The franchise owner of ServPro Longmont, Kyle Dudderar, is in the wrong business. He is arrogant,…read morecondescending, and rude. He lacks even one ounce of compassion. He refuses to accept responsibility for errors in workmanship made by his team members. Kyle is (apparently) too busy to take the time to listen to your concerns. This results in both written and verbal conversations that, ironically, end up taking more time because you have to repeat yourself over and over and over before you are somewhat convinced that he has bothered to pay attention to what you are trying to convey. That ServPro is a disaster relief and restoration company, makes Kyle's behavior towards his clients even more appalling. Rick Bohn, the General Manager, is the exact opposite of Kyle. Unfortunatley, his involvement was minimal. While we were under the impression that he would be our main contact and point person for the restoration process, sadly, that did not come to pass. ServPro offers one stop shopping for disaster relief and restoration. The work they did for us this past winter was, for the most part, well done. However, because working with Kyle added excessive stress to an already unfortunate situation, we would not recommend this company. There are other disaster relief companies out there to chose from, and we believe that you can do better by staying away from this one.

After being told the perimeter wall tile sat under the existing tiled floor, and running around to 2 home depot stores and Daltile, and buying excess tile, did we find that info to be incorrect. That cost a restocking fee. Because of time constraints and a plumber needing to get in behind them, the owner of j&N was amenable to finishing in one day. They were concerned about the grout drying before being walked on that evening. The complaint is the tile was 12x12 pennyround squares that looked pieced in, in the middle of the floor, in several visible spots. that could have been cut in the corners. Doesn't look seamless, and disappointed after waiting 20 years to do! While biz owner apologized and offered to redo, it wasnt possible, as condo was going on the market. Friendly, and willing to please, just wished I would have caught it before completion.
