Very efficient for a kids bday party. You come in as a group and they move you through 3 rooms - 2 rooms with inflatables and the last one is your party room. After that you all leave. You have to take your shoes off to get on the inflatables, they have a shoe storage that moves from room to room with you. Very convenient. Pretty much as soon as the kiddos are getting bored, it's time to move on to the next. In the party room the 2 teens handing out pizza and cupcakes were nice and friendly. For really little kids I prefer Snowy Fun in Little Elm. My son is 3, and we will stick to that for now. read more

Had our girls birthday party here back in November. Probably one of my favorite kid birthday venues here in town; especially for the price. We love cheeky monkey but it's pricey for a private party. This place is super organized; they move you through three different areas; and depending on the package you choose you can go plain or super elaborate. Kids and adults had fun! They responded on google review "acting" as though they were "researching" and going to get back to me however they never did ..horrible service!!!!! Please DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY. I had a horrible experience the party attends were MIA majority of the time yet I still tip them. There were things in the party that I was told that were included yet it didnt happen. For instance the dance party, a slide show of picture of the party , At the end no one offered the pic for purchase as stated, I was also told they would go over how/where I wanted the decorations to go, the pizza was cold ...... I could go on. I called to voice my concern not looking for anything but wanted the manager to know my experience especially paying almost $500 for a party. They offered to send me pic of the party for free DUE to my concerns. Sadly when it was sent they included another child name and not my daughters smh. They also said they need to investigate as though I was "lying" about my experience horrible customer service. We have been here a few times for birthday parties and the place has it down to a science. You put your gift on a cart when you enter, sign the waiver, and off you go into the first room. There are large inflatables including a mini basketball arena. There is also an obstacle course and large slides of course. You spend some time in there and then are whisked to the second room. The last few times we have been there, this room is a glow in the dark space which was pretty cool. There are inflatables here too including a jump wall and other slides. From there, you go to the cake room for food. There is a large throne for the birthday kid to sit in and they always seem to enjoy it. came here for a friend's daughter's birthday and it was fine. it's an indoor play place with jump houses, like a bunch of them. my daughter was kind of over it after 10-15 minutes. we were ushered to another room with more of the same, you guessed it, jump houses. there was a wind tunnel machine thing that the kids could use with an additional cost which no one used except for me and a bunch of kids crammed in and opened and ran out and the time ran out. money spent haha after 30 mins in the second room, we were ushered into another room, given juice and pizza and then basically asked to leave like close to immediately. not sure what age range this place is aiming for but it's a small window of 3-4 y/o girls and boys-men haha i'm not a fan of bounce houses because of all the rough play and this is the opinion of a mother of a girl haha we've been invited to another kid bday party at this franchise but in california so we'll see if it's more of the same. read more

We love pump it up. We go for the open jump the glow jump and the buddy jump. They always have a few people in t-shirts helping out and making sure there aren't problems. My kids love the thing where you can jump from giant ball to giant ball. It is a little older of a place but it is right close to the library and it is really inexpensive to go. Also they don't mind if you go down the giant slide with your kiddo! read more

We are glad we were able to experience Pump it up as a guest, Bc as much money that it cost to have a party here, I would have been disappointed to have to give them my dollars. It's much smaller than I anticipated but the whole place just seems dingy & old. According to some of the other guests, usually some of the bounce houses are out of service, so I guess we got lucky Bc only one was out . I give 3 stars Bc the staff is super nice. Had my twins Birthday here last night. Making reservation was easy and communication with staff was easy as well. Basically just had to show up and bring the cake and some water. We got there 10 minutes before and staff met me almost opening my door for me. They unloaded the car and brought everything in for me. The manager explained the process to me asked if I needed anything etc. The two young boys got the birthday party fired up and basically ran the show the whole time. Those two boys had just as much fun as the birthday party did! They took 75 pics during the party and we bought them for $10. Perfect! They led birthday songs served the kids cake and pizza and even packed everything up and packed it in the car for me. I hope the boys want to go back there next year! read more

We attended a birthday party here and it was very well organized. The tots especially liked the bubble machine! I like that they had several employees taking pictures who also helped rally up the kids to go from one room to another. The kids loved seeing themselves on the screen. When it was time to go, staff helped bag up presents so the parents could see the guests off through another door and hand them a goody bag. It is well thought out process. There are a few areas that are not fenced out too well, so watch the little ones! I caught one kiddo sneaking off to the back where they store ladders and other supplies. read more

Cool little place for little kids only! My nephew had his 7th birthday party here with his classmates here. I promised they jumped and jumped and jumped. Boy they had a fun time. Cool watching them all! They looked like they were having so much fun! So there are two rooms here. You start in a small bounce house room for like 30 minutes and then move to a bigger place house jump place. There's a group picture that's also taken with all the kiddos! After they place in the second room, they move to the dining area. Its a small compact area to eat and go! When you first enter, all the gifts go into a basket. At the very end there is no opening gifts here, they place them all in bags and help load them to your car. You can eat pizza, have some soft drinks, sign happy birthday, cut the cake and take a few more pictures. They quickly clean everything you are on your way. Looks like a very smooth birthday run for the kids and when they leave they are pumped out! LOL.... So if you are looking for a great place to bring the kids for party here you go. We were late to a birthday party and my kids went and jumped afterwards. I had no idea that there were rules around who in which parties could jump in the place, we've never been. It's not like that at any of the other jump places in Frisco. A kid came up and reprimanded me like I was a child deliberately breaking the law. It was seriously bizarre. All he had to do was explain that each party jumps together and after the cake they leave. Like I said we were late and had no idea. With only 6 jump things in the entire place and such rude people, there's no doubt that we'll never set foot in that place again! Way to handle your job kid! read more

We celebrated my daughters birthday at the Frisco location last weekend. Staff seem to be clueless. I booked the extra Glow package. It was confirmed to me when I booked it over the phone, re-confirmed again by the manager the day prior and confirmed again to me before the start of the party. I was busy setting up the meal room so I was not at the play area the whole time. While the kids were eating their pizza, I asked my husband if they did the glow. My husband said no. I asked the staff, and he had no idea. He went to the manager, and they looked at my file, and it was clearly there. They apologized and waived my balloon fees, but that didn't really solve the issue. My daughter was expecting the glow and wanted it specifically and it didn't happen. At the same time, they didn't have enough staff in the meal room. One person was serving the pizza and there are 29 hungry kids. There was another girl that was suppose to help but she disappeared. That same girl reminded us about the balloons, when 95% of the kids are already gone. We ended up taking home the balloons when it should have been brought home and enjoyed by the kids. I love Pump It up, but I don't recommend this location. Will definitely not be back. read more

I've been here about 1,000 times. Living in the suburbs, it seems like there is always a kid's birthday party to attend, and the majority of them are held here. I've hosted my daughters birthday party here several times myself. The first time went perfectly, this last time... not so much. First of all, I had some questions for the staff before I booked the party, but they are completely unreachable by phone. You have to send an email requesting them to call you back at their convenience. Ugh. At Pump It Up, you may bring your own cake or dessert, beverages, but if you want food.. they require you to purchase pizza from Pizza Hut at their set price (which is much higher than normal). Anyway, I attended a party here once and they were serving food, actual food that was not that overpriced Pizza Hut. Of course, I wanted to do the same..so that's why I wanted to get in touch with them to confirm if I could. When the person returned my call they were very firm on the NO. Hmm..I wonder how that family had the food? Whatever. So I decided to order the pizza and requested for them to call me back at the end of that week to confirm, they never did. My daughter wanted a "Frozen" themed party so I went all out and purchased the napkins, plates, cups, decorations, all that jazz. On the day of the party... I brought a tote bag with all the frozen party supplies in it. They instructed me to put it on one of their carts, which I did. Awhile into the party, we switched rooms to another jump arena and it was dark, they told us that the previous party had the glow package. They were having technical difficulties and couldn't figure out how to turn the lights back on. They tried to turn it into a positive by telling me they were giving me a free glow package. HA. Not quite...glow packages deck the kids out with glow necklaces and such. It was just dark with a measly black light. After that, we went into the party rooms to eat and have cake. A little while into it, my daughter asked where the frozen cups, plates, etc. was. All they had up was my decorations, but they were using ugly yellow plates, napkins and clear plastic cups. I immediately asked the host and she said she would get back to me after she asked. She came back and said they couldn't find them. What?? So I asked another employee in the party room next door and he had no idea. I then asked the gal at the front desk..and she questioned if I even put them in the bag. REALLY?! What a disappointment. My daughter had a blast with her friends and family and enjoyed her special day, so that is what counts. But for $400...you can see why I'll probably never host her party here again. read more

Yesterday I called to make sure it was okay to book my party. The girl on the phone said it was completely fine and they've had parties with adults before. So I book the party, they charge me the $100 deposit. Today they call to tell me they can't have the party. Why would I waste my time to call and make sure the party would be okay if it was going to be rejected anyways? And if your employees don't know then do you not train them?? The guy on the phone was suppose to be the manager but literally had no knowledge of what was happening nor did anything to alleviate the problem. They were so quick to take the $100 out of my account but lord knows when I will get it back. First off I am a huge fan of this franchise and have been to approximately 10 birthday parties in the Dallas location. (South Dallas) The cons are that the parties can be expensive. I usually spend $80 for pizza for my guests, ~$300 on the venue (including the glow in the dark package), and $20 for tip. I also bring my own cake and candy bags to the venue. ($100) The party lasts 90 minutes. The children enjoy 30 minutes in two large rooms followed by 30 minutes in the party room. Your party assistant will take care of preparing your room, serves your guests, cleans up, and helps you pack up! Parents just sit back, relax, and enjoy. The party attendants take pictures of the party and the children enjoy a slideshow as they eat cake and pizza in the party room. They love to see themselves on a projector screen. Overall, the experience is excellent and worth the money. The only con is that the party attendants at this location did not interact with the children. They kept to themselves and talked to each other. I imagine this aspect of the party experience varies from location to location. The South Dallas location hires absolutely the best staff. I consistently see the staff working hard for their tip. The teenagers interact and play with the children to the point of exhaustion. You can tell they absolutely love to work there. read more

Pump It Up is a fun place for kids! It's a very smart idea and seems to go over well with families. The concept is simple and seems to be targeted almost exclusively toward children's parties. There are two huge indoor rooms filled with inflatable bounce houses, slides, games and more. Then there are several smaller rooms that are set up for eating with long rows of picnic bench tables. Groups go into the bounce room for an hour or more, and then when your time is up, you are shuttled to the second room to eat, enjoy refreshment ect. Kids get all worn out first and then recharge on snacks, cakes, ect. Pump it up serves pizza hut pizza but its pricey. Overall a fun and simple way to have a party for kids and not have to worry about clean up after. read more

Came to a birthday party here and I was very impressed. The staff were very helpful, friendly and lively! I love that they have small rooms with the inflatable bounce houses and slides so that only the party kids are jumping which makes it easier to keep an eye on the kiddos. After you jump in one room, they move all the kids to another room where there are more inflatable bounce houses. The staff also takes pictures of the kids while they are jumping and the pictures are displayed on the screen while the kids are eating. My child loved seeing his pictures on the big screen! I just celebrated my daughter's birthday here and she loved the place. Truth is this is one of the best places to have kids birthday parties. I'd been to Dallas and Plano and I thought I'll try Frisco since I actually live here. I spent almost $600 here including the tip. I paid somebody from the outside to decorate the cake room. I brought my own hello kitty plates and napkins and nice pink plates and napkins and pink silverwares for the adults. I ordered an additional 6 more large pizzas for the adults. The place turned out so beautiful and the kids had a blast. But the party attendants has nothing to do with it. One of the party attendant was Mario and there was another girl I did not get the name. He never interacted with the kids at the first room. He only gave away glow sticks in the 2nd room. When I went to help decorate the cake room with our stuffs, he literally looked so stress and the other one. When I tell him something he will say ok nicely and then he will say "ahhh" and he has this face like he was so pissed off. When eventually the kids went into the room, the girl asked me if we ordered pizza. So they didn't know that we ordered 12 pizzas. These attendants were so so slow that my friends helped out giving away pizzas to the kids. And as I went to check on my little one, she was about to cry. I asked her what happened, she told me "me don't have cheese pizza". And I looked at other kids, sure enough some of the kids didn't have pizza. So I ended up checking on everyone making sure they all have pizzas. And by the way that girl attendant kept missing. Then when it's time to cut the cake, this Mario seemed like he has not cut a cake at all. Atleast he was acting like it. And OMG , they were so slow and their faces looked so pissed and stressed that I was ready to kick them out of the room. Me and my friends helped out in giving away the cake and again, the girl attendant disappeared. And while Mario was cutting the cake, another guy came to the room apologizing to him that it would have been his party and asked Mario if he's ok. He did that twice in front of me and my friends. That was so annoying.. Later on I saw my daughter sat down the big kinda king's chair. So I asked Mario if the kids need to have their picture taken in there and he told me you can but you don't have to. Ok, I was really pissed this time. I asked him to move the table so kids can have their picture taken on that chair. Then, a guy from the front showed up and pretty much shoved my guests away that it was time to leave. No one reminded me of the time. I wasnt able to thank the guests for coming. And then when it was time to pay off the rest of what I owe them, this guy that shoved my guests away told me that the attendants work for tips. I tipped them right anyway but they did not work that tip. Then the next day I cannot find my daughter's hello kitty cake topper and hello kitty candle. I was so devastated. I kept all my kids candles and cake toppers since they were one. I was so mad. It was not provided to us. We bought it. My kid picked her candle and cake. She asked me if she can play with her toy hello kitty that was on the cake. Well, we didn't get it back. I say pump it up is still one of the best place to have kids birthday party but maybe next time I'll go to some other pump it up. Or maybe ask for better attendants. Or maybe, just maybe those attendants need to be oriented that we customers can be picky and demanding, and that they need to pretend they are ok the whole time and wear a smile all the time. We celebrated our son's 8th birthday here. Staff was friendly except the supervisor. We bought the 25 kids party with 1 hour play time and 45 minutes party time. On the 1 hour playtime, they took 5 minutes for the safety video and 7 minutes for the transition between 2 play areas. We were upset with losing the play time and requested the supervisor not to use the paid play time for the safety video and transition. She didn't help and appeared rude.
