The front office lady was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, providing excellent customer care and support throughout. The mobile technician, Isaac, was outstanding. He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and we even had a great conversation like two regular guys. It's always refreshing to meet someone who's both knowledgeable and personable. Michael, the technician who replaced the windshield, did a superb job. He was careful, thorough, and professional, taking the time to explain his work and ensure everything was done perfectly. He said he gave me the best oil (Mobile1) and charged me 14.50 each quart but I went into the store and asked the clerk for oil used for my car which was in front , the clerk said he put in the oil and showed me what he used which was a lesser brand that cost $10. Not only that, the owner charged me for the filter, replaced the cap ($16) and said he replaced the air filter ($39.00) and the bill included maintenance ????? What maintenance? I never asked for maintenance. I was charged $190 for materials and $185 for labor. All for an oil change. He also charges the highest gas !!!!! Don't go there !!!!!! He is dishonest!

I walked around the entire building to find an employee for help I couldn't find anyone. Another dog owner drove up with their pet and said that he had called before bringing his dog today and was told over the phone by the staff that the dog wash was open until 5pm. He also discovered that it was closed. It's incredibly inconsiderate of this business to lie over the phone and say they would be open until 5pm when that wasn't true. We will never return. The other dog owner recommended the dog wash at Tractor Supply in Wallingford. We will be going there from now on for our weekly washes.

The 2 dog washing stalls are clean and roomy and they have all the supplies there for you or bring your own. The tubs are elevated so your dog is about waist height. When I called to confirm I spoke with the shop owner, Dave, who was both very helpful and accommodating. He was even able to fit me in the same morning. I got there and recognized the waiting space, as well as the bathrooms, was clean and well maintained. Then Dave came in to introduce himself, and he was equally as customer oriented and friendly as on the phone as well as trying to be as efficient as possible as well as pointing out to me where I can find water if I needed some. Additionally, I couldn't help but overhear a stressful situation another customer was having (that was no fault to the shop at all) but they were having a difficult time understanding how to fix the problem and seemingly insisting that it was a "group situation" for the shop- but surely he was very patient and mild as well as helpful as he could be in the situation. That kind of customer service speaks volumes to me- I'm very customer service oriented and really trust and appreciate that kind of unteachable quality in character. With oil changes, especially if/when using a coupon or something alike, I typically anticipate some hidden fees and/or a lot of pressure from shops to shake more money out of me.
