Recently I brought a 1959s, sewed down, pleaded skirt to Elena to alter for me. Yes, I wore this skirt when I was 16. Sewn by my mother, the skirt had followed across the county many times stored in a cotton pillow case. Unable to part with it, I approached Elena for help.
