I mention that to emphasize: this was our FAVORITE one. Ages of our kiddos - 6, 5, 1. It had something for all three of them to enjoy, but the environment for the parents was the WINNING spectacle for me. You shouldn't expect this to be a spontaneous drop-in, because they do abide by 2-hour play sessions, booked ahead of time... but it is so worth it. The 'crowd' was so manageable - way less chaotic and loud and rambunctious and overstuffed than another play cafe in town. The noises are buffered well by all the soft surfaces, and they had little nursing corners for new mamas and plenty of space for parents to sit and work/chat outside the play space, and IN it if you wanted. The thing that REALLY sold me here was the staff and hospitality. An hour into the play time, one of the young women running the desk actually joined the bigger kids and played alongside them. At some point, a kid fell and bumped his head, and she immediately went and grabbed an ice pack without prompting. They also have a stash of wipes/pull ups/diapers/cream etc just in case you run out while you're on site. Now that is just plain genius. We will happily return. Job well done!

Just a heads-up: you won't start the course until your scheduled time. First, you get harnessed up and then watch a short safety video. To be honest, it felt a little overwhelming at first. After the video, the staff takes you to a practice area where they show you how to clip on and off correctly before sending you out to the main deck to choose your course. We started with the zip line course, which included eight zip lines. It was a little intimidating at first, making sure we knew exactly how to clip on and off, but after about 20 minutes we felt much more comfortable and confident. During our visit, we completed three courses and even repeated the zip line course because we enjoyed it so much. You get three hours to do as many courses as you'd like. Some of the obstacles were a bit challenging, but overall it was a fun and exciting experience--though definitely tiring! My daughter had a blast. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!

Axe throwing was always something that my wife and I wanted to do, so we finally got to do it on a…read moredate night a few months back. One important thing to note is that you have to schedule your throwing time beforehand on their website. At the time, they supposedly did not accept walk-ins, but I do not know if that has or will change. Also, closed-toe shoes are required, so leave the sandals at home! The building itself is pretty basic and not a lot of decorating flare (which is fine, because I am here to throw axes). When you arrive, you have to sign the waiver, you have an opportunity to buy food, drink,etc and then you wait for your time to come. Once it is your scheduled time, you are taken back to your lane, giving a demo and overview of the various games and operating rules. After that, you are on your own but our guide was nearby most of the night if we had questions. He was able to answer questions and take food/drink orders. For the menu, they had popcorn and other small snack menu and a selection of canned beers, seltzers, and ciders. Prices were reasonable for the items my wife and I purchased. For the axe-throwing itself, you can reserve by the hour or lane. One hour is $20 per person or $35 for two hours (6 people per lane, includes training prior to starting). You can also rent two lanes for an hour for $200 (up to 12 people) or two hours for $350. There are a variety of games, including a traditional target, a Connect 4 style game, 21, a matching game, and more! Players are given clever names such as "Pain in the Axe" and "Axe Hole". You can also choose to use an axe or throwing star for additional fun or challenge. It's actually a bit more tiring than it seems. The atmosphere was very welcoming and there were plenty of bathrooms and they were clean and had all supplies stocked. There is a tv that you can watch some low quality cameras of the gym. 9 camera screens on maybe a 40" TV. There are so many classes going on at the same time and there are areas of the gym that have no viewing windows. Not enough seating for parents. Staff is pretty rude up front. Teachers aren't consistent and don't pay any individual attention. I'm watching my sons coach teach him how to cartwheel wrong. She is literally showing him to step with the wrong foot first for the direction he's turning. I cancelled my membership today as I cannot stand another month here. Might as well try out the gymnastics at the YMCA. Even if it's bad there also it'll be $60 cheaper a month. Oh and class was just let out 10 minutes early?

I came up to visit Omaha for a week with my best friend, and we love doing escape rooms. We've done…read morequite a few escape rooms here in Omaha, but I have to say, this is one of my favorites. We did Blackbeard's Treasure, and the three of us, my best friend, her husband, and myself were pirates who decided to raid Blackbeard's treasure while he was off doing whatever pirates do. The thing is...we only had an hour before the captain himself came back. This was a challenging room with tons of puzzles to solve. The clues were just challenging enough that we needed to use a few hints, but they weren't so hard that we felt defeated. When we needed clues, the game master was helpful, kind, and had such an awesome sense of humor. He was easy to talk to and approachable. He even showed us his other rooms! And we can't wait to come back and try out Moriarty's next time. If you're looking for a fun escape room that's challenging and run by a really friendly game master, you won't be disappointed!

The kids especially loved the monkey bars, rings, and slide. There were other little ones in there at the same time and there's plenty for little toddlers to do and climb on. We spent about 90 minutes there which flew by as I helped them along different activities. I love having a gym like this so close to us, and it offers different activities than other kids gyms in Omaha.
