We were a bit surprised because the estimate that we were told from where we purchased from said it would be 4 weeks. I can't remember the gent's name who asked me which side of the sink I wanted the soap dispenser on, so when I called my husband to ask, he walked me with out to my Jeep and tossed this massive deep sink and faucet over his shoulder like it was a pillow of air or something. After I dropped it off and went back home, we drove back to the warehouse we were purchasing the granite from down the road from them at MSI. (mind you I'm in the Ann Arbor area, they are NOT close!) As promised we had it installed on Monday with the edging we asked for, and it looks perfect! Talk about fast...I had the granite selected on Thursday and it was installed on Monday! Plumbers came out and spent 10 minutes onsite (seemed really fast) and drain was fine when they left. Within 3-4 weeks it ran a little slower and slower. We are now 6 weeks out and I have sewage backing up in my basement. Warranty expired at 30 days. They want to charge me to do it again. I have my drain cleared once a year and have no issues in between. These guys won't stand behind their work after 44 days. I'll pay to have it done again, I just won't pay these guys. If you want it done right, don't use McCarthy Plumbing.
