Claim it is "not one of the zip codes where they provide service." Wonder how many such zip codes exist outside Detroit, Pontiac, and Inkster. Not many, I'd wager.

I had one spring bad and they replaced both and took my good spring with them which makes me wonder if I didn't get someone's used spring.
