They seem to specialize in BMW/MINI of all generations. I'll come back in the future as needed specially because of the great customer service, fair pricing and they know their Bimmers. What's interesting is the shop front itself is simple but they have a huge shop in the back that is unseen from the street (White Horse Pike).

Not sure what my license plate has to do with an estimate since I gave her the make and model of my vehicle. Will knowing the license plate suddenly make the job more difficult? Then immediately went "send me the information, I gotta go I have customers here." Overall not a good impression for someone that's a first time customer. That lady either needs some help with the workload at the front desk, or needs customer service training.

I appreciate being able to be seen on a short notice! The shop is really nice, there are 8 lifts here. Bob took time to explain to me what was causing my leak. He is very knowledgeable and really has a lot of pride in his work. The waiting area is nice and spacious, tidy and clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional and customer focused. This is a full service speed shop. Aftermarket mods are performed, along with standard scheduled vehicle maintenance intervals. Factory authorized parts are used here. If something needs to be ordered, for your vehicle, it's OEM, from that vehicle dealer. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for maintenance.

By the way the key fob still doesn't work the check engine light is still on as well as other indicators that they caused. I had a 2013 with 159000 miles on it I had a mechanic tell me the truck was in good condition. After taking it to Charlie's I had to pay it off and get rid of it they messed my truck up and kept acting like they were fixing it but in reality they were causing more issues this is a horrible auto shop and if you want stress and headaches along with empty promises lies and unskilled mechanics breaking things that were not broken and unable to fix the issues this is the best place for you!!! oh I almost forgot and charging fees for their disgusting horrible service!

Neither one of those things were fixed. When I pulled up I was asked what was wrong and to be done for the second time (first red flag). It took two whole days for Jack the scam artist to do anything to the car at all. What he did was the brakes (which were almost brand new to begin with), took one of my tires, and tell me to come back the next day to get a new tire after giving me one "with a bubble in the wall but it'll be ok for a couple days" even tho I never asked for that. The car still shakes and hesitates and is left way worse then to begin with. Not to mention it reeked of cigarettes as soon as I opened the door and took days to get out. I was told that there was a warranty on the brakes (which no proof of bc it was never on the receipt or anything) so I told my fiancé to reach out to see what can be done to fix it. When my fiancé reached back out to jack he was told that it was "fucking ridiculous" and blocked his number. Needless to say if I could give no stars I would. Idk how he's still running a business that way scamming people and taking money from people not doing honest work. Enjoy that $600 I paid tho I guess? These guys will not bend you over a barrel in terms of pricing and I've never felt as if a problem wasn't addressed here. They're honest with what they can and can't do for you. Fairly sure they can do everything (including suspension services) but you'll have to ask them for yourself.
