First the customer service was great, I didn't get her name but the person that greeted me was so friendly and nice. I had one dress, two layers that I needed taken up. There are several dressing rooms to change into and when I came out, she quickly and efficiently pinned it but after she asked the length I wanted. I was not in a rush to get my dress back so it too about 10 days. I received a text when the dress was ready. The work is flawless, stitching matches dress. I will definitely go back for future alterations.

However, I recently went in to get my husband's measurements done because he was getting a shirt custom made for a wedding and we needed it to be accurate and they charged me $45. $45 for measurements that take 10-15 minutes? I didn't question it at the time as it was my first time getting this service done and honestly, I was short on time. But after talking to family members in California who had the same service done at alterations places, I realized I was scammed. They were charged $10-$15 and here I was paying $45. Never again.
