Despite our explanation, the manager dismissively told us, "Go, go sit over there. You can't take food." Because of this interaction, one member of our group posted a Google review describing what had happened. Apparently, the manager read it and became even more upset. Later, one of our friends was sitting on a chair near the restaurant's photo booth when the manager approached and rudely told him to get up. He specifically said, "You wrote this review? Now you can't sit here, get out." At that point, the situation had become so uncomfortable that our entire group decided to leave. We later learned that the manager had told the next party to arrive at 3:00 PM, even though our event space was reserved until 4:00 PM. The next group was left waiting outside for us to leave. They seemed pretty frustrated too. The manager's behavior throughout the event was unprofessional, confrontational, and disrespectful.
