We took our SUV to CarToyz because the hood and roof had become dull after of going through so many car washes using brushes and harsh detergents combined with UV. Our vehicle was returned in worse shape than when we brought it in! When we dropped off our SUV, the hood was dull had minor scratches, but not it was not excessively scratched, color was consistently green, but dull. What Distinctive CarToyz returned to us was excessive scratch marks carved in the front hood and the green color removed/gone (see the photos). They also managed to remove the paint finish around the ignition switch. The interior of the car smelled like they had spilled an entire bottle of Windex inside. Clearly, the job was not in the wheelhouse. To add insult to injury they removed the car dealership decal on the back and put on their own Distinctive CarToyz business frame (see photo) around the back license plate. Blatantly corrupt to have people think we purchased our Tahoe from them and not from a reputable dealership. They are any but reputable. We took our SUV to our car dealer and for only a couple hundred dollars more than what CarToyz charged us ($1,500), Bennett Chevrolet made our SUV look brand new!

I asked over text if there was any damage. This was an online deal. I worked and live an hr away. It was night by the time I arrived. Lucky for them. When I finally noticed they tried to push the blame off to me or perhaps someone in a lot did it. NO! It came off their lot this way. I sent them pictures and video of the damage. They tried to send me pictures from every other angle but the one with the damage. I countered with the same angles proving they were full of it. Lucky for me I found the original photos they posted which in hind sight, when you zoom in you can see they tried to cover it. But it's all good, the law will handle this.

I didn't have any place to hang the tag from in the front. I asked my salesperson-then texted, they were allegedly out of them, even though 50 cars on the lot had them. I waited, texted again and then nothing! 6 weeks from when I purchased the car.!!!!! Finally frustrated I called and was lucky enough to have Maria answer the phone- who offered for me to take hers!! After split her I went up that night and thanks to her I was in and out in 5 minutes.?!! Why my salesperson Steve made such a small ask into such a huge issue is beyond me?! For the sake of building a relationship and future sales I will be forever confused as to why such a small request was made into a huge issue? Acuras are good cars, if you are appreciative of good customer service ask for Maria!!
