The 12-month contract is not clearly disclosed, and what they don't tell you is that making changes to your membership can restart your entire 12-month commitment. That's the kind of policy customers deserve to know upfront, not after they're already locked in. To make matters worse, the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Representatives were unhelpful, communication was poor, and resolving a simple issue felt impossible. It's a fun option for kids. Birthday parties are popular but can hectic monitoring your child as unless it's a private party the bigger kids are sometimes bouncing etc too close to the younger kids. I wish there were age specific zones. They offer affordable monthly passes. It is a nice indoor option in the area to keep the kiddos active. read more

want to start by saying that I've taken my kids to nearly every indoor trampoline / bounce house park DFW has to numerous times. I am a very protective father and safety is a huge concern during this COVID-19 pandemic do you have to be extra choosy and picky about where you take your children. I put this Altitude location at the top of the list. I used to come to this location quite a bit last year. An Urban air opened up in my neighborhood so ended up getting a membership there at UA mainly because it was close, not at all with any issues I had with Altitude. My experiences were actually pretty great. Stuck in a membership and paying monthly I was not able to visit Altitude as much. Urban Air was just full of horrible experiences mainly with the young unorganized staff, filthiness and management that pretty much denies everything I finally was able to get my membership canceled. I came back to Altitude. What a day and night experience. The employees are friendly taking the time to explain membership and how each plan worked, and answered my questions very clearly. Cleanliness: 5 stars -it amazingly clean! I noticed that staff members are constantly walking around making sure areas are wiped down. This is so important especially in this crazy pandemic situation. GM was also walking to make sure things are clean. Prime example of good management and great staff Friendliness 5 stars - I'm so horrible at names. In time ill learn them all :) The person working the front desk took the time to answer all my questions, explained the membership plans. When there weren't customers to tend to at the counter? She was doing a pretty great job cleaning and making sure every little spot was clean in the area she was working on. 2 younger employees- These guys were closely monitoring jumpers. I happened to have a little one so they made sure they had extra eyes on my son. When my son went to another area, I noticed that they followed in case. As a parent it's so nice to have the feeling of safety for your children. One of the guys went out of the way to grab some foam balls for my mini me because he was walking back and forth looking for something to do. These guys also did their part cleaning and sanitizing. I noticed both of them were constantly using hand sanitizer. Great to see. GM- He does a great job. I witnessed him giving good directions to the team. Also, taking the time to make sure we're having an good time. Even told me that it I ever have any issues with anything at Altitude to contact him. Outside it's mosquito hell, hot, and just not a whole lot for kids to do. Altitude is cool, great environment and mostly CLEAN. Membership fees are super value. Dropped in today with my teen special needs son and his RBT. They had an amazing time and were easily worn out within the hour. This place is huge and has a lot of things to do, not just flat trampolines. This place is clean and new and doesn't smell like feet like the other jump places plus has more interactive games. Thus is an additional review from an earlier one I posted about being charged for safety socks since my grandson were wearing safety socks from another facility, and I was told they needed altitude socks because it was a "liability" issue. In the extreme dodgeball trampoline area, I noticed an employee, at least 6 feet tall, playing dodgeball. He was throwing the ball as hard as he could at an older kid. This went on for at least 20 minutes or more. There were a lot of other smaller younger kids playing. To be fair, they' looked like they were having a good time. But I couldn't figure out how that wasn't a liability issue. I mean, what if the ball hit a little kid in the face full force? Having to calm my crying 8 year old daughter as she left her own birthday party is the main reason for my 1 star. I was harassed and humiliated and embarrassed by employees causing a scene in front of my family and friends after swiping my debit card for $333 dollars. We were treated so poorly that my baby left her own party crying because she thought her mommy was getting "in trouble" by the man who worked there. The management at this establishment is a joke. It is unfortunate because had there been some professionalism, I feel like it had potential to be a great day. Instead, the manager caused a scene and humiliated me by making it seem as though I owed him after I'd already paid over $330. I'm saying my goodbyes to our guests, and apologizing for the experience we all had because of the horrible service we received at our Elite Party, when Orlando and Erika continued to harass us all the way out the door. The ego on those two are scary considering they're working in an establishment with children of all ages. When I asked MULTIPLE times for corporate's phone number to make a complaint, he refused to give it to me. Well, handy dandy Google came in clutch and for the sake of all future patrons of that establishment, I pray they do some in depth customer service training because the way that I was treated, as a paying customer who dropped hundreds, is appalling. Also, what I owed him, for the record, was three 2 liters. Who skips out on a soda tab? My card was on file, btw. They do that until the party is complete. There was no host for the party, had to ask for napkins (only for them to come back and take them "because another table needed them."). Also, my daughter didn't get to spin whatever the Elite prize wheel is. We didn't even get socks and wristbands until a half hour in because nobody helped us until I went to hunt down someone and asked. Food didn't arrive until 15 mins before we were supposed to get out of the room. Then started the drama. Try urban air. We've had parties there before and have zero complaints... and, I mean, I've never left in tears from there, so that's a plus. read more

He expressed his care and concern and showed empathy in a major way. Sullivan apologized and we could tell it was genuine and sincere. Oftentimes an apology is all it takes. Do not book your child's party here!! The manager is very unprofessional, specifically Orlando. We went there and had a room booked from 12-2 and didn't receive the pizzas until 15 mins before we had to leave the room. Not only that but the pizzas didn't seem fresh, we then had another worker bring us 3 more pizzas for what we thought were apology pizzas for the first ones being late and not fresh. No, apparently they weren't for us and instead of being apologetic we were told to pay for their mistake. In the middle of singing happy birthday the manager came in to make it a point that we have to pay, very Unprofessional. We also didn't get some of the things promised for the elite party package for example the prize wheel for the birthday girl. There was very minimal supervision around the park as well. Less than 5 min into the park we were asked to leave with out a refund, when we arrived we asked if the socks from a competitor park were ok and they said yes . We paid and soon after their employees surrounded my kid treating her as if she had snuck in, ignoring that I was right next to her . They said that she needed to buy their socks, this was done in a very rude and upsetting manner . The owner came over and tried to pull me over to show me their policy with out listening to me when I tried to explain that their kid who checked us out said the socks we had were ok , the owner told us we either buy more socks or leave then he called over for their police officer to escort us out with out giving my kids a proper chance to grab their shoes and put them on. We walked over got our shoes and left . I for sure will not give their place a chance again. Only 3 stars this time. Willing to give it another try to see if there's improvement. This was for a birthday party of an 8yr old. What was good /great..check in process, clean, well lit, well maintained equipment. What was less than good or just bad...disorganization of planning for a party. Food and cake was meant for everyone that attended, however staff asked all adults to leave the table so the children could be grouped together for serving purposes. Then we waited on the pizza (which was setting on the front counter). While waiting the birthday girl opened her gifts. She finished and we were still waiting. Finally pizza is served to the kids. Adults could eat .. but not at the table with thier children. Then CAKE! Yeaaa! Well except we had to wait for forks. More than half the cake was cut and served before forks arrived. Last but not least...had to ask 3 times for the bill/check. All the while we are waiting (since being called for everyone to join at the table) and after being served... No jumping allowed. Maybe they should've mentioned /communicated that to someone when the party was booked. Don't mean to whine...just letting you know our experience. The trampoline park was the perfect activity for my three kids, especially on a rainy day. I was scared my lil 2 year old wouldn't enjoy it as much as my other two children who are 4 and 7, but he loved it. He didnt want to leave after three hours! altitude was clean, the staff was present and so sweet. The birthday parties are expensive and the way that they have it setup isn't enough time for a normal fun time. We weren't informed of some of the constrains until the day of the party. (can't open gifts, can't have candy, etc) My party room was still occupied at the time my kids party was to start. The entire party felt rushed. When we brought the issues and concerns to the owners this particular franchised establishment they didn't properly handle the situation. One of the owners even stated that they accommodated us for a service we actually paid for. I was quiet surprise to find out the next day that the two people (male/female) that we were speaking with were the actual owners. I have had no problems in history with taking my kids each week to jump, but i will never book a party there again.
