Each of them are encouraging and challenging while also recognizing individual needs. They all do a great job of crafting combos that are appropriate for the level while providing options for modification. And they're all so sweet and kind! It's the kind of place I look forward to going to because the community and the classes are wonderful. The studio itself is a little small but folks are always willing to share poles as needed (although it's rarely the case that it's necessary). There are plenty of crash pads, mats, and yoga blocks so I feel safe and supported while working out here. The only thing I don't love is sometimes parking can be a pain, but it's worth it. Excited to continue my pole journey here!

All instructors carry the same mindset of wanting to see you succeed at your speed & encourage you along the way as your progress! I love the music, feels like my playlist is on shuffle. As I've been coming to classes and beginning to implement more body movements on the pole and floor, I definitely am breaking a sweat which has been great incorporating into my workout routines!

I am someone that never exercises, is overweight, and has an ankle injury. If I can do this class, anybody can. I highly recommend this class to anyone that is nervous about getting fit. It's a clean, quiet studio, and Helene was very warm and welcoming. I did come with a group of friends, so I think I was less nervous than I would be if I were to come by myself. Now that I know that I am able to do these moves though, I don't think I'd have a problem going by myself. Overall, 10/10. I broke a sweat, got my heart rate up, and most of all, I had fun.

We were very confused how everything works and how the class would play out - truly did not know what we signed up for. But overall, good experience! I think it would be more helpful if one of the staff explained to us what was needed because I would have to ask things like if we needed our shoes or socks on or if we needed to place a mat down, otherwise, there were no instructions on setup. Music was quite loud so it was a bit hard to hear instructions. I would have preferred having the instructor show us the move she wanted us to do and then do it with us because some exercises we could not remember what next steps were and we were kind of just standing there in pain not knowing how to undo the hammocks lol. The class was fun and the instructor was friendly though and I think it's a great place to try something new!

There was a male and female dancer, and I was called on stage by both of them, and YES! I enjoyed every minute with both dancers. The painting I did of Jamaika (male dancer) was horrible. It was supposed to be his body, but some how ended up looking like a butterfly, to me. I would recommend visiting for classes and attending one their events, they are great hostesses.

Pole dancing is painful so keep that in mind but once you land the trick it's worth it. I have sweaty hands so the class was a little more difficult for me but Amy had liquid chalk amongst other things. Definitely recommend doing your research on pole dancing before your 1st class for great experience.

I took a beginner class with Brittany and had the best time. The class I took was genuinely…read morebeginner friendly, and Brittany was so patient. When any of us got stuck, she'd demo the move again and break it down until it clicked, which made everything feel doable and safe. I also love how many different types of classes they offer, including burlesque, pole dance, and aerial silks, so there's always something new to try. The space feels private and secure thanks to the curtains that cover the windows, which helped me focus without feeling watched. If you've been curious but nervous, this is the place to start but they also have advanced classes. Brittany is fantastic and the energy is welcoming from the moment you walk in.

I went to the pole fitness class Saturday morning with Reena and she was awesome…read more She's so strong, gives instructions very well and demonstrates the combos/moves so that you understand. She made me feel comfortable. Very nice person! I got a great workout even for being a newbie I felt like I got the combo down (after a lot of trial and error). My late and shoulders and crotch are hurting (lol) but feels good to build the strength. Thanks Reena! I didn't give 5 stars because they never answer the phone :(

Went pole dancing with my group of friends here through Classpass, and while we were borderline…read moreawful we learned a lot and it was a great time. As someone that exercises a lot, I definitely didn't realize how hard of a workout and underestimated the difficulty. Reena was a great instructor and made the class super fun and encouraging for newbies like us. It was nice to watch her do a combination really gracefully and then see how we stacked up. She was so sweet and nice to me especially as I'm a guy joining the class and really suggested popping off when I told her I had a bodysuit and heels. She even helped take pics of us after class :) The classroom and poles were rly clean! Had a bathroom to accommodate as well especially if ya want to change into a baddie of an outfit. Overall definitely recommend and will come back.
