Very clean shop, I made an appointment for a quote, and was told a fair price for a very detailed custom piece. At the tattoo appointment, Jordin, the artist, was very honest and made sure my friend and I both felt comfortable and attended to the entire appointment. She finished the piece in less than the quoted time, while accomplishing everything my best friend had imagined for the tattoo. It was not easy scheduling the appointment for my friend because she lived out of state, and has heavy scarring in the placement area. Jordin made sure to ask every question she would need to design the tattoo, before our appointment. Fairly busy shop, but Jordan was courteous to my friend's schedule, and booked her for the time she would be in town. Told over phone that an artist was available for walk-ins. I show up, the "walk-in" artist is the owner... The young lady at the front desk stated the owner was not there, but on his way. So, actually no artist available... We waited, and waited... An hour we waited for the owner to show up (not to mention the 20 minutes it took us to drive there after I initially called the shop). Finally, at 8:30pm, after 2 appointments showed up, we left. Horrible way to do business. If you are only doing appointments, you should make that known. And how are you gonna run a tattoo shop and not be there by 8:30 on a Saturday night? Also, "front desk" girl was nice, but stated "I don't work front desk, I'm an apprentice"... Well, don't quote business practices unless you truly know. Also... Due to the rain, their floor was extremely slippery. My wife fell 3 times due to the wet floor...no floor sign, no concern for her or if she was injured. Horrible experience. read more

I've gotten two tattoos here and both times the staff and artists were SO nice and thorough. 10/10 will be going back.

My daughter passed away on May 27th of this year. The funeral home took her thumbprint before cremation. When I received it, there was no way that Clynt could make it to a tattoo. He ordered a special machine to make it work. I had it done today, and it is PERFECT! I went wanting some color, and he spent a lot of time explaining why a darker color would be better on a detailed tattoo like a thumbprint to show the unique design. I could not be happier! I am so glad that I took his advise! Hands down, the best artist I have been to. I have several tattoos, but this time, I got good advise, great care instructions, and his singing was spot on! I would give them zero stars if that was possible. We went in for a consult last month and said we wanted two words, a date and a first name. $200 deposit taken. Our appointment was today at 8pm. She started at 9:50pm. SHE took her time in the back room "researching" fonts and making spelling errors and using the wrong roman numerals even though we wrote them down for her. Charged us $300 each ( they were matching and only the first name changed but we had to pay double research time as if they were separate and different tattoos. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! read more

My Experience at this shop was quite a big bad surprise! Clynt was very nice when do8ng the consiltation and we seemed to be on the same page. I was very excited to get my first big tattoo on my forearm to cover a small one I received out in California. The afternoon I came to get the piece done we talked again, he drew on the design and we picked out colors... asked that it look similar to another piece he had done( even had a pic of it) UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME......he chose his OWN version of coloring and my tattoo became a BIG MESS! THE COLOR PALLETTE IS ALL WRONG! worse yet, the consistency of coloring is not the same throughout the piece. The fractals I asked for turned into a snail like swirl and the butterfly swirl turned into a headless coiled snake in S.W. yellow,purple and red( looks lile a bruise healing). The best part of the tattoo is on the upper arm tricep, but he forgot to clean off that area and the oils in my skin didnt let the ink fully adhere. ...its already fading out after three weeks. I asked three other artists if there was a way to get rid of the wood carving look...... the answer is NO! It would end up way too dark for my arm and I would still not be happy with the outcome. MY ONLY OPTION IS TO HAVE IT REMOVED AT A BIG EXPENSE NOT TO MENTION MORE HOURS OF PAIN AND POSSIBLE SCARING. I emailed and left messeges with my concerns to be ignored for 10 days!!!!! When I finally got a response my issues were not addressed and I was treated as if they didnt care. I told him I didnt believe it could be fixed and that I was left with having it removed...... his response was OH, SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE DISPLEASED.....SAD THAT MY PIECE WONT EXSIST ANYMORE AND GOOD LUCK WITH THE REMOVAL. LOL. THATS IT. I PAID $700.00 and sat 6 1/2. To be depressed for three weeks and he just washes his hands of it!!!!!!! My lesson: DO NOT use an artist that is nice to talk to, but still looking to make a name for himself!!!!!!!! His work ended up being the biggest mistake and his color choices made me think he was not on his game the day I came to get mine done. He doesnt care....he got paid and doesnt have to live with it....I DO THOUGH!!!!!! read more

I went and saw Clint to get some jewelry changed in my piercing. As soon as I sat down, he said it didn't look healed at all and that it was irritated. He was looking at the jewelry that I had in, and basically ripped it out with no warning. I don't remember the exact sequence of events, due to the pain I was in but I definitely remember there were tears from the pain and him not even acknowledging that I was clearly in a huge amount of pain. It was bleeding a ton, and it's never bled that much before. I've also never cried due to a piercing or jewelry change. On top of that, after I left I realized that he forgot to sterilize my jewelry! I brought a stud from home that I had in previously and he didn't even run it through an autoclave. I would expect a lot more from a 'professional'. read more

I took my daughter here to get a tattoo of hers touched up and one completely covered. Clynt was absolutely awesome. I honestly couldn't see any trace of the covered up tattoo at all and I'm pretty picky when it comes to ink. He took his time and worked with her on what she wanted and how she wanted the ink represented. He was upfront about the pricing and was really a great guy to be around. The shops super clean, has some awesome artwork, and he's really dedicated to his cause. I've been in several tattoo shops in the DFW area, most of them are good, some are bad, but this one....this was truly an AWESOME experience. I got new jewelry placed in two piercings. Thrilled with quality of jewelry and how they suit my ear, but not thrilled with piercer Yess. She wore sterile gloves, but when the bead of my old jewelry fell on the floor, twice she picked it up and did not change her gloves. Since my piercings were fully healed I wasn't too put off personally, but not comfortable with this as a general practice. She also made a couple of jokes relating to alcohol or drinking, and while I know she wasn't intoxicated, if I was getting a new piercing I would not be comfortable with her performing it. Finally, what really got me is that she said my faux snug piercing was done incorrectly because the piercing was done where it doesn't face front to back when you look at me head on. Instead it was done so the backing to any post style jewelry would lay flat against the ear. If it was done where it was front to back when you look at me, the backing wouldn't be flush with my ear and would poke and pinch causing irritation. TL;DR, did not enjoy experience with piercer Yess. read more

My friend and I were looking for a tattoo on a whim. We were suggested this shop from someone who works at a reputable tattoo shop in Houston where I usually get all my work done. I am very picky about the shop and artists. I am also a creature of habit, so once I find something I like I keep going back to it. Again, coming in without an appointment, we were immediately greeted by a very kind woman at the front counter. She was very helpful and informative. She was also able to give us a roundabout quote of what we would be looking at, as well as letting us know of the availability Clynt, the tattoo artist, had that evening. I was able to meet with the artist, get a very reasonable quote, and have the work done in less than an hour. My experience was amazing. It is also extremely important to me that the shop is clean and all tools and workstations are kept sterile. Clynt walked me through the process and reassured and showed me the new tools and workstation. The experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. I am glad I have someone local now to go to for all my work, in addition to my Houston trips. Getting a tattoo is definitely very personal and meaningful, and should the whole process from start to finish should help add to the making of this memory. I definitely felt I was in good care, was given suggestions as to my placement, and never felt judged. All in all the experience was amazing and I strongly recommend it to everyone. read more

I am NEVER coming here ever again! First off I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 was there by 7:15 and waited 30 min for someone. Because when I arrived the door was locked. But the open sign was on and they advertise that walk ins are welcome. And hours on the door Says they should be open till 12am. How is anyone going to walk in if the door is locked??
