Inquired about a birthday party. The staff was very friendly. The place was clean given what I've seen from other places like this. In the front they have party tables set up for reservations only. If you're not part of a party, you will have chairs throughout the arena to rest and place your items. Pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon but not over crowded. I also appreciated that although it was loud, it was not a piercing echoing loudness like some play places can have. The primary activity is jumping of course. There is dodgeball, and a foam pit that are better suited for older school age kids. I probably wouldn't bring kids under five yrs old here. For the party options, you can pay a fee to bring your own food or order pizza/chick fila through them.

    Clean spot, amazing staff!

This trampoline park blew my expectations away! We have been to one other location prior to today, and the experience we had here was far better. The staff was amazing (shout-out the front desk young gentleman around 10am today, you are a total gem and were so helpful and kind to me and my son! Someone give this kid a raise ASAP)... It was all smaller kids at this time today (late morning) which was awesome for us, too! It wasn't overcrowded and it was incredibly clean. We will DEFINITELY be returning! Thank y'all for making our experience today so great.

Decided to try out this trampoline park since the one I normally go to changed its hours. But I needed an indoor play place to exhaust my 2 year old nephew. After searching Yelp this place popped up with positive reviews. Went in on a Friday afternoon around 2/2:30pm-ish, was welcomed by the staff plenty of hand sanitizer for everyone. Was empty other than a handful of kids which was great for my nephew. Free reign of the place. We had a blast. Place was very clean and plenty of trampolines and ball pits to play in. I'll definitely be back. This is now my go to from now on. Plus it's closer than the former place I went to. I highly recommend!

    Soooo Much to do here!

Wow, just wow! These guys are really on top of their game! We have been to a few trampoline parks over the years. My family travels a lot and this is a favorite activity for the kids. This was easily one of the BEST Trampoline park experiences ever. A wonderful family friendly experience. The staff greeted us with enthusiasm, was very helpful and had the kids bouncing and having fun within minutes. They have these great lights that change color on each trampoline as you bounce that just captivated the kids. There were lots of additional activities and games as well. You feel like you are on your own America Ninja Warrior episode! Keep up the great work. We will be back :)

23,000sf of energy draining trampolines! $6.95 for toddler time 11-1pm on weekdays is totally reasonable. They do require socks with gripes and sell for $1.95 if you don't have them. It's new but beyond clean and smelling good! It's a farther drive than Urban Air for us but has a way cleaner feel and everyone is friendly. * a year later, the staff has been significantly reduced.

There were plenty of snacks and drinks available for purchase, lots of seating for parents, and I especially liked the party rooms and arcade area. One thing that really stood out was the toddler section. It had seating for parents and a nearby bathroom, which made it much more convenient for families with little ones. What started as a positive experience turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing…read moreexperiences we've ever had with a youth sports program. My children genuinely enjoyed attending classes here, and we initially believed we had found a gym that cared about its athletes and families. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism proved otherwise. Shortly after joining, my daughter was repeatedly told by her coach that she was on the competition team, would be competing soon, and should expect to start preparing. As a parent, I immediately began asking for information regarding costs, schedules, commitments, and expectations. For TWO MONTHS, I sent emails, made phone calls, and followed up repeatedly. Every single time, I was brushed off with vague responses like, "We'll get that information to you soon." Meanwhile, my daughter's coach continued building excitement and reinforcing the idea that she was already on the team. No one seemed concerned about the fact that a child was being led to believe something that had not even been finalized. To make matters worse, my children travel out of state regularly to see their father, making advance scheduling absolutely critical. ASI was aware of this. They knew we needed information to coordinate custody schedules, family obligations, and finances. Yet they still failed to provide even the most basic details. After months of chasing answers, I finally learned that team selections hadn't even been finalized despite my daughter being told repeatedly that she was already on the team. When I expressed my frustration and requested that someone speak with my daughter and apologize for getting her hopes up, there was zero accountability. No ownership. No acknowledgment that they had handled the situation poorly. Eventually, I was given cost information--an additional $100 per month, hundreds of dollars in uniforms, competition expenses, and other commitments. The cost itself was never the issue. Competitive sports are expensive. The issue was being strung along for months while my daughter's expectations were built up based on information that should never have been communicated to her in the first place. I was promised a follow-up email with all competition details so I could discuss everything with my children's father and my fiancé. That email never came. Three weeks later, I was still waiting. What is most disappointing is that this entire situation could have been avoided with basic communication and accountability. Instead, I was left constantly chasing answers, forced into the position of disappointing my daughter, and treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. My son has autism and absolutely loved attending classes here, which makes this decision even more heartbreaking. However, the way this situation was handled made it impossible for us to continue supporting this gym. If you're looking for a program that communicates with families, keeps parents informed, and takes responsibility when mistakes are made, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The emotional impact on my daughter and the frustration this caused our family were completely unnecessary. We left not because of costs, schedules, or competition requirements. We left because of the incompetence, lack of communication, and complete refusal to take accountability. I would not recommend this gym to any parent.

I booked Golden Grip Gymnastics about six weeks before my son's 3rd birthday. They were so much cheaper than everywhere else in the area, but my husband and I checked out the gym when we put down the deposit so I felt confident that the kids would at least have fun if nothing else! I had planned to bring my own cake and have pizza delivered, and although GGG provides tablecloths, plates, napkins, etc., I brought my own because I wanted everything to follow the theme of the party. We had the whole huge gym to ourselves. The gymnastics area was a BLAST for the kids (especially the foam pit), and then Corbyn led a group dancing game and we took photos of all the kids together (a great idea and something I never would have thought of to do!). The GGG team took care of setting up, handling the kids, handing out pizza and cake, and cleaning up. Corbyn set everything up on the tables, but was totally cool with me rearranging some things in order to make room for the pizza.  My review is not doing justice to the amount of hard work the GGG team put in and how much fun the kids had. I could not give a stronger recommendation for Golden Grip as a birthday party venue. Such a great experience, and depending on my son's interests next year, we'll probably plan to be back!

As I understand it, gymnastics is HUGE in Texas so it makes perfect sense a place like this exists!
