Our kids always love altitude and it's well monitored so there's no children being absolutely crazy which is really appreciated

Inquired about a birthday party. The staff was very friendly. The place was clean given what I've seen from other places like this. In the front they have party tables set up for reservations only. If you're not part of a party, you will have chairs throughout the arena to rest and place your items. Pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon but not over crowded. I also appreciated that although it was loud, it was not a piercing echoing loudness like some play places can have. The primary activity is jumping of course. There is dodgeball, and a foam pit that are better suited for older school age kids. I probably wouldn't bring kids under five yrs old here. For the party options, you can pay a fee to bring your own food or order pizza/chick fila through them. read more

The location was nice. The customer service was friendly. The lines were long as the evening went along and a few of the kids were not supervised by their parents. A couple of times kids came to our table and tried to take drinks...one took balloons from one table and brought it to our table. After many visits to altitude last April I left a negative review on yelp after a very bad experience. In their response to my review the owner basically called me a liar for each part of my experience at their business. Tonight after many months, 9 to be exact we decided to give this business another chance. Upon trying to check my child in, I learned we were banned from their business simply for leaving a negative review. In what world is it okay for a consumer to have a negative experience and not be able to speak to that experience. You can go to my yelp reviews there are only a couple, I am not a frequent reviewer. Our experience in April was bad enough that I decided to do so. Being banned for speaking about an experience should tell you all you need to know about this business. Had my toddlers birthday party on Saturday from 12-2 and everything was flawless. The communication between the hostess, Cassidy, couldn't have been better, she was phenomenal, so attentive to our needs while also juggling other parties! The venue is very spacious even though there were other parties, it was plenty of space. Food was ordered through them and delivered/served halfway through the party. This trampoline park blew my expectations away! We have been to one other location prior to today, and the experience we had here was far better. The staff was amazing (shout-out the front desk young gentleman around 10am today, you are a total gem and were so helpful and kind to me and my son! Someone give this kid a raise ASAP)... It was all smaller kids at this time today (late morning) which was awesome for us, too! It wasn't overcrowded and it was incredibly clean. We will DEFINITELY be returning! Decided to try out this trampoline park since the one I normally go to changed its hours. But I needed an indoor play place to exhaust my 2 year old nephew. After searching Yelp this place popped up with positive reviews. Went in on a Friday afternoon around 2/2:30pm-ish, was welcomed by the staff plenty of hand sanitizer for everyone. Was empty other than a handful of kids which was great for my nephew. Free reign of the place. We had a blast. Place was very clean and plenty of trampolines and ball pits to play in. I'll definitely be back. This is now my go to from now on. Plus it's closer than the former place I went to. I highly recommend! read more

Wow, just wow! These guys are really on top of their game! We have been to a few trampoline parks over the years. My family travels a lot and this is a favorite activity for the kids. This was easily one of the BEST Trampoline park experiences ever. A wonderful family friendly experience. The staff greeted us with enthusiasm, was very helpful and had the kids bouncing and having fun within minutes. They have these great lights that change color on each trampoline as you bounce that just captivated the kids. There were lots of additional activities and games as well. Had a kid's party here, as well as attended another. Overall a pretty fun place; there is plenty of areas for the kids to play on. Def depends on what day you go because our party was ridiculously busy, while two weeks later, same day and time it was empty. I think adults have probably just as much fun jumping as the kids. The party experience was pleasant, though I do recommend that they offer pitchers of soda, water, etc. rather than having to purchase angle items. That would help when having a party. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!!! We celebrated my sons birthday party here and spent $200 for 10 kids to jump. That includes one water bottle for each child. We were told over phone we can remove children that don't show or add but when we tried after the party thats only true for 20 kid parties which is fine, but while at the party the manager approached me (I didn't know who she was at the time) and she got super close to my face and said "woooow I guess the 6 feet apart thing ain't working!" My friends were so baffled by her rudeness getting in peoples personal space!! I was just so confused as to why she approached me and I thought she was a mom. This was on a Saturday by the way and it was extremely crowded. While we were sitting at the table with kids an employee came over to me and pulled down on my cropped jacket to make sure none of my skin was showing I'm guessing. I was wearing all black with a jacket. This girl straight up pulled on my shirt and pants and said "you're welcome" Well at the end of the party they gifted my son a free one hour jump pass. The next weekend which was this past weekend we went back up there so he could do his free hour. The young man at the front said okay and we asked if my son needed socks, he said no and we were okay so we went and my son started jumping. After about 20 mins my sons dad got on the trampoline with my son (as MANY parents are doing as well) and here comes the manager lady. This was the same woman that made the 6 feet apart comment the week before so I'm realizing that she's the manager and it's all making sense as to why she's so crabby! She stated that "you need to have socks on now!!" We told her that the young man at the desk said we didn't need socks and she proceeded to go make a petty announcement very rudely to everyone over speakers to GET SOCKS ON. YOU ALL NEED SOCKS. It was in a super rude tone. As we approached her she kept putting words into our mouths and basically said we called the front desk guy a liar when clearly this was a MISunderstanding! It was no big deal and she blew it way out of proportion. I went to the guy at the front desk and apologized because I could tell she had gone over and been rude to him. HERES THE KICKER!!!!!!!! SHE PROCEEDED TO WALK OVER TO HIM WHILE IM STANDING THERE TALKING TO HIM AND GOT NEXT TO HIS EAR AND SAID " IM FIXIN TO FIRE YOU!" Then she looked to us and said "OH YOU WANT ME TO FIRE HIM? ILL FIRE HIM." I lost it and told her how embarrassed she should be and how awful she is to her customers! She then starts saying "ohhh I would never do such a thing!" I also told her about how she got in my face at my sons birthday party and she told me that wasn't her as if I'd forgotten what she looks like after one week. BEWARE of this place because it's ran by petty adults that threaten to fire employees for simple miscommunication!!! read more

I had taken my two grandchildren. ages four and one and a half to Altitude Trampoline Park on a busy Saturday afternoon and I was solo. Well the four-year-old, a little girl, had an incredible blowout and I had nothing in reserve to help me in that unfortunate situation... so I'm struggling with the situation in the men's room trying my best to clean her up and keep him from playing Patty cake in the urinal, when one of the staff members happened to come to my rescue. Well the story ended up on a happy note and the staff member out of his pocket bought my granddaughter some ice cream... So this is the bottom line ... the management and staff of Altitude definitely rose to the occasion and I will never forget their commitment to address a unique and messy situation... they are the best as far as I am concerned... This place was decent for my daughter's party. I had our "attendant" come by our table when we first got there and asked if we were ready for our 10 waters. I told her probably in just a little bit. She asked if I needed anything else and I said no not just yet. I didn't see her again for the rest of the party. I had to find another attendant to bring us water. Then I had to find another attendant to ask her to pay for the party at the end. Finally my attendant showed up to ask what size T-shirt my child wore to get her a party bag. That's it. I was flying solo for this party as my husband was not attending. I looked around watching all the other attendants working hard for the other tables. Probably because they were ordering and spending a ton of money. I had to set the table, put the plates out, cupcakes, ice cream etc. Threw all the trash away on my own, threw all the trash away from the birthday presents etc. on my own. I left no tip for the attendant. The manager had no remorse. When you spend that much money on a birthday party you would expect a little bit better service. read more

My 4 year old daughter and I have frequented this place for the past couple of years. We usually come during the week when it is less crowded and it has been fine. However, we came this weekend and were very disappointed. We waited in line for probably 10 minutes to get up to the counter to be told our waiver was expired and we would have to get out of line, sign a waiver and then reenter the line. This is extremely frustrating when you have a toddler who is waiting to jump. It is also extremely frustrating that we weren't told last week when we were here checking in and the only ones in Altitude that our waiver was about to expire. Had the staff been proactive in communicating we could have avoided this stressful and very inconvenient situation. Next up, there was absolutely no where to sit for a parent that wasnt part of a birthday party. Overcrowded, dirty, rude staff. We will definitely be finding a new place to jump and boycotting this place. read more

This place is clean and the staff is friendly which is all you can really want or ask for at a place like this. We paid $14 on a Wednesday for 1 hour, but they let us stay until closing time (1.5 hours or so). I really liked how they had dodgeball and a trapeze with a foam pit and various different places to play and have fun. There's also a tumbling track for people that might wanna do gymnastics. Would definitely recommend this place to people of all ages that want a fun and social workout. $14 for an hour seems a bit steep so maybe offer a special for the weekdays that's a little more reasonable? Other than that, I think it's a cool place! They also lend you used socks which are no slip grip socks and are "required". It's good they don't charge you for them. The staff even said I could keep the used socks I rented, but I politely declined... Hit this place up to get yo cardio in and have fun while doing it!! read more

My friend was having an asthma attack and was about to pass out. One of the workers, Deana and bella, i believe we're their names was very kind and helpful. She gave her free waters to help her lungs. However, when we went back to the trampolines, she had another one. I asked a worker if she would help her, and she turned away to her phone. This worker was previously on a "date" with a thirteen year old customer/jumper and it appeared they had added each other on Snapchat. They weren't fond of us, due to personal issues but she was still a worker and should've helped my friend when she couldn't breath. Instead, she turned to her phone. After that, I turned around and asked another worker and asked if he could help us. He started laughing, and I told him my friend has asthma and an iron deficiency. He said sarcastically "do you need an ice pac?", ignored us and kept laughing. Then her mom came. end of story. Not a great experience. read more

The first time I have ever been to a trampoline park. Went for my nephew's birthday party. Had no idea what to do when I got there but someone in my party said I could go get socks at the front desk. When I went to get socks, the girl asked if I was with a party and I said yes and she charged me 9 dollars for socks. Then she asked if I signed a waiver and I said no, I had never been there. She asked my name and said she would take care of that for me. Turns out my sister had already paid for the party with 10 jumpers so ultimately she had to get my money back Even better, I asked the girl if she was going ro print the waiver for me to sign. She said she took care of it. I asked if she signed it for me. No but it was done. I asked her what I supposedly waived and she said " oh you know, the usual". She could not tell me or show me what was in a waiver that I never signed. So pretty sure had I gotten hurt or something had been stolen from me, I would have won that suit. When a kid puked on the floor they put up a wet floor sign and I am guessing they played many rounds of rock, paper, scissors to decide who finally cleaned it up. read more

Kiddos love to jump, and this place provides that experience...for us adult non-jumpers, we get lots of time to observe things, so my review is based on those observations. This place double charged me at least once. Each time it took them at least 15 min to find us as members at the reception desk and each time there was some kind of computer issue. We stopped going after my son got an eye infection after going to this place. I submitted a two month notice to cancel membership after which the manager called and yelled at me that I should have called them directly instead. We have not even used the facility during the two month cancellation and paid over 60$ for that period and the manager is being rude on the phone? My kids love to jump. We've been to JumpStreet ,Urban Air, and now Altitude . I think Altitude is probably my favorite for my kids' ages. Offers more and seems more fun than JumpStreet and is less chaotic than Urban Air. They have one small trapeze bar to swing on. Probably not large enough for an adult/teen but great for kids. I thought the curved floors in the dodgeball court were pretty cool. The kids also really enjoyed the gladiator battle area. They require purchase of their branded grippy socks ($2) but you can save them for future visits. read more

It was our first time. We spent $125 for two hours for all us and it was okay for about 15 minutes and were forced to leave early due to a way over occupied facility. It was already crowded which was ok birthday parties were going on and it was a saturday, it was expected. But Then they allowed a huge bus load group of over 50 plus kids with not enough chaperones. The poor girls working couldnt get these kids to listen and stop misbehaving. They then trashed the lobby. They were a very rude group that enjoyed no adults and seemed to declare use of everything and not take turns with people there. They all wore progressive riot matching orange shirts so you knew who they were. We wont be back here we wasted our evening and money. They needed to rent out the area not open to public in my opinion for that many. My kids left very upset tonight. I know I wasnt the only parent upset either after talking to a few! read more

My granddaughter had a birthday here recently and it was so much fun for all the children. Her mom said booking the reservation online was easy all the details were executed well. Pizzas and drinks were pre-ordered, making it so easy for my daughter to just show up with the desserts. Pricing is competitive and worth it since the kids did get to jump for 1.5 hours. read more

Great place! No added mask mandates on children. Lots of fun and good exercise had by all.

Altitude is a great place for teenagers and others. They have these trampolines where when you jump on them the lighting color changes. They also have a D.J every now and then that plays outstanding music. Altitude is also good for little kids, they have this certain place for little kids to jump where there are no big kids to accidentally hurt them. In all , Altitude is a great trampoline park. We recently hosted a birthday party here. It was very organized. They had tables set up for us when we arrived, and the price included jumping and the magic socks that you have to wear. We had a 2 hour time slot, and an employee to help us with everything. You will have to have guests sign a waiver to jump, but you can do it online. They also have computer stations set up. Even though I was a parent, I still jumped, and it was so much fun. All of the kids had a great time, and we appreciated the hospitality. read more
