I went to two other bridal stores and Jennifer's selection and pricing blew them all out of the water! I found the dress that I loved but was looking for a different color. Jennifer was able to order my dress in the color I wanted and had it to me within a week. This was all during Covid which made things very challenging. A few weeks before the wedding we found out we would be having an outdoor wedding due to the Governor's restrictions. An outdoor wedding in December in Washington....who would've thought! Anyway, I went back to Jennifer and she was able to find me a shawl that would help as it was a sleeveless dress. This truly was a one stop shop if need be. I found my hair accessories, my daughters shoes and another dress for my daughter as well. Jennifer the whole time was very reassuring, and everything turned out just perfect! Thank you again Jennifer and Enchanted Bridal for everything! I will be a forever customer and will definitely recommend to anyone! Jina Harris

My daughter and I stopped by on 5/2 to order dresses for prom. We selected three dresses to try on…read moreand paid the "average" price between the dresses with the understanding they would arrive within two weeks, leaving enough time for alterations before prom on the 30th. Two weeks came and went with no phone call or update. I had to take the initiative to follow up multiple times, despite being told they would call me back with updates, which never happened. I called on the 12th, 21st, 22nd, and again later that week, and each time I was given a different story. Finally, on the 22nd, only 8 days before prom I was told the dresses were being held up in Portland. By that point, I had completely lost trust in their communication and customer service. The lack of follow-up, transparency, and urgency created so much unnecessary stress and anxiety during what should have been an exciting time for my daughter. Again, I had to reach out when I didn't hear back by the 26th, I still had to continue reaching out myself for an update!!! I finally received a call from Jen on the 27th, just 3 days before prom, saying the dresses had arrived around 2:30 PM. I had to leave work early to rush over so my daughter could try them on, choose one, and then quickly get it to alterations in time. What disappointed me most was not just the delay, but the complete lack of initiative, communication, accountability, or even a simple apology. After reading another recent review describing a very similar experience, it's concerning that this seems to be a pattern. I will not be returning, and I'm sharing this review in hopes of saving other parents from the same stress, frustration, and last-minute panic that we experienced.

I believe they only have two workers....the owner lady and another girl...both of which are extremely helpful and awesome people. if you don't want to buy, you can rent the costumes and clothes...it's actually where i got my halloween costume last year...i was a drag queen dolly parton impersonator....oh yah....it was a good halloween. i came up with the idea for it last minute and the cashier girl helped me piece it together. all in all it's a great little boutique...the people are friendly...so if you're in the market trying to find a costume or you just have a more interesting sense of style and need some new garb....check out "ish" for realsies

Your experience with Ish greatly varies depending on who is working that day. During my first visit…read morea couple years ago, I was completely snubbed and ignored. But then, I returned recently while visiting family, and had a wonderful experience. The tenant greeted us warmly, and explained which pieces were for sale and which were only for rental. She gave us some recommendations for other shops in the area as well. She was just so sweet! I tried on a selection of items, and settled on a vintage red mod dress. It was fairly priced, at about $50, and the dress was in good condition. I packed it in my suitcase, and flew home to the east coast... when I put it on for work for the first time, I felt something stabbing into my hip! I took the dress off, flipping it inside out. I pulled open the side seam allowance, and there was a huge, rusty metal clothes pin in the seam. It stabbed me! I love the dress, but I was disappointed that the shop didn't spot the pin at intake. It could have been dangerous! Overall I have positive feelings about the shop, but if you purchase second hand from here, please be sure to look over your clothing before wearing it. I'd hate for someone else to be stabbed!

In my case, I must not have portrayed well what I wanted, and they did not pull the correct things. The three hour fashion show of new clothes they pulled for my new look was all wrong. That said, Darcy bent over backwards to adjust their fee and was fully apologetic and workable in recognizing this was a miss. We all wonder when we pay $450 for a service if it will be worthwhile. I can say that in this case, the service did not work for me, but the owner Darcy did.

First, in our Zoom consult she quickly understood the gaps in my wardrobe and the aesthetic that I wanted. Second, nearly every garment she bought for me fit well, giving me a huge selection of items to choose from. Third, I appreciated the range of styles she brought. Many were just what I'd asked for, and some pushed my comfort zone a bit. Fourth, she shopped at many stores and avoided that "store mannequin" look. Fifth, she found several beautiful, quality pieces that were on sale, so my final clothing tab was well under our planned budget. Sixth, she was very efficient with the in-home closet audit. We cleared out items that I wasn't wearing or didn't match my syle, and I have new appreciation for the items that I kept. She also gave me great recommendations for how to organize my entire closet, and I'm utilizing the space much better now. I ended up buying 12 pieces across nearly every clothing category. Now, stepping into my closet is a pleasurable, low-stress experience. Maggie was also a fun woman to spend 6 hours with, and I greatly appreciated her hard work, expertise, and companionship through the process. I would definitely work with her again. Thank you Maggie and Styled Seattle!
