This was my first visit to any Sky Zone and this location is great. The staff was very friendly and professional. I saw all of the children enjoying themselves. There are a lot of activities for the children and the adults were also enjoying themselves talking and some were even jumping with their children. It's a great place for a party. The children made new friends. I definitely would recommend this location because it's so close to the mall. I enjoyed watching the families. read more

My kids have an amazing time here. Lots to do and different kind of trampoline fun you can only imagine. The biggest problem is cleanliness and being too crowded. I have been to many indoor play grounds and I feel that they do ok with cleaning, but everything just kind of looks dirty and am not sure how they keep things like the foam jump pit sanitary. Additionally, it gets very crowded. I get a little nervous about my kids with jumping right into others when it gets to be too many kids in one zone. read more

Came here with my two daughters (10 and 12) on a Saturday to attend a 12noon-3pm birthday party. There is a number of areas: Main jump/trampoline Ball pit Dodgeball (2 courts) Basketball trampoline dunk Ninja course Younger kids play area (near the entrance) Interactive video game wall Party rooms (plus a 2nd level party room that's not enclosed where you can look out over the all the play areas below) Based on my experience with places like this it was well maintained and well staffed. There were lots of staff at the front desk. All were teenagers or early twenties and were very helpful and nice when I interacted with them. There was staff in each of the areas monitoring and they were paying attention. There were a few instances where they stepped in to warn kids of things they should not be doing (climbing on stuff they should not have been climbing on). Here are a few thoughts on this Sky Zone location: 1) I would say that this is a spot for 1-2 hours of play as there is not enough stuff here to keep a kid interested for a longer time and 2) kids with have more fun and be more engaged if they come with a group of other kids they know (family or friends) and 3) based on the activities/areas they have, I would say that this place is geared more for the 11-10 and below age group. There was a decent amount of seating near the court areas for parents to watch. Overall I think that this would be a good spot to bring a group of kids to come and burn off some energy. read more

I decided to give Sky Zone Columbia another chance, but OMG! the same thing happened again. I bought tickets and, surprise, several attractions were closed, with only the trampolines open. How can they charge full admission when they know many attractions are closed? I have a child with autism who only enjoys the maze and the games around it, but those were also closed. They should post a notice on their website so people can decide whether they still want to buy tickets or not. Also, we waited "forever" for someone to assist us when we tried to buy food, very poor service. There are areas that are very messy and dusty. read more

8.10.24 They replaced several attractions since the last time I was here in 2022 including the rock wall and ninja wall. The new attractions are more tailored to young children. The credit card reader was down at the concession stand so they were only taking cash. On a weekend when they are the busiest, they should have made it a priority to get it fixed. Super crowded with kids. But I guess that's expected on a Saturday. Me and hubs were wanting to have some fun and workout jumping on the trampolines. Got the job done but place was a madhouse and not that clean to be honest. Hand sanitizer was nowhere to be found. I'll keep looking for a more adult centric place but I doubt I'll find one. Celebrated my grandson's 7th birthday!!! He had a great time with his close friends & family! The concept of letting someone else provide space for kids to run around is great but there are a few things I'd like to see improved. The amount of kids who can jump on one attraction at a time. Sure they have you to sign a waiver to cover them but there's no one monitoring the side where kids that are taller than some adults are doing back flips and jumping so high they could touch the ceiling. The overhead announcements says NOT TO DO THESE THINGS but there's not enough staff monitoring. Not good with smaller kids. Seating is very limited for parents waiting on kids that are not participating with a party. Restrooms didn't have adequate working soap dispensers. There were two out of the maybe 8 dispensers that contained no soap and then others were broke. You need adequate soap dispensaries for proper hand washing. Didn't tell us that the were closing half the store for "maintenance" during a birthday party I payed a lot of money for specifically for the ninja warrior area despite talking to them twice that week. Then their manager said he couldn't do a discount it has to go to corporate, and corporate has ignored me repeatively by email. I wanted to take some time to reflect before I reached out. I had a very disappointing experience at your SkyZone (Columbia) on 9/30. The event space was not set up when I arrived. The host was not available to guide the party, he needed to be prompted to provide any support and was generally not attentive. I have never been more exhausted at the end of a party. The first red flag was that the front desk greeter was the same employee assigned to host our party. There only appeared to be limited staff at SkyZone Columbia on 9/30 and I only saw a supervisor when it was time for me to pay. The shirts for the glow in the dark party were not presented until 45 minutes after the start of the party. Drinks were not regularly provided and I had to request gloves to help with drinks and cake. My guests purchased food and drinks because the host was nowhere to be found. I was embarrassed and scrambling to keep things together. This experience was also terrible advertising for other parents who might consider hosting an event at SkyZone. The staff needs training and more supervision. It was clear that there is a general lack of organization and disregard for guest experience. I'm still in complete disbelief that I was asked to tip after spending hundreds of dollars for a service that I didn't even receive. The one bright spot is that because I worked so hard to supplement the lack of customer service, my daughter didn't notice the deficiencies. I've been here many times before with no problem. Today, my granddaughter accidentally bumped into another child who proceeded to knock her down and, along with his friends began to punch her. We immediately reported the incident to staff and identified the boys in question. Staff spoke to them but took no action. I then went to the manager who spoke to the staff and said he would review the security video. He said he couldn't tell who started it. I said I wanted to review the footage. He returned with the general manager who refused to show me the footage and advised that the kids should just avoid each other. I left and told the manager I would never come to this Skyzone again. Altercations among kids are inevitable. However, this was not the case here. I feel that I should have been shown the footage. I also feel that rather than tasking me with making sure the kids were not in the same area, perhaps the staff who are supposed to be monitoring the play areas do their job instead of standing around talking. read more

It's the same cookie cutter birthday destination that has become a common thing in the last 7 years. Slap a different name on it, and a different theme inside of a warehouse and people will flock to it. To me none of these places really stand out, but kids love them, and I understand why. As a kid I wish my mom would've taken me to a warehouse full of kids, and trampolines. As an adult I miss the intimacy of what a birthday party used to be. My wife and I have been to this very location at least 7 times in the last year and a half. Each time for a different childs birthday. Though its not the only place similar to this that we have been to. The best thing about this type of venue is that you don't have to worry about those few guest that want to linger a bit to long, and you don't have to worry about clean up. The staff here is friendly, and very helpful when it comes to assisting, but it just feels so impersonal with the time constraints, and that I'm not a fan of. Great place to bring the kids. Came for a kids birthday party with my 8 year old daughter. They have a great crew of energetic young staff members. I am guessing high school and college by the looks of them. That's probably the only way they can keep up with chaos of the little kids running around. I have not been here for a while so when I came this weekend I noticed they have made some improvements. They still have the trampoline, dodge ball, and basketball but they have added some climbing wall and a some Ninja warrior type of attractions. They have plenty to keep kids entertained for two hours. They Have a small snack bar if you need light refreshment but I didn't go there. For the party I attended they provided pizza and beverages. Trying to keep the kids busy and active during their winter break. Decided to give this place a try for one hour of jumping which for us was MORE than enough time. They had a GREAT time especially the teenagers. So much so he begged me to take him back. I like they offer a good variety of sock size options compared to other places. I think it's best for school age kids (1st grade and older) or when they have developed good jumping and climbing skills. Although I saw several little ones around age 3 from a party group. Couple times I observe them getting stuck in the soft sponge areas after jumping from being to small to climb out of there own. Our teens commented that it has very good spring support for jumping compared to other places they've gone. I noticed that too when they were jumping high in the air at the basketball dunkin area competing with each other. Staff does a good job monitoring the activity especially in the dodgeball game area. He made sure to start a new game when only a handful of people left. No one had to wait long to join in. I left a star off for being pricey compared to other trampoline jump places. No Groupons or promotions offered. Also, didn't like layout which makes it hard to watch the kids when they're in different areas. Basketball jumping is tucked away in one corner while dodgeball is on opposite corner end. Warrior section you have to go down the stairs up another set of stairs in its own area which you can't see anything else from there. Also, food choices is more limited compared to other places pizza, few drinks and candy choices. That's it! This wasn't an issue for us as we always feed the kids before going to these places. However. It would be nice to offer more considering they can get hungry from jumping, sweating, and burning calories plus they offer parties there. read more

We were here for a kid's birthday party (turning 4) and it was a blast! The kids definitely had an amazing time. Even some of the parents (*cough cough me cough*) were able to get in on the excitement. It isn't without a few minor flaws (quality/quantity of the dodgeballs, state of the rest room [deplorable]), but it was overall in great condition and very safe for everyone. I would definitely host a kid's party here myself, and my own kid would probably agree with me. There is NO reason they charge so much ($350+ for 60 min of jumping) for a private party and you don't wanna go near men's bathroom because of the smell. Jumping and activities wise this place is awesome. No matter how busy the staff has a positive "can do" attitude. The place has plenty of activities for everyone. Because it does get busy (specially on the weekends) It is hard to find a place to park, and to sit, so you may as well just jump. The snack bar is quite limited. If you want a large pizza it does take an hour to arrive from somewhere else and again is hard to find a place to sit so you are better jumping and eating out somewhere else. Your kids will love this place! I highly suggest you schedule your jumping time ahead of time online, and arrive 20 minutes early. Groupon does have great discounts too. read more

The check in process went rather smoothly I was able to walk right up and buy a ticket for the jump time I wanted and get a pair of "sky socks". Once we checked in we went to put our things away, be prepared to have change their lockers take quarters, and start our jump experience.. Being my age and a little out of shape I was a bit winded after awhile but it was a lot of fun to jump, bounce off walls and jump into the foam pit! This is the most unorganized waste of money I have seen in a long time. Everything is a free for all with people sitting and chatting on the attractions, saw a few kids with shoes on while on the trampolines, and not a worker in sight. Yet, there are 4 employees standing around behind the party desk while everything else is unregulated chaos. Bathrooms are dirty and concessions were slow and out of stock of almost everything. Yesterday evening my son was physically assaulted by another boy. It started where the boy told my son that he couldn't play soccer (meaning, he wasn't good at it), and really wanted the ball in the dodgeball area. Instead of asking nicely, he tried to bully his way to get it. My son told him to "get a life," and then the boy pushed him. My son pushed back in self-defense, but the boy took it to another level. He threw my son on the ground, got on top of him, and starting wailing punches on him. He has a bruise on his eye and neck even. My goodness! No staff were present, as they never are. They are all in the front and snack bar are doing nothing. They do NOTHING to help kids on the floor. This is not the first encounter here, though the first physical one. They claim, after viewing the video they would not let us see, that they see both boys were pushing each other. Of course they were, as my son was trying to defend himself. Nothing was done. No consequences. The boy did apologize, and all was forgiven, but this facility takes no fault for not having someone present in that area. You HAVE TO stay with your children when they play. That was my fault. They have had other kids say things to them, but again, never physical. My son has never been in a fight in his life! Now we will be signing him up for martial arts classes, but not to bully others, to defend himself (as he should be able to do so!). We do not condone violence, but do believe in protecting yourself from harm. Shame on me for now being there, true. Shame on them for not banning this kid (at least temporarily). This facility has really gone down in the last couple of years. The staff is rude and not present. The equipment is falling apart. We will not be back. Lesson learned on our end. read more

A great place the whole family can enjoy from the little people (kids) to adults. Also a kool hang out or adventure date night. There are so many activities to choose from! You can do the basic trampoline jumping or take it up a notch with dodge ball. If you wanna be silly can jump in the foam pit or challenge your basketball skills and do all of the dunks you've seen on TV or in video games lol. If you want to embrace your adventurous side try the obstacle course. There's plenty to do and you get a great workout while having fun. Just be prepared for a very loud atmosphere and plenty of people. So if you plan on taking any special needs children or adults just be prepared as the atmosphere can be overwhelming or very stimulating. But they will have a blast beyond that. The customer service is terrible! We have been their frequent costumers in group . They did not charge us the socks 2 weeks ago . Thinking that they may waive the socks charges now , we did not bring along the socks . But today they charged 4 bucks per person. Despite that their ninja course is closed , I still have to pay normal admission $ 93 for 3 kids plus the socks . The manager seems to understand they are not consistent in charging the socks , his reason to me is that he is busy now and there is nothing much I can do about it . He couldn't even care to ask other staffs standing there to help me . Brilliant management skill ! Took my princess here on a Tuesday for toddler time from 930a-11a. Made reservations online a few days in advance, and went to check in when the day came. Something that bothered me to no end, they don't have a number you can call where anyone will answer, but a number you can text... Tuesday comes and we get there. Asked if they did a military discount, girl says yes, never applies it to the socks you have to buy, but are reusable. Never asked if we wanted to get the difference back, and overall seemed like she didn't want to be there. Okay, fine. Get situated, socks on, stickers on, alright let's do this. They have two sides open and the foam pit. Took my toddler, under two, to the side with no kids at the moment, and she was having fun playing with foam dodgeball balls. Over comes children whose parents don't pay them one mind, who continue to snatch the ball from my toddler, until I walked out and started collecting and keeping some of the balls for when she wanted one. I think it's great there's a toddler time, but I feel there should be a section for the smaller children. They surely had the staff to add another court.
