I had used this place since I moved to Parma Heights the beginning of April 2022 never had an issue until last week. I drop off 4 suits and 5 shirts... the pressed wrinkles into 2 suits.... Gave them the benefit of doubt and went back. This time one of the suits is completely unwearable with the creases put in the suit. Will never go back. I had a dilemma!! I needed a shirt for a date on Saturday and it's Friday . Esteem Cleaners came to the rescue and are my Heroes!! They do provide next day service!! I needed same day service on a Saturday for two suits due to an unexpected work trip and a funeral. i called all the cleaners on Westside and no one could help. Leah at Esteem could not offer dry cleaning on such short notice, but offered to press and deodorize the garKent's within the hour on Saturday. I was so grateful. she also did a great job for a very reasonable price. read more

Esteem cleaners is the best! I was visiting from out of town and needed a dress shirt ironed. They were able to get me taken care of the same day. In fact the woman that does the ironing stayed late just to do my shirt! When I got there the staff was super friendly and they all just seemed like one big happy family! We're very disappointed at this place. Last time we went my husband's suit vent came back lifted as if it had a tail every time he tried it on....after a while we decided to take it again and have it fix....plus get some other suits ....I told the young lady working that day, that the press on machine made the vent stick out last time but she had no interest in my opinion. Didn't even care as if I had no idea what I was talking about....So, dumb me ... instead of leaving after seen her attitude.... I had with me this time 3 suits and a jacket hoping last time was a mistake of a trainee or something but no, unfortunately now all three suits have the vents lifting as if my husband was getting ready to lift up to the sky and fly away.... And the jacket still had wrinkles.... And the suits buttons are marked as well. We have lived in the area and loved this place, but it seems that now either there not training there staff or there just not paying attention to details no more. I will never go back, sucks I have to find a new place. I have a few picks of marked buttons, but my husband doesn't even wanna see the suits again, if not I would take a picture of the lifting vent part. (By the way there single vent suits) read more

I've brought quite a few things here, from my husbands suit, a winter coat, expensive shirts, sweaters, and pants. Everything has come back fresh and clean, and beautifully pressed, and hung properly on hangars with plastic protecting each article. Best part, you're not going broke! Most thiNgs are 2.75? I've used them for over 3 years and never had a problem. The last time I used them I got a pair of men's pants (not mine) and not the expensive pants that were mine. I returned the pair that were not mine but didn't get mine back. Now I am afraid to use them again. They've raised their prices several times over the years so they are probably not much cheaper than other cleaners. Also, I used them in another Ohio city without an issue. read more

Terrible! Last time I got something cleaned, my blazer came back with a button missing. The best they could do to rectify it was to let me pick a button out of a box of all the other buttons they broke off blazers. Gave them a second chance and my dress pants were pressed with uneven/incorrect seams. Pure lazy ness! read more

First they tried to give me someone else's comforter. It wasn't even close to mine. Owner tracked down customer they gave my comforter too. Had to come back two days later. Got a "verbal" apology. Should have compensated me and other customer with a coupon to make us want to come back. My comforter looks worse than it did before I dropped it off. I should have just left well enough alone. Ugh. Very dissatisfied and even though the place is convenient I will not go back. No wonder they ask for payment in advance. read more

I have dealt with this dry cleaning service for a couple of years now. I have had excellent service...no problems. Recently, my husband bought a morning coat to complete his tuxedo ensemble. It was a vintage coat & had a very severe yellowish stain on it (looked like egg yoke or mustard smeared on it ??). We dropped it off & when we picked it up the next day...the stain was gone & the coat looked like it was brand new !! We knew it also was missing a button & they pointed that out to us. They have cleaned quilts for us as well without any problems. read more

Horrible! I just picked up roughly 25 shirts and mostly all of them were hung up horribly creating wrinkles all throughout the shirt and collar. In addition, spots were missed and not taken out and new spots were added to my clothes. Horrible, horrible, horrible. With this place the term "cheap is expensive" resonates. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR STUFF RUINED!! I brought my favorite dress here and specifically said if you can't insure you don't ruin the pearls on the back don't wash it! The owner assured me that he would make sure that if they would be ruined he would not wash it. When I picked up the dress the pearls were not in place anymore and the dress was ruined. when I called him to tell him this he said bring in the dress and we can fix the problem for you. I came back in later that week and when I brought it in he said "its a manufacture problem because they didn't sew them on tightly enough" I told him that I specifically asked him not to wash the dress if he couldn't insure that it wouldn't get ruined. He claimed he was talking about if the color would get distorted. I left with my ruined dress and now have to pay to get it fixed somewhere else. Also on other items there are now stains on them that weren't there before. I highly recommend not coming here. Horrible customer service and horrible services as well! read more
