If only Chuck E. Cheese were a fraction as good about keeping their games functioning as they are about separating parents from their money. It's not like we ask for much (this lineup of games has been almost the same for a decade+). I understand games break, but for them to be out for weeks and still have no sign and still taking people's points (aka. Money) is unacceptable. I found it interesting, though, that no card readers were broken. I saw a bunch of employees working, n when I asked about why there were no signs on the games, I got a very annoyed looking employee who radioed someone but never saw anyone come out to address the issue. The veritable cherry on top was when we left. We stood at the unattended door for almost 2 min to be safety/parent checked to no avail. We eventually walked out no one the wiser after my youngest ran out the front door. He could've easily left on his own or someone could have easily snatched any one of my kids w/o anyone at the front door. After dropping $100+ there over 2 weekends (without food/drinks), I left feeling like I'd be sold something I didn't receive. The kids seemed to have a decent time, but seemed equally as annoyed that so many games were out. Fortunately for them, they moved on n lowered their expectations. I didn't.

Came here with my bf and his daughter for a birthday party. The location was kinda yucky. Sticky floors and tables but I kinda expect that in a place that welcomes kids. Cause kids are gross Anyways, the kids had a good time and the prizes are set up so that no kid goes home without at least a piece of candy which I appreciated because nothing is worse than trying to get kids to leave Chuck E Cheese no less empty handed. I haven't been back as I don't have kids and this location didnt have wine like the other one so I'm DEFINITELY not coming back.

We visited (and had a party at) the Manassas location and this one. I was so disappointed by this one. First of all, our party planner was terrifying. Like really scary and a bully. We kept laughing because we were just all so scared of her. She kept telling me where to stand and taking my camera in an attempt to take pictures for me. She was just so insistent that SHE could do EVERYTHING. She's in every picture with my son--as he's opening presents, blowing out candles. It was so weird! To add an even stranger element, there was this woman sitting off to the corner of the restaurant on her phone. And her son wandered over and started playing with my son. Then he asked if he could come to my son's birthday party. So of course my 6-year-old son said sure. I ended up having to feed this kid pizza and cake. Between the odd party planner lady to this random kid, it was the strangest party ever. Then, this random kid told my son, "this is my 4th party I've been to this week!" So this lady just brings her kid to chuck-e-cheese to let him join parties? I don't know. Maybe they're struggling financially or something. Whatever. It was odd though. Pizza was subpar. Some games were broken. They use cards instead of tokens now. The salad bar is the best part, but it's pricey.

Very big facility. Studio C stage (meaning only one robot). Chuck's mouth didn't work properly at the time of my visit, and so while all of his other movements worked, his mouth didn't move when he spoke, which was distracting. Watching all of the other characters on television monitors also was a bit odd (I can watch TV anywhere). Played Skee Ball in the game room, and noticed that the balls were lighter than most. Food was mediocre, but that's to be expected from Chuck E. Cheese's. You don't go to Chuck E. Cheese's for fine cuisine.

Took our nephew here Saturday around noon. He loved it! I have been to Chuck E. Cheese before and this one was cleaner and had lots of games! Pizza was good too. Will be back with the kiddos.

Lies!!! LIES!!! And I asked an employee why it wasn't done and he rudely replied "we are busy sooooo..." smugly. RUDE

It's a small place and I think it's because it's for pick-up only. We decided not to do pick up and sit inside instead. They have a couple of tables inside and outside. The service was relatively quick and fast! We didn't have to wait too long and we only had an hour; and within that hour our pizza was ordered, ready, and our plates were empty. We ordered - Neapolitan Margherita 5/5 - I'm not sure if it was because we had trash pizza the night before so our expectations were low or because it really is THAT good. I wasn't that hungry, but I ended up eating half the pie! The cheese tasted super fresh and complimented the balsamic drizzle. I'll definitely be returning here or at least getting it for take-out!

Parking is easy, with ample spaces both directly in front of the restaurant and across the street. Inside, the seating area is on the smaller side but sufficient for small parties. The ordering process is straightforward: you order and pay at the register, take a seat, and they bring the food to your table. We ordered a salad and two pizzas, one regular and one vegan. The regular pizza came out quickly and tasted quite good. However, the vegan pizza was flavorless. A major contributing factor is likely that they do not offer vegan cheese, so it essentially amounted to a cauliflower crust with tomato sauce and vegetables. On a side note, the cellular signal inside the restaurant was non-existent for some reason. All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience, but we likely won't be returning anytime soon.

No text per delivery instructions. I tried contacting the deli via their contact information. The automated answering service prompts "1" for receiving text updates. No text. No link in the text. No update. It didn't work at all after 3 separate tries. The order was left OUTSIDE/ outdoors at the front corner of the entrance, out of view. The delivery was already Cold and Crawling With Ants! This is what is referred to as a Three Point Failure otherwise known as a FUBAR. There is no communication between the establishment and your customer. Your app provides no updates on status of an order nor a way to request a status update on an order. If a change needs to be made, there is no way to reach the establishment directly as the listed phone number directs customers to an unreliable answering service which is Crucial Safety Feature if there is an error with the order; for instance an ingredient that the customer or their family members maybe allergic to that was added in error. The HungerRush LLC app merely acts as a non responsive middle wall between the Deli and its customers. The only thing the Deli Italiano app does effectively is accept payment, something a human cashier can do better because at the very least a human cashier can call management for assistance with resolving a customer's issue or answer any concerns a customer may have. The app does Neither. It's 2026. 90s website ordering wasn't this obstructive. I will be stopping by the deli location in Herndon next day before 5:30 PM to have this addressed Directly. The crumbled sausage in the Julian or the Roma pizzas is pretty good. We also enjoy the Rustica. I guess I'm finally writing a long overdue review to see if the owner will reconsider baking the pizzas just a little longer, the centers tend to be soggy. Especially the Rustica. With all of the liquid that get cooked out of the veggies coupled with the center of the pies being underbaked, the middle of our Rustica was just a soggy mess once again. Please fix this! We will be back and want to continue to enjoy veggie pizza here, but it's a big waste to not be able to eat the center of our Rustica pies. One thing I didn't like here was seeing a dog walking around behind the counter from the kitchen one time (and yes the owner was there, she just told the pup to go back in the kitchen). Certainly that's a health department no-go and it left me questioning the health guideline compliance. Please keep it all on the up and up! Thanks
