Good activity for kids to blow off some steam with multiple trampolines where kids can race across, do tricks, and play. They have a sectioned off dodge ball area, basketball area, and diving board-esque area. They had a number of birthday parties going and I could see this being a good activity especially on quieter days or if you rented out the place. We went on a Saturday evening and it was chaotic to say the least and at times I worried for other kids out there (we kept our 5 year old close). Since areas were not sectioned off by age, it was a bit of a free for all with older kids chasing each other and bouncing each other or doing flips without always being mindful of their surroundings. While a lot of the kids seemed to be having a great time, we did see a few younger kids get hurt. This was my first visit to this location. I've heard a lot about the trampoline park and have seen many videos of it. The place was extremely crowded and busy. Unfortunately with the crowds came the mess. There was some staff available to clean up after each party in the rooms. However, the continuous mess around the hallway and seating area was not cleaned up. Each of the parties get their own room, along with pizzas and water bottles. Bottles. The parties can bring their own decorations, goodie bags, cakes, etc. those who are participating in the trampoline activities are given special socks to use on the trampoline. Bought multiple passes online for 10 am today. Arrived to be told there was a private event and that they don't open until 11. Staff are super rude. They are very understaffed, or staff just hide. At one point, there was no one to be found. No one at the desk/concession stand for more than 10 minutes. Finally someone came, the kids wanted doughnuts and the staff said they take too long to make. The place looks run down. Very overpriced for what they have to offer. read more

My son loves coming here, but the facility is very dirty. I think this location gets a lot of business because it's one of the only trampoline locations in the area and if you purchase the monthly package, you can get your money's worth. The staff is young, and it doesn't seem like they have proper oversight. Last night, I watched (what I assumed) were friends of the staff members come jump without paying. I've seen the employees vacuum the carpet before close; however, I'm not sure the mats ever get properly cleaned. They are very stained. "Manager" is a kid, no one supervising whatsoever and I had to demand they kicked out the kid that injured mine and that they do an accident report. I (40m) took my nephew (9) and niece (4) to play 8/9/24. The place was as clean as a trampoline park can get. There were two staff manning the desk to get people in the door and paid, but the entire 90 minutes that we bounced there was one staff for all the children IN the trampoline park (at least 60 kids) The staff member did do a good job of trying to rotate among the various areas of the arena, and try to maintain order. He'd blow his whistle at roll infractions but as one staff for an entire arena, he could not maintain order and safety. There was a field trip group from the Goddard school in Leesburg, and the school staff there did nothing to promote safety among their attendees which impacted all the families who had brought their children to bounce. The biggest issue was in the dodgeball area and then the area with the large mattress type Thing. No one was there to tell kids when it was safe to jump kids were Many kids were getting hurt and it was complete chaos. I got into a verbal argument with the camp staff who were upset that I redirected their campers from jumping on my kids. I went to the front desk where the manager for the day at Altitude. She heard what I had to say but stated She couldn't do anything about the staff because so many staff had called out that at least they did have one staff And the front desk required two staff. So altitude can get them in the door paid, and processed ready to bounce Your safe or maintain order while you enjoy the trampoline park. Manassas' Sky Zone is worth checking out instead of this place. The manager gave me expired passes For me and the kids to return as an apology for my experience. The passes expired in 2023. Came here at the recommendation of a friend and left very disappointed. There was food, trash, dirt, and debris on the floors as well as a prevailing stench of feet and sweat. The bathrooms were appalling with dried urine and vomit on the walls and floors. In addition, half of the sinks and two thirds of the toilets were out of order. Beyond the lack of cleanliness, there was no staff supervising the floor to ensure kids were following rules, staying safe, and not roughhousing too much. My kids absolutely love this place. We get requests to go to the "bouncy castle" at least weekly. Prices are cheap and on the honor system as far as I know. I'm sure when it gets crowded they go around checking bracelets, but we didn't see it during our visits. You can buy more time by visiting the front desk and the team members are friendly and accommodating. Special AT socks are required but at $2 pair it doesn't break the bank. Great place to let the little ones wear themselves out. As with any type of establishment that offers some type of athletic activity, there are risks. You sign a waiver at the 2 computer kiosks in the lobby before you can even pay for your time. If you see your kids are playing near others that are rough housing...step in, don't wait for the staff to do it. Other than the parents attempting to keep the children from doing things to hurt themselves or others there was absolutely no supervision of any type. My son managed to sneak into the dodgeball area and due to all the bouncing from other kids while he was crossing the court, he landed on his arm and fractured his elbow. We quickly took him to Inova Leesburg but he ended up at Fairfax needed surgery. I am reaching out to your management to request a partial voluntary contribution towards the hospital bill. As of today, I have received two invoices totaling $500 that I would be glad to share with in exchange of any help. The only other contribution received from Atomic Trampoline was a jump pass for a free hour that the supervisor at the time gave us as we were walking out with my son; I don't think that was too conscientious. The only acknowledgement was a very young supervisor that approached me while I was waiting for my husband to bring the car and rushed to the Hospital, that took my son's name down on a clipboard and gave us a free jump pass to come back. I was in contact with them for a few days and they never called back. My case was forwarded to another staff member that said it would take a while before hearing back. I am very disappointed and sadden by the fact that a kids' place would be so careless about such a tragedy taking place at their facility and for them to have no response other than to send a lawyer to investigate and turn it into a cold case after months. We called first to make sure that they were open. One hour and five unanswered calls later, we drove over. I asked the young woman running the front desk why they were not answering their phones and she looked at me with a blank expression on her face. $36.00 later we were treated to tone of the worst experiences ever. Atomic Trampoline is a filthy shell of what used to be a fun place to bring your children. The floors are covered in filth, the facility is seriously understaffed, there are holes in the netting, the safety pads are falling down, the protective pads between the trampolines are dirty and have blood on them, and the bathrooms look like they have not been cleaned in a week. It is clear that the owners, managers, and staff intend to run Atomic Trampoline into the ground and then close it. Don't run the risk of letting your children get injured here. The only reason that we come to this place is because of the long trampolines. The staff members "watching" the trampolines are socializing with each other and not watching the kids. If you ask them to intervene to keep your kids safe (e.g., enforce the no double jumping rules) they look at you like you are crazy. This was the last draw. Need a cup of water? Well don't ask the manager here. Even if the $3.50 beverage machine is completely sold out, if you're not with a party, clearly you are not worth a cup. Rebounderz will at least give you a pitcher of ice water and some cups and not make you "use the water fountain". I loathe when my kids get invited to go here. Yes, they enjoy jumping all over the place, and yes, it usually wears them out. But, you will spend a small fortune for this. I recently dropped $60 for my 3 kids to jump for an hour. There is only one small bench for parents to sit, and you will likely spend the hour pacing on your feet. If you forget to sneak some water bottles into your purse, all of the kids will be sharing a disgusting water fountain. You will also spend $2 for a pair of "special" socks every time you go, because inevitiably when you try to go back, you will only be able to find one of the socks from the last time you went. Also be prepared for it to be very crowded. This is NOT where you go to get a break from the kids. While some reviews mention staff that constantly harps on their kids, I've found little/no supervision when we've visited. This is the only time that Chuck E Cheese is a better alternative. My two children, age 3 and 5, and their nanny visited the Leesburg location on 6/22 at 10:00 during the kids jump advertised for children 6 and under at 12$/pp with no charge for the adult. They were erroneously charged 17$ each for all three of them. While this was eventually corrected, my complaint is that, within 15mn of the single hour of the day specifically set aside for kids 6 and under, a large summer camp group arrived to jump, including several kids who were easily twice the age and size of both my children. Our nanny took the children to Atomic Trampoline's kids jump very intentionally - to allow our kids to jump in a safe environment with children their own size. Atomic Trampoline itself advertised this time period as being ONLY for six year olds and under. After this camp arrived, it became clear it was no longer a safe environment for our three year old and the nanny was forced to confront the staff about both their inability to maintain the kids jump standards and the fact that she was significantly overcharged. I also called the manager, Ryan, afterward. He told me that camp visits were arranged by someone else, and that he had no ability to turn away kids older than 6 from this designated time for children 6 and under. When I reached out to the people he named, they contacted me once for more information and did not follow up after I provided them with more information. My husband pointed out we also observed this problem last summer, when the staff of a summer camp visiting Atomic Trampoline literally sat and played on their cell phones while older kids ran wild during the kids jump. read more

Atomic trampoline is not a safe place for adventurous children, not well maintained, and is understaffed. A horrifying or even traumatic experience might be the best words to describe my time there. This story is not an exaggeration. The short story... There was no staff anywhere regulating anything in the jumping area. In the foam pit, a boy climbed to the top of the padded wall. He fell through a gap between the net and the padded wall, 10 to 12 feet to concrete below. There were steel bar supports between top and floor he could have hit while falling. He at the least fractured both his arms and could have broke other things that were not obvious. The Long story... Early afternoon on March 27, 2022, my son had a birthday party at Atomic Trampoline with about 15 kids. I was standing next to the foam pool taking pictures of my son playing when I suddenly heard a boy crying. He began wailing, not an ordinary cry. I was concerned. He was close but I couldn't figure out where the cry was coming from. I realized it was coming from under the trampoline. I tried to figure out how to get to him, but I couldn't, so I started looking for staff. There was no staff anywhere in the entire jumping area. I ran to the front desk where there was a young man working. I told him there was a boy stuck and possibly hurt under the foam pit. He looked at me with a blank stair and began slowly walking to the pit. I told him he should hurry, but he ignored my suggestion. I ran ahead since there was no sense of urgency on his part. When I got back to the foam pool the boys mother had pulled a wall panel off to provide access under the pit. I couldn't see him but heard his screams. Knowing he needed immediate help, I jumped down about 5 - 7 feet to the concrete below that was cover in an inch of lint. It was dark and dirty. I heard screaming in a different area from before and saw him moving on the floor in the dark. He had moved, trying to find a way out. I quickly got to him but was scared to move him because I knew he was hurt. He was rolling around in agonizing pain. That is when his dad jumped down the same way I came in. I called him over to where we were. It was dark and hard to see. He immediately picked his son up and held him in his arms. I could tell both the boy and his father where scared, but I was trying to stay calm to help the situation. The worker was no where to be found. He never came down or attempted to. His father carried him to where we jumped down so we could look at him in some light to see how badly he was hurt. It was still dark though. We saw some blood on his dirty face around his mouth. His father wanted to get him out, so I climbed up (not easy). He lifted the boy up to me where I was able to cradle him and lay him on the ground where his mother and a group of people had congregated. The boy was still wailing in pain and never stopped during this entire experience. Now that we could see in the light, I saw both his arms were fractured. Every time he raised his arms his wrists and hands hung limp. The boy's mother called an ambulance first, then the young staff worker also called. We tried to keep the boy calm until medical help arrived. A first-responder in the building (not staff) came over to help to ensure the situation was not life threatening. Then a person on staff that was some kind of medical person showed up much later after we already had things under control. She must have been on break. When the ambulance and medical staff arrived, I got out the way. After talking to a staff member later, I found out there was a known gap between the net and the padded wall. The boy's mom was close to me but was not paying attention, probably only a minute. The 7-year-old boy climbed to the top and fell through the gap. Yes, there are signs that say not to do this, but anyone with a little boy knows they constantly test boundaries, especially in an environment like this one. They are completely incompetent. This should have never happened and could have easily been avoided two ways. (1) Ensure there are no gaps anywhere between the net and padded walls. (2) Sufficiently staff the facility to keep it safe. If you can't do those two things, this facility should not be open for business. They should have closed the facility until they ensured it was safe after this incident, but instead they acted like nothing happened. read more

I won tickets from a local radio station last week for a new indoor trampoline park in Leesburg, called Atomic Trampoline. This was the first time we'd ever been to one, but we were quite impressed. This was the grand opening weekend, so I'm sure that contributes to this, but the facility was bright, clean, cool, and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were also handy lockers that you could rent for the day for $3.00 and go in and out of as often as you like. It was well staffed in each area as well, with the employees willing to offer tips as well as directions and rules. There were also things to do besides straight jumping. There was a foam pit you could jump into, basket ball courts, and a dodgeball arena. I particularly liked the ability to have fun and be active with my child as a family. I think too many play facilities cater to parents who just drop off their kids and sit to play on their phones. Granted, you could just watch your kids here too, but it's definitely an adult and family friendly place (unlike another place I've previously reviewed on Yelp *cough cough*). The price point was slightly higher than I wouldn't make this a regular outing, but it wasn't astronomical. Keep in mind too, that you have to buy their special socks at $2/pair. So our first visit was today with the school spirit night and school holiday. Overall, we were pleased. The line at the front took a while to get through- not horrible but it did take some time to get in and get paid before the kids could jump. Overall, it was a lot of fun. There was a foam pit, dodge ball area, and lots of jump squares. There are employees watching the jumpers but I didn't see or hear them blow whistles or talk to anyone about jumping in their own square and I saw a few infractions. The space feels a little more crammed than the Rebounderz in Sterling, but I really like how there are no arcade games that my kids are going to want to waste money on. My son also really liked the dodgeball area so that was something a little different. We did bring our trampoline socks from Rebounderz and we were told we had to buy trampoline socks from Atomic. I thought it was a little silly, but whatever. To me trampoline socks are trampoline socks. I did end up seeing a few jumpers with Rebounderz socks on corrupting the Atomic trampolines with their Rebounderz socks...I wonder how they got through without buying the super special Atomic socks?? I wont usually post a review based on one experience but Ive now had several here that left a bad taste in my mouth. My biggest issue is the kids that are supervising are constantly reprimanding my child. Today he was told not to sit down. He had just sprinted up and down the mats and was catching his breath. They yell at him if he crawls over the elevated spaces in the jumping area as though a 5 year old will know yes you can jump but dont dare step on the solid ground. Its 17 an hour or i think like 24 for 90 minutes but thethe thing is, if your kid is having fun and you want to add time you pay the same initial rate you cant just pay 7 extra bucks. This is by design. The costs arent what bother me its the staff. I seriously have to tune in constantly to find out what new magical rule my child has broken. Great fun! We took my son and his BF there before dinner on his 11th birthday (Valentines Day, a Tuesday night). We just bought the 10 person jump card, it was much cheaper this way and the timing was super flexible. It was not busy at all. My fav thing was Dodgeball. I wanted to try more stuff but I haven't been on a trampoline in years, so while I enjoyed bouncing, I was afraid to try flips or jumping into the put from the "high dive". ....I keep telling myself I will next time. I took my boys here for the 1st time. Normally, we go to Rebounderz, but decided to try this location out, just for a change of scenery, thinking it could not be much different. We went in the afternoon of a weekday. Upon walking in, despite a few workers standing at the counter, no one greeted us or directed us in what we should do but we figured out we needed to register prior to walking up to the counter. That process was simple, then I purchased an hour jump session for the boys. The entire arena is all trampolines. 1/2 the arena is just for jumping around. The other 1/2 is divided up into a few sections: a dodge ball area, and basketball shooting area, and section to jump into foam blocks. My boys took off and had a blast. As they did, I decided to explore, but there wasn't much else to it. There were quite a few unoccupied party rooms, cubbies to neatly keep shoes, and lockers for additional items. Overall the place was very well kept and tidy. I thought the boys would get bored after a while, due to their not being any video games, like the other establishment we had attended, but apparently that never crossed their mind. It was fairly empty, being a weekday. After 30 minutes or so, they made friends with another group of kids and played a few games of dodge ball. No real complaints, aside from the lack of customer service upon entering the facility. Also, no one really kept tabs on how long kids jumped. Times were written on bracelets but no one walked around to verify who's bracelets expired etc. I guess it's just an honor system, which i don't see as being a problem, until it gets really busy/crowded. The staff was all fairly young and seemed to be friendly and simply passing time. I would probably give it a 3 stars, but since my boys had fun and are excited to return, I give it 4. read more
