This trampoline park is delightful for youth. Didn't spot anyone elder out there bouncing around, but the younger folk, teens and below, clearly enjoyed it a great deal. The staff are only for entrance and payment on exit. The facility is clean and well kept. There are many trampolines with wood floors around them (much less concern for someone falling to injury). There are also several more difficult trampolines for the adventurous, like the ones at an angle on the far wall. One can race to those and then bounce through several trampolines to reach the last available. Several kids did exactly that. Also a dodge ball-style set of trampolines. There are more, yet I cannot recall their specifics. Parking is easy enough. It's got a large enclosed lot. Well worth bringing your young family and friends to enjoy! read more

I took my kids around thanksgiving to burn some energy. I purchased tickets and completed the waiver online; I'm glad I did. When we arrived at 10am, the line was out the door. On the whole, we had a positive experience at altitude. Some of it probably had to do with the fact that we went on a Monday afternoon and not a weekend so the place wasn't swamped. The trampolines and play areas are kept very clean with no debris or visible staining or wear. Things seem to be in good shape, and the facility didn't smell when I walked in, which is saying something. I appreciated the different duration options which ranged in price, and it didn't cost me anything to just supervise my child as he jumped. A couple areas of improvement... there was only one person working there that I could see. When I arrived, there were two or three other families ahead of me buying tickets, so it took quite a long time, probably close to 20 minutes, for us to stand there and wait to be helped. The gentleman was very kind and provided good customer service, but it was just him. It was really mostly noticeable because I had a very eager kid, jumping up and down next to me while we waited. The women's bathroom needs a little TLC as well. There was one stall out of order and another didn't have a lock on the door and another was out of toilet paper. read more

I hosted my daughter's 10th birthday party at this facility based on a coworker's positive recommendation. We booked the VIP package for a group of 15 guests, expecting an elevated experience. Unfortunately, the visit was extremely disappointing due to the facility's poor cleanliness and lack of available amenities. Upon arrival, the bathrooms were in unacceptable condition: a bloody maxi pad was on the floor, multiple toilets had smeared feces, and toilet paper was scattered everywhere. Children were entering the restroom in socks and then returning to the trampolines, tracking the mess throughout the facility. The staff appeared to be mostly teenagers. They were polite and our party host was friendly, but the overall support was minimal. Although our reservation was for 2.5 hours, we were reminded that our time was up--even though the five pizzas we ordered through the facility were not ready on time, delaying our ability to serve the kids. Despite their delay, we were still told we needed to wrap up our bill promptly. The VIP package was purchased specifically for the ICEEs, the free Mini Melt for the birthday child, and the included birthday gift. However, upon arrival, we were told to bring our own cake cutter because the facility was low on supplies. Shortly after, our host informed us that the ICEE machine had been broken for several days. We were offered ice cream or snacks instead, but even those options were extremely limited due to inventory shortages and we did not receive those due to the limited quantity of snacks, instead they got a small limited choice of soda due to majority of the soda being out too. Additionally, the Mini Melt for the birthday child was unavailable because they were out of stock. It is difficult to understand how the facility can charge premium prices for birthday packages, advertise certain amenities, and then fail to provide the items included in those packages. The "free gift" for the birthday child turned out to be a pair of socks--the same socks every guest receives--making the advertised bonus feel misleading. Overall, this was the worst birthday party experience I have encountered. The level of false advertising and lack of basic facility maintenance is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for specific package features that are not provided. read more

I see reviews about how people don't like it here, but you got to ask yourself... did you kids have fun? I look around and see nothing but smiling, laughing faces.. until it's time to go home , then those same faces turn to frowns. That's gotta say something! We bring our grand daughter here and she loves it. Tires her out and she always makes friends! We bought her a yearly membership, this way she can come whenever she wants. We took advantage of the MLK day deal advertised on the Altitude Omaha social media pages and headed here on a cold Sunday morning. We got there right when they opened, as well another party. The manager notified us he needed to pick up a staff member and they wouldn't open until 12. While we waited, it ended up only being 1135 when we got in line and by this time, a lot more folks showed up. Now, I am not a business owner, but I handle large crowds often. I would have encouraged everyone to get their waivers done while sitting on our hands for 35 mins. We had to get out of a long line to do waivers. The manager himself was not apologetic or gracious at all. He in fact was rather rude about honoring the 2 for $22 deal. Saying it wasn't supposed to be for Omaha, though all their Omaha social media pages promoted it. He honored the deal, but that left a terrible impression on me. Now all that to say, its a tramp park. It's very spacious. It's clean enough, but there were no staff members in the jumping area and I witnessed a terrible collision of two girls off the dive board into the pit. amongst other trampoline parks, this ranks on my least favorite. read more

The staff at the front desk behaved as if I was bothering them when I asked a simple question and even rolled their eyes at me. I jus called to inquire about my sons bday party fri.the person I spoke with was quick to offer a refund after me only askin simply for them to use my decorations that I'm tryin to provide. I don't understand y it's such a big deal for them to install my decorations instead of them using their own. This is a fine trampoline park, a little run down but reasonably priced. I will never be back, however, due to the heavily armed security guard milling around amongst the kids. He is there Friday, Saturday and Sundays only. I was told this was due to 2 mass shootings at the nearby mall a few years ago and some unruly parents. Do mass shootings only happen on weekends? Is this guy planning on shooting the unruly parents? After asking why he needs to patrol around the jumping area, I was told he interacts with the kids up there. What a s-show. First you wait in line for 15 minutes while one of six people behind the desk help you and the others just stand around. Then you go play only to have one of only two teenagers that are "supervising" 100 kids come over and say we have the wrong socks (sky zone orange socks). Back to wait and line and now all six people behind the desk are too busy to help (standing around doing nothing). Finally I got a "we will be right with you" from the big guy. When I told him we were told we couldn't play b/c we had the wrong socks he laughed and said of course those are a liability (money grab). Back to play finally with new socks that magically keep us safer. My head is on a swivel since the sock police is only focused and on catching bad socks and not my seven year old getting speared by 10 year old Goldberg. Other than that and 220 lb chaotic teenagers playing in the under 4ft kid area, a kid puking, and a few injuries witnessed, it was a blast. Service was 0/10, supervision -1/10 seriously two people for 100s of kids. No policing teenagers from destroying 4-8 year olds. I will never go here again. read more

We come here often and will definitely continue to because it provides a fun night full of active play for the kids. The thing that makes this a lower rating is the fact that the service is terrible. All of the employees are rude and show no kindness to the kids. Not one of them has been nice to us. Many of the men around the park yell at the children in hurtful tones. One man told my little brother to "shut up and listen or else I will call your momma and kick you out!" To me this is very disrespectful. Very unsafe and dirty. Rude staff and the place smells like weed. Equipment and padding is literally falling apart and filthy dirty. There are actual holes in the floor where a child's foot can fall in. Stains literally all over the trampolines are horrifying especially considering they don't allow food or drinks up there...so must be bodily fluids??!!! Barf? Pee? Blood? One can only imagine. "Safety" tape peeling off ladders and walkways. Carpet is shamefully disgusting and filthy. There's a bolt hanging off of a jumping platform. There's a trapeze thing with no worker so the kids were swinging around a giant dangerous hook to get the swing over to the platform. I saw more than one dirty band aid on the floor and there was garbage on tables in the seating area. Bathroom was an absolute nightmare. I'm really not sure how this place is still operating. I told the tatted up girl behind the counter that I had some concerns about safety and cleanliness. She was super dismissive and very rude so I told her I wanted to talk to a manager. at the end of the day my kid enjoys this park and the monthly $16 is a hard to beat price for 2 hours of jumping a day. i will say front desk staff is always the same and he seems to hate his job. when signing up for the membership he didn't care to answer any of my questions but he got us what we needed to get on the trampolines. check in is easy now that we've been through the initial set up. i refuse to go inside if there's any school buses parked outside because the staff can't handle that many kids and the teachers/chauffeurs don't care either but other than that it's alright read more

I have been to a few jump parks out of state but this one was quite disappointing. We were offered a "Sunday Funday" deal for $65 which included unlimited jumping and a large pizza for a group of 4 people. Little did we know that when it came time for us to order pizza we were told by staff that the machine was broken and that they are only making pizzas for large parties. To compensate for the pizza they gave our group large ICEE's that would only cost $3. We didn't stay much longer because of the disappointing service. Very disappointed stopped here before our flight out of Omaha and they would not let us watch our children in the trampoline area on the carpet without buying their socks "due to safety" so you have to buy their socks to watch our children on the carpet area for safety reasons. The workers were all rude including the manager. There is also a sign saying you can't just drop your kids off and leave but you can't see your children if they are ok or not unless you buy their socks to go on their carpet to watch your children on the trampolines so it's just like dropping them off and not being able to see them anyways! We just had our 3 year old daughter's birthday party here. She and her friends had the best time. The staff was attentive to our every request and made themselves available to make sure we had everything we needed. We forgot several items like a knife to cut the cake, forks plates etc.. The kids area for jumping was monitored closely by "lifeguards" who were very pleasant and even helped my mom get out of the foam pit when she got stuck. Worth every penny! read more

We came here for a birthday and scheduled for 5 PM. When we arrived they only have one computer to sign waivers in there were no socks available for larger sizes (they let everyone wear their own) and they gave us one table for 11 kids and their parents. We had to ask to be moved to one of their pens where you have 3 picnic tables instead. By 6:30 pm the pizzas we had ordered days in advance had not arrived and the manager had to go and fetch them himself. It wasn't just our party but there were at least two other parties in the same pizza delay situation. Adults are not included in the price of your bounce party and they charge you $20 each. Come here if you want to be racially profiled. My child was playing and I walked up the stairs TEMPORARILY to see what he was doing. Immediately, two of the staff members were on me. One said it was "okay" if I was up there but there's no food or drink allowed. I had a water bottle in my hand. Fast forward five minutes later, that same person came up to me as I was sitting down, minding my own business, and stated I can't be there because I don't have the "required" socks. I was only sitting there for a few minutes because I was trying to handle something. So my child observed what was going on and wanted to leave. So I asked for my money back. The staff were racially profiling me. Want another example? There's a man of another race without the required socks. He had on Reebok socks specifically and he was playing and everything. No one said ANYTHING to him. Racial profiling at its finest. And what's even more disturbing is that I requested to have a refund since I was going to be treated in that manner. The manager who is of the other race was going to refund me but then you have a BRAINWASHED person of the same race as me negate my experience and tried to deny me a refund. You can't make this stuff up. Wow! So ultimately there was 20 minutes left on the clock for my child and I had to tell her over and over that I want my money back for the unused portion although it should be for the total charge since I was racially profiled. But I will take that up with corporate. I told them to stop racially profiling and the same lady stated it's also my fault for letting that happen. Like I said, you can't make this stuff up. A woman empowering anti-black racism. Wow! But yeah, this happened. Because of the clown show that occurred, they will never receive my business again. Socks were also included. Owner couldn't have been nicer. He was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make us happy. He gave us a lot of extras that weren't included in the base price that he didn't charge us for. Customers were coming in and a bday party came early. He sent everyone away or made them wait to jump until 12 when our party was up. I've had run ins with the owner before and he's always been super polite and accommodating to us. I'd highly recommend.
