could review how well this business performs its work, but I never got that far. Vandals broke four windows in my RV Trailer a couple weeks ago. Since we were out of town at the time I was told Al's Glass would come to the storage site, take measurements and order the glass for replacement. Because I couldn't have the windows covered with protective plastic until Al's came out to take measurements, etc., they have been sitting open to the elements and critters for the last two weeks, even though they kept promising to inspect the trailer. Got a call today saying they were sorry, but they couldn't do the job because the windows would have to be ordered from the manufacturer, and they didn't want to do that. Two weeks my friends, two weeks that could have been used to actually order the windows, had Al's been a professional service provider. My suggestion, if you want your job done in a timely fashion, or done at all, go somewhere else. read more
