The first day we have them all or info and we were told that we would not be charged for those couple classes. My husband hurt his knee during the one week freebie (needed 3 mths PT, scans, the whole nine to fix). We told the instructor that we decided it wasn't for us 4 days into the free week. My husband opened the app and it instructed him to accept something in order to see what was on the app. Apparently that signed us up. We called the instructor again and told him we were not going to do the classes and my husband had to see a doctor. He told him he had to contact CS which was a joke and uploaded a letter from my husband doctor. They said they cancelled his membership but would not give him a refund. I just now checked the CC transaction history and they have been charging us since oct of last year..... During Covid (6mths)..... unbelievable. We don't really use the CC so we didn't think to look up the transactions. Now I'm going to have to call the bank and report it as fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO DURING THE TRIAL WEEK!!!!! Update: Beware.... Reported it to the bank and have requested a refund about 20 times from Camp Gladiator with only computer-generated responses. Made phone calls and still nothing. This company is a fraud save your money and join a reputable gym with an actual trainer. 152 complaints on the better Business bureau website of similar grievances. Even did the online chat and the woman admitted that they cannot give more than one month refund for any reason... Even fraud. Horrible horrible business model.

Kind, open and patient are just a few attributes she exhibits. I participated in the stroller barre class. The instructor made it fun, and inviting. I wasn't really paying attention that I was actually working out. Truly focusing on isometric movements, during different elevations, scenery changes, and even difficulty levels for individuals. This is the workout class that I didn't know I needed. From ice breaker warm ups to the cool down session it was fun and inclusive, even for introverted self. I'm in relative good shape for a women with 2 kids over 35, so I thought. The next morning when I woke up I was sore in all the right places from my shoulders to my rear and that's how I knew I had completed a good workout. If you just want a social hang, you can do that, the work out is what you make it. I was there and wasn't going to cheat myself so why not go all out, hello red light green light workout edition, yes please! Thank you, Melissa for providing a fresh, inclusive vibe for working out in our community!

But I am very disappointed by the business side of Fit4mom. My family had to relocate 5-6 days after I had bought the membership and I had not had a chance to use it before I had to cancel. I was hoping that Bethany would be able to help me transfer credits to the location closest to my new home but was told that wasn't an option, also that a complete refund was unavailable as well, and that it wasn't up to her. I was given a number to corporate to discuss those options with them. Only to find out from corporate that Bethany in fact WAS the one in charge of this decision. I feel that Bethany was deceptive and could have worked something out with me and choose not to. I feel that you would be off spending money to a more established gym company, as neither the franchise owners nor corporate seem to offer good customer services. My main goal was not to receive a refund but to transfer my brand new membership from one location to another as I really did love the class. I was given this message from corporate "If you bought a membership at 24hr fitness, and then had to cancel the next day, they would not refund your money either." My answer to that is "Maybe so, but if I bought a membership to 24hr fitness I could attend any location."

My baseline heart rate tends to be on the higher end, so my heart monitor kept on telling me I was in the red zone when I was perfectly comfortable. Of course, I started out very conservative with walking on an incline on the treadmill. Several classes later, I was back running on the tread like the good old days. Let's talk about the best part of these classes! *Choose your own intensity: There are going to be days when you're just not at your fastest. The nice thing is you can choose your own intensity and pace. In other words, you can opt to take it semi-easy or sweat it out. *Heart zones: If you're looking to make gains, this is where it's at. The goal is to be in the orange zone for 12 minutes, accumulate at least what they call 12 "splat points." They keep track of this via a heart monitor you wear during class. Since I've been trying to get 12 splat points every workout, I've noticed that my after burn (24 hours after my workout) is actually working. I've been at the same weight for the longest time, and now I've actually seen some changes. *Pump it up: I have to admit that working out at home is boring sometimes. Every class at OTF is different, meaning you won't know what the workout will be until class starts. The coaches and music really keep me going. *Strength: Everyone tends to talk about the tread and rower. Half the class is cardio, and the rest is strength training. You can pick which side you want to start first. If you're not a fan of dumbbells, they will become your best friend. I'm reaching my one year anniversary, and about to go to my next class in 10 minutes. Just wanted to share how my fitness achievement has been accomplished since being here. To put it modestly, I have bigger biceps now lol.

I love this studio and OTF!! I've been coming here since Feb and still enjoy it every class!read more
