The kids enjoyed themselves and the teenage staff did a great job. The bathroom was horrible and I had to go ask for toilet paper. If you only have one hungry child pizza is not sold by the SLICE. It was great but it was not very clean and the sponge cubes that the children jump in need replacing. They were so worn that they were crumbling and got in the children's eyes and mouth when they jumped in them. It could be updated and cleaned to be a great place for children! read more

I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the trampoline park, especially the variety of activities open from dodge ball to a complimentary simulation arcade game. However, I was concerned by the number of both birthday parties and walk in entry's that were granted due to COVID. I would have thought that reservations would have been a requirement to keep the capacity down, however this was not the case as we walked in a party of 5 and more people followed. We were required to wear masks as adults, however there was no social distancing enforced. This place seems to be run by teenagers. Music is targets towards a downtown Salisbury bar. They played rap music about sex, drugs, etc. I came here for my nieces 11th birthday lol wow. Way to go. Advertise this place for 18+ if you're going to play garbage like this. They changed a few songs because they were just too bad but didn't change the station. More of the same to me. read more

With the grandkids and some others, we went on a rainy day. The kids had a pretty good time but the place was not clean, nor was it well supervised. There were employees visible at various stations, but seemed bored and couldn't bother to do their job or enforce posted rules; consequently, two teenagers were in the climbing area with a height restriction (clearly meant for smaller children) and at a climbing wall with a playpen below, a reckless young teen shoved a 9 year old in our party right into the pit. Asked the "worker" who witnessed it and he simply shrugged. I sanitized continuously using our own supply. Went there this weekend with the kids and they loved it. You put all your info in computer instead of doing a paper liability waiver. This should save time when we go back. There were four areas to play, dodge ball which looked very intense, jumping into a pit which had a line that went quickly, smaller area for little kids and the general area. Also games to play lined up on the side of the batting cage. We enjoyed free wifi and chairs close to where they jumped. Cafe didn't look too great but there are many places to eat after you leave. If we lived closer we would certainly be there more often. read more

Not happy with this place. Lights kept going out so it was way too dark for the kids. Had a birthday party here for the kids and it was extremely disorganized. Music was horrific. Kids love it here. I can't lie so do I. Always a great time. Always busy but never seems to be overly crowded.

Altitude Trampoline We came on a Groupon on a Friday around 230. There weren't many kids but my two had a blast playing. I didn't go into the restroom so I can't speak to the cleanliness but the play area was clean. We were waited on promptly and professionally. Two workers stood around talking and playing on an IPhone but I did see one of the workers talk to several kids twice about what they were doing. I would say this is a pretty laid back area where you need to supervise your kids. You need to take your kid and possibly a friend or two, don't bank on the fact that there will be a crowd there. Overall, my kids had fun but if the Groupon had been for more than an hour this might be a different story. read more

Great place for all ages. The supervision is okay but it's more peace of mine if you watch your own kids. A variety of activities, so it is not just jumping on a trampoline. read more

I booked a party for my son's 5th birthday and I was a big disappointment especially for the cost. I had to ask for the decorations, food was late our party started late, I asked for half of my money back because half of the things I payed for did not happen. I only got 18$ back out of 180$. I refuse to give this place any stars. The service was horrendous. Not a smile on any of the staffs faces. One of the employees walked away in the middle of a conversation I was having with him. Limited room for jumping. The lines are terribly long and you have to sign multiple waivers for different activities, which I completely understand, but again I tried to ask for help from an employee and no one was "available". My family and I were terribly disappointed, my younger sister cried on the way home. In conclusion, I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

The experience leaves much to be desire. "Altitude" does not receive high marks AT ALL! Registration took a bit bc of computer problems but as much as this place has changed names and ownership I guess it's expected. No harm. After paying $120 for my family and having to buy socks we were ready to have fun. Everyone was super pumped to play dodgeball and there wasn't a lot of people so you could play almost every time. The problem was you could tag a player several times and they wouldn't get whistled by the ref. His explanation was he didn't see it. But after several times and other players calling out the same bipartisan refereeing..it no longer became fun. Especially with the players taunting from the other side taping there ears that the ref didn't whistle so they were going to do what they want. We will do the same and not return. Better ways to spend time with my family then how their games are managed. The last time we plan anything here and will suggest my friends and family do the same. Ridiculous 5/21/17 1pm. read more

My first experience here was disappointing. Long line when we arrived. Waited for 25 minutes to get to front and then we are told to go fill a waiver out first electronically across the room and then get back in the long line again! There was no signage about the waiver or staff directing you when you arrive what to do. When we asked if we could pay and then immediately sign the waiver they said no. They didn't apologize for the long wait or even offer that maybe we come back to the front after we sign the waiver. There were no options and no concern whatsoever from the staff, who all looked like they were teenagers and could care less whether you were there or not. I did not see a single adult working there. We paid $26 for two kids to jump for one hour. There are a ton of options there including a mechanical bull, batting cages, and a laser tag machine, but everything else outside of the trampoline area has an associated cost. So you wind up paying the initial fee but not getting much for your money and your child will still be asking for more every five minutes. After our children jumped for about 30 minutes, they were finished with the experience and said they were bored. We will not be returning. read more

Kids had a great time, after we got checked in. It seemed like everyone at the counter was tired of having to do their job, and were very unpleasant. My kids were getting pretty disappointed about the wait while their friends were having fun. I wish the staff enjoyed their jobs and working with kids - it would have made me feel more welcome. The staff spoke (words I'm sure they've repeated hundreds of times) 100mph and the loud music didn't help. They couldn't tell me where the party was, and were exasperated that I didn't automatically know I had to start with waivers at a distant computer. A simple shout out to the long line waiting to check in "hey, make sure you've filled out a waiver back there before you wait in line for 15 minutes" would have saved 50% of the frustration. And waiting in line again was a huge bummer for the kids. Seems like they would have a much better day if no one showed up, and I will be sure to help them reach their goal. read more
