Completely undetectable! Next, I called him back to install 3 hose bibs in the yard. This was a big job, requiring shutting off the water main. He worked diligently and again did a beautiful job. I had a water pressure regulator that stopped working and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the regulator was in a tight space next to my water heater. Ruslan cut the regulator out and repiped in a new regulator in its place to allow easy access in the future. He is quite competent and works in a professional manner. In one day he put in two toilets and a kitchen faucet, installed new shower hardware, and replaced an old leaking pipe. And he charged a VERY reasonable rate for it all. Plus, he's a super-nice guy. I hired Ruslan and his associate to do some drywall repair, repair a broken handle on my sliding glass door, and clean my security screen door as well as some touch-up painting on the wood door frame. The drywall repair was extensive. I had my electrical circuit breaker panel replaced leaving a large hole in my wall. I also had a wired intercom and doorbell system on that wall removed leaving more holes. His associate Alex did a beautiful job patching and painting it and even took the time to explain to me how he did it. I'm always curious whenever someone is doing work for me. I want to know how it's done. The handle on my sliding glass door could not be replaced because it has been discontinued but Ruslan was able to find a material to replace the splintered wood and it looks lovely. Ruslan was a godsend! We noticed a suspicious stain on our downstairs ceiling directly underneath our master bath. Turns out our shower floor had a small crack and water was leaking down into the ceiling below every time we showered. Total nightmare, and we expected an astronomical bill to repair it. Ruslan was able to fit us in later that same day and took care of everything! Not only did he patch the shower floor and make it look practically new, but he removed the stained and soggy part of the ceiling, cleaned out the space in between, and patched the ceiling up. When we got the Jumbo size high efficiency washer, we had to upgrade the pipes to bigger ones to avoid overflow. So the previous plumber had to tear out the wall which left a big hole that needs to be patched on. Since the new pipes are much bigger than the previous ones, they were sticking out a little bit from the wall surface. We needed someone who's really great at drywall to do this job. So glad we found Ruslan. He got it done in a timely manner and solved the "sticking out" issue and his work is FLAWLESS!! His fee was very reasonable.
