It's a fun option for kids. Birthday parties are popular but can hectic monitoring your child as unless it's a private party the bigger kids are sometimes bouncing etc too close to the younger kids. I wish there were age specific zones. They offer affordable monthly passes. It is a nice indoor option in the area to keep the kiddos active.

GREAT PLACE FOR KIDS TO LET LOOSE AND JUMP, run and meet new friends. It is worth every penny!

Great place to jump, play and meet new friends. It has a snack bar and the employees are super friendly

Look how clean it is. Smells good and fresh.

want to start by saying that I've taken my kids to nearly every indoor trampoline / bounce house park DFW has to numerous times. I am a very protective father and safety is a huge concern during this COVID-19 pandemic do you have to be extra choosy and picky about where you take your children. I put this Altitude location at the top of the list. I used to come to this location quite a bit last year. An Urban air opened up in my neighborhood so ended up getting a membership there at UA mainly because it was close, not at all with any issues I had with Altitude. My experiences were actually pretty great. Stuck in a membership and paying monthly I was not able to visit Altitude as much. Urban Air was just full of horrible experiences mainly with the young unorganized staff, filthiness and management that pretty much denies everything I finally was able to get my membership canceled. I came back to Altitude. What a day and night experience. The employees are friendly taking the time to explain membership and how each plan worked, and answered my questions very clearly. Cleanliness: 5 stars -it amazingly clean! I noticed that staff members are constantly walking around making sure areas are wiped down. This is so important especially in this crazy pandemic situation. GM was also walking to make sure things are clean. Prime example of good management and great staff Friendliness 5 stars - I'm so horrible at names. In time ill learn them all :) The person working the front desk took the time to answer all my questions, explained the membership plans. When there weren't customers to tend to at the counter? She was doing a pretty great job cleaning and making sure every little spot was clean in the area she was working on. 2 younger employees- These guys were closely monitoring jumpers. I happened to have a little one so they made sure they had extra eyes on my son. When my son went to another area, I noticed that they followed in case. As a parent it's so nice to have the feeling of safety for your children. One of the guys went out of the way to grab some foam balls for my mini me because he was walking back and forth looking for something to do. These guys also did their part cleaning and sanitizing. I noticed both of them were constantly using hand sanitizer. Great to see. GM- He does a great job. I witnessed him giving good directions to the team. Also, taking the time to make sure we're having an good time. Even told me that it I ever have any issues with anything at Altitude to contact him. Outside it's mosquito hell, hot, and just not a whole lot for kids to do. Altitude is cool, great environment and mostly CLEAN. Membership fees are super value. Not sure if it's just some promotional price but im glad I'm in.

It doesn't make sense to dehydrate children that have been actively jumping and playing especially on 100 degree days. Last time we visited we were told they were adding a pizza oven and concession, but that's still not the case. They do have arcade games that put a $5 charge on your card no matter if you only played one round (supposed to be only $1), Hurricane Simulator, and a non-working Marvel Photo Booth. Once the charge actually cleared, I was charged $6.10! Per game. I definitely got scammed and am disputing the charges. Regardless, staff were all friendly and I'm so glad Altitude is open at 11am during the week (unlike UrbanAir). The online scheduler allowed passes to be bought starting at 10am though, so that needs to be fixed. Also there are STILL parts of the trampoline park that are closed off! I have to assume still broken but I don't know for a fact why.

One thing I really liked is that there are benches all around the jumping area, which makes it easy for parents to sit and keep an eye on their kids. The pizza was also very good. My biggest recommendation is to go before 3 PM. Later in the day it gets very crowded with unsupervised teenagers, which made the environment feel less safe for younger kids. During our visit, a teen tried to start a fight with my 8-year-old, and other teens were running around pushing my 5-year-old and even bumping into me. At one point the police were called because a fight broke out inside the location. Another issue was seating. There are not many tables available for eating. Some groups brought cakes and took over the tables for parties, so we couldn't find a place to sit and eat. We ended up ordering pizza and leaving to eat elsewhere. Overall, it's a fun place for kids under 10, especially earlier in the day, but I do wish there was better supervision and more seating for families.

I will never recommend this place again for a party or any type of event…read more I recently hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party here, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to constant miscommunication and poor management. The employee I initially spoke with gave me completely different information than what I was told later, which created unnecessary confusion throughout the entire process. The facility itself was also concerning. Several trampolines were damaged to the point that duct tape was being used to hold them together. The bathrooms were extremely dirty--so much so that multiple families left the party to use a nearby gas station and then returned. That alone was embarrassing as a host. I also felt bad for our party host, Trinity, who seemed unprepared and unsure of how to handle situations, likely due to lack of proper guidance. Management even made a comment that he "just wants to leave," which reflected the overall lack of care and professionalism. The final issue involved the party favors. We were told that since they ran out, we would receive free jump passes instead. However, when one of my guests tried to use the pass the next day, it was not valid because it had not been signed or dated by management. This was extremely embarrassing for me as the host. Additionally, I was told ahead of time that the $50 outside food fee would be waived for cake, chips, and drinks. When it came time to pay, I was told that was not true. When I called to clarify beforehand, I was even told I could purchase drinks there to avoid the fee--but then was informed they don't provide cups for guests, which makes no sense. To make matters worse, one employee I spoke with sounded inebriated, and I later heard that this is not uncommon. Apparently, some court monitors allow friends to bring in "water" bottles so they can drink while jumping. Overall, this experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and embarrassing. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere when planning an event.

Cons- (reason I am giving it 3 stars) I totally understand it's new and a new business has new employees. Unfortunately, as a customer we shouldn't have to deal with this level of service. The staff is mainly very young (maybe high school teens mostly). I've witnessed employees hugging and kissing boyfriends during work. (only within a couple weeks of opening). Groups of employees standing around talking and laughing (1-11 very crowded). With it being so crowded I'd think the staff would be working extra hard. Instead it was pretty much chaos and since my child is only 3, we ended up leaving after 20 mins. This is actually the usual but it just bothered me it was so crowded that I was concerned with my kids safety. So had a manager explain to me what exactly my kids can play and not play on so thought it was worth me upgrading so I did. Within a few hours I have one of the teen employees telling me my 3 yr old is too small for something. I read all the signs and there isn't a height restriction. Got tired of arguing so ended up doing something else. One incident - My son is playing on where you jump on a trampoline to an air bag. My son jumps into the airbag (3yr old). Next thing I know about 4 full grown teen come running doing flips off of it, barely missing my boy! There's a staff member standing right there who should've stopped them but she's busy laughing because these kids must be her friends. Cleanliness-- Wow this is a big one. I've found the play area w/ slides to be ultra dirty at times. Sticky, vomit, even blood (probably from a nosebleed). I can tell it was there a while because it was dry. Shoe rack? I have a bigger shoe bin at my house. This is a trampoline park. This place has so much potential. I was planning on going there on a regular basis which is why I paid for memberships. At this point I'm nearly ready to cancel it and just go back to the other trampoline parks. What are the hours exactly? I looked up google listings and says it opens at 11am. Went there at noon and doors locked.

Today, just days before the party, I stopped by to confirm the details and was shocked to learn that nearly all of the attractions are closed for renovations. I was told the only things currently open are the rock wall and four trampolines. What is most frustrating is that there's no way this renovation was planned overnight. If Urban Air knew they would be under construction during my reserved party date, they should have disclosed that when I booked months ago--or at the very least notified customers well in advance (since renovations have been ongoing for at least a month) so families had enough time to make other arrangements. Instead, I had to find out on my own just 4 days before my daughter's birthday party. To make matters even worse, they told me I could be refunded, but said the location couldn't actually process the refund because corporate has to do it. So not only am I left scrambling to find another venue at the last minute, but I also have to wait on corporate just to get my own money back. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. Birthday parties are major milestones for children, and customers deserve honesty, transparency, and timely communication. Failing to notify families about significant renovations that drastically impact the party experience is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking a birthday party here to call ahead and verify that the attractions you are paying for are actually available before committing.
