Having an energetic toddler who is an early riser, I'm always looking for activities to get him moving early in the day. Get Air Glen Burnie is the place to see. It is fun, open and clean. I love that they have toddler hours and accommodate for families and smaller children. They open early at 8am on the first Saturday of the month and on Sundays. It is a great place to go when the weather isn't great for outdoor play. I love that I feel like my child is safe and free to roam around. We have so much fun as a family here! So many laughs. There's designated space for parties (which is actually what brought us to this location). Today was the worst experience I've ever had! I took 3 of my students on a field to Get Air in Glen Burnie, so we could escape the heat but still play outside of our center. Well, we were in for a surprise, the AC was broken. No AC in nearly 100 degree weather!!! That's not escaping the heat. And of course the worker didn't tell us that the AC was broken until after I paid for my students and complained about it being so hot. I asked for a refund because two of my students didn't jump because they were so hot. The worker said he wasn't giving me a refund because it wasn't hot in there and they had a fan, so we just left. I didn't push the issue while I was there because I had two parent chaperones with me and I didn't want to appear unprofessional In front of them. Don't go to this location because they don't expect the air to be fixed until mid-July and the customer service sucks! I'm very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Not enough staff to actually supervise the children and most importantly not making sure that the children who are playing are being supervised by their parents. My child was there with a group today and at least one child and parent were assaulted by an unsupervised child even after brought to staff attention. Why oh why did we not have Get Air when I was 10 years old living in Scotland?! Such a fun place for young and old! I think I burned more calories in one hour than I did all week. So many fun activities, dodge ball, basketball, and many others, all while jumping on trampolines all over the establishment. Fun! Get Air is clean, customer service was great! I purchased tickets on Groupon for around $10. Regular price is about $15 per hour. You really don't need more than an hour. You will need to buy grip socks $3 per pair. We booked our daughters 11th birthday here. It was easy to book, I even needed to change the time after I booked it and they made that process so smooth. We got there about 15 minutes early to check in and they told my daughter she could start jumping right away. Everyone was SUPER nice and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have better signage letting you know where the restrooms are, it wasn't very obvious but we had a great party and my daughter and her friends had an AMAZING time. Overall a great trampoline park! They have sectioned off toddler area which really sets this place apart from others like it. Super friendly and helpful. The vending machine is pretty bare so maybe pack snacks and a drink for the kids, I didn't see a water fountain. Toddlers are not allowed on the main, flat trampoline area which I think is a poor choice on GetAir's part. There really weren't that many kids there and if parents are supervising their children properly it shouldn't be an issue and they should be allowed to jump there. That was my daughters favorite part and one person supervising had no issue but another girl told us she couldn't jump there. The other person even said she could do basically everything else but that and dodge ball which seems insane because the other activities were definitely much more unsafe including the steep "slide" as they are now calling the hang gliding area. I would recommend but keep the above in mind if going with a small child. read more

So overall, this place is not bad if you want to take your child somewhere to blow off some energy. There are times its packed, but other times you almost have the place to yourself. My issue is that nothing is consistent here. Sometimes my toddler is allowed to jump everywhere, other times she is confined to the toddler area. One day when its packed shes allowed in the dodge ball area, other days when she is the only person in there shes not allowed in there by herself. If you have rules and guidelines then how about be consistent? I believe it's a manager, the guy with the long hair and tattoos, who sometimes enforces the rules and other times doesnt. You've got teenagers who dont pay attention while they're working and are sneaking off to the corner to text. Visited this location for a birthday party. My daughter is 5 years old and had a wonderful time. The place was packed with happy bouncing kids, teens, & some babies & adults. They have a variety of things to do from foam pits, surf board, swings, dodgeball area, toddler/baby area, and of course the land of trampolines. They have monitors around to make sure the kids aren't doing anything wrong, wearing bracelets, and not getting hurt. One con for the play area is the basketball area. It was totally taken over by this one group so no other kids could participate at all. Possibly the monitors could keep it to 10mins or so for each group so everyone could have a turn. Just a thought. The party area is in the back. They have a rows of picnic tables to accommodate approximately 5-6 parties... that's if each party uses two picnic tables each. The system of getting guests in seem odd. You have to check in at the front to sign a waiver then in the back for a party you have to check in the child on another tablet. Plus the pizza that came with the party was COLD. How do you serve cold pizza to party guests especially host that have to pay for it. The women's bathrooms needs improvement. One of the stalls was out of toilet paper, the two back stalls had water all over the floor, and it smelled. I believe this place is fairly new for their bathrooms to look so run down. Plus you have people walking around in socks.... water on the floor is just gross. Overall, this place a good location to have kids burn energy. Get Air: It's a good place for teens to hangout on weekends, for the weekdays it's for the younger kids. The older kids go during the weekend and have dance battles, we are teenagers. At least we aren't out on the streets doing illegal activities. There is some fights but that happens everywhere, but overall it's a good place for teens. Never swept, literally saw fake eyelashes on the floor, trash on trampoline, dirt everywhere-- and this is right when they opened. Bathrooms not clean, didn't have soap in dispenser. We had our sons 6th birthday party there on a Sunday at 11am with 30 jumpers. Communication is pretty minimal for the $800 price point. you pick your package online and pay and never talk to anyone on the phone. The contact email they provide on invoice doesn't even exist. They email you a generic email a few days before going over reminders, asking for names and headcount. Honestly a phone call from a manager of some sort probably would be thoughtful considering the high price tag on this place. We never once saw a manager on site and the entire place is run by teenagers. That is really surprising to me given the liability and revenue this place generates. Again, a little more of a personal "thanks for choosing us!" Would have been nice and changed my thoughts on future business with them. The party check-in line is horrible. If you have 50-60 guest attending you might want to stagger their arrival times in. One person checks your party in. There was another girl standing at the front also who chose not to help speed our line up even tho there were no walk ins at all. It was pretty frustrating and put a sour taste in a lot of the parents mouths. If majority of the kids jumping signed the waiver AND have been verified from the email I sent days before; you would think they'd have their wristbands ready to go and be quickly handed out. Instead she went one group by one and it took until 11:40 to get all guest checked in. I was disappointed to find that the party area is shared. One huge open room with 4 parties happening at once. It ended up not being a huge deal because we were at the end so no one walked passed but again, with the price tag you can get private at many other establishments. Most of the kids were under or just over the 46". I was so happy they were very lenient with the rules and let everyone jump wherever (remember it's run by teens who really don't care). We had a 3 hour package so the kids jumped for 90 min, we did pizza (better than dominos) and cake and then the kids jumped again after. The 3 hour time slot seemed to long at first but honestly with the large group it was just right. we had just been to a party there a week before that was a disaster so I had brought lots of extra paper plates, napkins cups etc. they are very stingy with that stuff for some reason (1 per jumper). I was glad we got to see the operation before hand so I wasn't disappointed. Overall the kids had a great time. Will I do it again when my daughter is older? Came tonight for a club Get Air night with music and black lights etc. Came with only time for the last hour of jumping. The guy offered us the cheaper option which was nice. However, a girl was injured and they had to turn everything off to help her. Yet, when she was gone and safe out of the building, they refused to turn all the stuff back on even though there was 20 minutes left. Not only that, the lady who we asked if she could turn it back on was very rude and nasty and also said she was probably going to close 10 minutes early. We asked for some kind of refund since she couldn't possibly turn off a light switch and the music volume up or stay open for just 10 more minutes so we got our full hour and she was nasty about that too and said "it's just 10 minutes". If that's the case then she could've stayed open. I also have never been spoken to by an employee of any business this way. The gentleman finally cut in and said come back down after we close and we'll give you something. He showed great customer service and gave us jump passes. Get air is an amazing place to take your kids hours of fun from Dodgeball the jumping on the trampoline basketball and even dance contest the kids all have a great time on Friday and Saturday nights at the club are it's for the older kids but they do have a blast I take my grandchildren every Friday night sometimes Saturday and during the week the staff is very friendly and takes care of the kids and their birthday parties are amazing read more

The staff here treated us terrible, one of the worker's, named Josh, threatened to kick my child out if they didn't get off of the swing because "they were sitting there for too long" even though their is no sign that says how long you can stay on for. Also if you have sky zone socks or any other jumping socks Josh will ask you to "trade them in" for get air socks, by the way "trade them in" means they will just throw your socks in the garbage and give you socks that look and act exactly the same but with a different logo. read more

My daughter and her friends have been going to Glen Burnie Get Air for Club Air for a couple months now. Everything is usually fine, but this past Saturday night my daughter was on the surfboard when a couple other kids pulled on the bungee cords and she flew off and landed on her wrist. She ended up breaking the bone in her arm. Two adults that were there were the ones that noticed and helped my daughter. Her friends called the EMT. When I arrived not one person from Get Air spoke to me. It's now 4 days later and no one has called to follow up with us. She also said " when I was jumping a girl that was definitely over 12 walked passed me on the trampoline, I was about to start jumping but then she stopped and was looking on her phone for about 5 seconds how rude of that girl".
