The machines can also knock into cars unexpectedly and cause dings. Does it happen a lot? No. Can it happen? Yes. With a hand wash, the risk of damage is reduced and they will also reach areas that machines can't. The new owners are incredibly pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable.
