He was very professional and he addressed all my concerns. (I had lighting pulled through the mirror & a frame built around it to help keep it in place for a ridiculously long time; I plan to be in my home for the foreseeable future & am not worried one bit.) They fabricated & installed a mirror to fit the space perfectly. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the lighting I had planned, and -- being overwhelmed with other home improvement projects at the time -- I didn't take the time to review the order well enough to catch the error. The work was done just before the holidays; I had out of town guests coming, and it seemed to be a pretty busy time for the company too, but they made it all work out despite the initial hiccup.
