I was greeted well and explained very throughly what to expect and how to go about it. Front desk definitely respectful, friendly and kind. My hairstylist was nothing else but amazing too! I had told her what I was going for for going for and she followed up with more questions precise questions very detailed questions on how I wanted to get my hair dyed which I deeply and truly appreciated as it helped get a better understanding not of what I wanted but also to get to know my own hair better as well as the different ways I could style it. She even styled it at the end in a way that was so perfect and hadn't been used too that I not only was blown away but I figured out away to style it in the exact same way she did then.
