Kids will love it! Came here during summer break on a Tuesday, it was still pretty busy since summer camps were going on, but we still managed to have so much fun and be exhausted. The 90 mins play pass is more than enough. There is so much to do here on the trampolines: dodge ball, basketball, swinging bar, slides, and so much more. The staff are so sweet. I am so happy to have found a spot where I can go in with my child to make sure he stays safe without having to pay (you ask for a spectator band and it's free as long as you have their socks) because of that, I will definetly be visiting again! Altitude Trampoline Park was founded in 2012 and has grown to more than 76 locations across the U.S., including Bradenton, Jacksonville Beach, and Orlando. The Coral Springs location is a 28,000-square-foot indoor trampoline park in Coral Palm Plaza on University Drive, in the space formerly occupied by Buybuy BABY. This was my first visit to Altitude Coral Springs, and I came with a summer camp group. You can sign the required jump waivers online before your visit or at one of the kiosks inside the park. Grip socks are required for all jumpers. Altitude offers a wide variety of attractions beyond its wall-to-wall trampolines, including a three-story soft play area for younger children, an arcade, café, and private party rooms. What I liked the most was the variety of activities. In addition to the trampolines, there are dodgeball courts, basketball dunk lanes, a trapeze, slides, a climbing ladder, monkey bars, a head-to-head challenge court, and multiple jumping platforms. With so many different areas and hidden corners, it can be difficult to keep track of children. I did notice staff monitoring the park and cameras throughout the facility, which made me feel that safety is a priority. Several other camps were visiting at the same time, making the park extremely loud. Overstimulating was a word I heard uttered by more than one counselor. Unfortunately, there was also a mix-up with our scheduled arrival time that left our group waiting before we could enter. The situation wasn't handled well by the manager, which was disappointing. Summer camps are an important part of business during this season, and a simple communication issue ended up leaving a negative impression. Once the kids were finally allowed to play, they did have a good time. I also noticed that Altitude offers a variety of special promotions and membership programs for those who plan to visit regularly. While the facility offers fun activities, there are several other similar businesses of this type in the area, so with the attitude from the manager of Altitude I'm not sure whether we'll be returning. read more

From wall-to-wall trampolines to all the exciting attractions, it has everything a kid could possibly want for hours of nonstop fun and energy burning excitement. The variety of activities keeps kids entertained the entire time, no matter their age. What really makes it even better is the food and seating area. They offer pizza and slushies, which is perfect for refueling between jumps or for parents to relax while the kids play. It's a great spot for birthday parties, playdates, or just a fun day out. We needed a place to burn off some energy during Thanksgiving break. Altitude Coral Springs was the perfect idea. Sierra was very helpful when we checked in. She provided us with all the information that we needed and explained that I could go on the trampoline floor and watch. I don't always find trampoline places clean or safe. But this place gets a 10 out of 10. We will definitely visit again. read more

There is this kid Ace that we see here from time to time is the best. He answers kids questions and "referees" their games. Such a positive force and a real stand out example of great customer care. He always has something nice to say. This young man should train the new team members. read more

This place is just okay. It seems big, but it's really not compared to other jump places. The slides are very tall. The prices aren't cheap. The staff was okay. The young man working in the café area was great, but the girls at check-in were a bit rude, as if I was bothering them by asking questions. The party rooms are spacious. It was clean, but it's new. They have lots food options but not cheap. Bring your own water if you can save money. read more

Got handed coupons once for this place so wanted to check it out . Decided to go on opening day abs let me tell you so worth it. We got to jump for 90 minutes of fun. So much. Jumping activities very space the staff makes sure you're safe they go by wrist band colors when you're time is up. You do have to buy the socks so make sure you save them . If you plan on going back. They have lots of snack choices for reasonable price like pizza nachos and chicken and fries I'll have to try next time . We hosted our son's 9th birthday here. We booked the All-Star Room package (2 hours of jumping time for 10 kids). I have to say everything went pretty smooth from the time I walked through the door right through the end. My party attendant (Ava) was so good. I simply showed up with a cake and balloons & she did the rest. She was personable, attentive, & great with the kids. The place is not huge, which I can appreciate. We had the pizza's for the party & I must say it was pretty good pizza! The pepperoni was nice and crispy, cheese was fresh & the pizza wasn't too doughy. Place also wasn't crowded which was a plus. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the jump time is within the hours you have the party room, so essentially the kids don't have a full 2 hours because we have to bring them in for food & cake within that time frame. You have the option to extend the jumping time for your guests, at an extra cost. Overall, great place for a party if you're looking for something simple, easy & kid friendly. read more

On October 28, 2025 I attended my grandson's 3rd birthday party at the Altitude Coral Springs to celebrate his birthday. The young lady with long braids working the trampoline area became upset with our group and continued to yell very loudly amongst young children, " I don't give a F_ _ _ ", at least 15 times to everyone in our group. In addition, she caused one of our guests five year old daughter to cry. I will never go back. My next step is to file a BBB complaint. read more

From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The variety of activities was incredible! The trampolines were so much fun, but they also have a huge slide, dodgeball courts, a timed obstacle course (our favorite) and basketball court. Literally something for everyone. My kids couldn't stop smiling the entire time we were there - and that was even before they got mini-melts. Even we the grown adults (my husband and I) couldn't resist jumping. If I can add less than one star, I would this place sucks worst service ever for the price other places around better bigger for less price first time here had worse experience. one person tell me I can walk around to watch my kid for free. The Altitude Trampoline Park was a big let down. The park itself was pretty small. The staffs were rude from the get go. They initially said the junior pass was 7 and under and when they found out 2 of our 3 kids were under 7, they changed their tunes and said it was actually 6 and under. Worst of all, they told us our 2 hour time was up 45 mins sooner and when we tried to correct them, they said that's what their system said and didn't want to help. Plus, everything is extra: you need to get their socks, parents need to pay extra to chaperone their kids, photo booth was $8 per picture. Totally ripoff. Never going here again. read more

I did a review of the facility cuz my grandchildren will be coming down. The manager on duty basically treated me and my service dog very important and I'm professional. He accused me of having adult beverage when in fact it was a cream soda from down street. I've taken my dog everywhere in hospitals airports and everywhere a service dog is needed.
