Our last straw was recently trying to do a direct health call for our very sick son & the response back from the office ladies only concern was our past due bill of $75. He does the labs, but I doubt he reads them until you ask and then, his incompetence shows bc he doesn't identify the clear and serious health issues that the pathology reports detail, even when complaints of symptoms align with these reports. His failure to actually practice medicine has put his patient in ICU, near death, with the medical staff stunned that he was not in a coma or dead. The Health Insurance provider's Nurse Practitioner was doing a well check and immediately called for a wheel chair and called the Hospital ER to let them know I was bringing him in and he needed immediate priority. He was there for a week. This event will take years off his life. He didn't even bother to come to the hospital to check on his own patient in the week he was there. Despicable!

I guess THAT was the controlled substance. My old doctor died, so I have to see a new doctor. And Dr Kut would have been him. I was dismissed without further explanation, unable to speak to the doctor himself, and hung up on. Doctors have to right to refuse patients, but let me warn you: if you ever complain about any doctor, his staff, your treatment, or anything else, they can AND will refuse to see you -no matter how legitimate your claim, despite your medical condition, prescription coverage, insurance, or otherwise (anything short of an emergency) and lawyers will represent them -not you, because they have the money. And they call that lawful.

There was a lack of communication somewhere and she was never told about me. I sat in that room for 50 minutes. Meanwhile my husband, who dropped me off, was in the parking lot waiting. He became concerned because of my current medical condition. He tried to ask if I was ok and was told several times they didn't know about me and couldn't give out any patient information. It's bad enough during this time of Covid there could be a little bit more sympathy for my husband who couldn't be with me. I found the technician at the door screening to be quite heartless and someone more compassionate could put people more at ease.
