McDonald Carpet One does tile areas too and did our entry area in the 2018 phase with the kitchen floor and new upstairs carpet, 3 bedrooms, a hall and full flight of stairs. That construction had not been level enough for hardwood as the floor joists had to be laid over the very old beams. The tile manufacturer was sold out and redesigning the companion smaller tile so nothing available to do the fireplace hearth, even if we could have paid for it at the time. Fast forward to this spring and now they did have a companion tile. I'll admit the color lot changed a bit but it is still quite acceptable and looks good with the hardware around the metal fire doors and the decor in the mantle. April, the me member if sakes staff I had used in the last set it uk fir us. They do have other staff too and the owner sages close to operations. We have had years of good projects with them so read my previous review. I am glad this final renovation to our house is done and glad I could use so many longtime reliable Boulder companies.

They also have other types of flooring. We chose a plush carpet and some really good pad and Brett wrote up our order. He sent our phone number to an installer named Chris who was supposed to call us in a day or two to schedule coming out to measure. When I didn't hear from him for 4 days I called him. He said he couldn't get into his email and didn't know that he was supposed to call. But he did come out a few days later to measure and again a week later to measure the third room that was missed on his first visit (hubby's fault). Being that it was only 3 days before our scheduled install I was definitely nervous. Brett called us two days before install to say they didn't have enough of our chosen carpet and offered the options of choosing a different carpet, doing less area, or getting our full deposit back and not getting carpet. We opted for getting a different carpet so we made that drive up north once again. The morning of our install Chris called to say he couldn't make it but would send his brothers. We had spent days getting the rooms ready - taking out all the stuff in the closets (up to 3 feet off the floor), emptying shelves, and basically removing everything but the heavy furniture. So of course I said ok to having substitute installers. They turned out to be very good and got the job done in one day. So far everything looks great And they only missed one night stand when putting the furniture back. So Sloane's will continue to be our go to for new carpet.

Said she call us. 4 days later, we called again, she acted like it was the first time we were asking. I finally went INTO the store, and she said they were getting delivered the next day. "Next day" has come and gone, no delievery and she still has no idea why or where they are. So here we are 24 days later, she has our money, and we still dont have floors, or answers.
