When I gave it to the owner Joseph she said the makers do that for skinny girls but it would not work for me because I am fat. Then she said she would fix it. I stayed quiet not to be rude. She fixes it and does what she said is a blind stitching. The blind stitch is does not look too good and looks like there are dents shaped like circles in the bottom of the shirt. So I simply requested she add the original stitching just have it not so tight and she became combative going back and forth. Stating she did blind stitching to stretch it. I explained that it was great with the stretch because now it fits like the rest of the shirt but the appearance of the stitching makes it looks like there's holes and if she could please fix it. She then says I need to order my clothes bigger and I explain to her the shirt is already big at the top and fits fine and the stitching is the issue. She then says to a worker to fix it for "this girl" and I backed away and just stayed quiet and calm and paid and left. I do not recommend this place. They are very rude and disrespectful. I am not this big fat girl and even if I was heavy it doesn't give her the right to body shame. I would not recommend her services.

On top of the extensiveness of the alterations, the fabric of my dress is incredibly delicate and intricate, so I'm sure it was a challenge to work with. Tina and the other staff here are some of the nicest people. She said that they put love into their work, and both my parents and I could not have agreed more. They were kind and attentive and you can tell how much care they put into their work both during measurements and their masterful sewing. Beyond just doing the alterations, Tina made sure my mom and I felt comfortable putting up the bustle for my dress and teaching me how to sit in a chair without pulling on it. Every detail was thought of. We were incredibly impressed. Their work is actual magic! One appointment for measurements and one appointment to try it on and it was an absolute perfect fit.
