I was going to spend and buy a lot more than I did but I said why bother...the employees here could care less. No one forced you to work here, and I'm sure during your interview process you didn't present yourself how you do to your customers. This is not the only time I've had a similar treatment at this particular location. The Williamstown location is like day and night compared to this location. So when I arrived with my daughter's car which had a large bubble in the tire, they turned me away. Stating, the manager changed the policy on installing Non-walmart purchased tires. Even though they sell the exact tire I purchased because I got them quicker from another retailer. I asked nicely if the would bend this new policy since its not stated anywhere and the car is not really safe to drive. He didnt care one bit. It obvious this "policy" is about money and not about taking care of customers. They care more about the money than the safety of people. Don't waste your time with this auto center and this general manager who is obviously on a power trip.
