First, they forgot to fix my car after it sat in their parking lot the entire day Then they put the windshield on incorrectly and my mirror is hanging from the windshield. After waiting to hear back from them for several days and me following up persistently - I was forced to go back to the shop and they broke off the hanging mirror from my windshield, leaving me in a non drivable situation. It is now over a week and they still do not have a new windshield for my vehicle. also, the manager is too much of a baby to get on the phone and confront the issue- which is completely their fault.
