Fun, clean, staff very friendly. My younger nephews had fun and I just want them happy

Visiting Salt Lake City from Reno, this trampoline park had the best prices. They had a family pack for four jumpers that included a bottle of water for $50. It included two hours of jump. That works out to about $6.25 per hour for each person. Definitely the best deal around. Including a bottle of water was a nice touch. The staff was friendly. Very helpful. There is lots of comfortable seating for parents to watch the kids. Just no. Adds with some other public areas, we noticed families ' Claiming' a couch by piling all their stuff on it and then going off to play. Price of the concessions are high, as you would expect for any place like the skating rink or theater. But again the junk prices are very family friendly. read more

A very fun and unique place to take the kids! The children love it and it's great to wear them out for a nap! Haha! I do think the prices are a little high for children and the experience of just jumping but they really enjoyed it. They also have food and snacks. I only purchased chips and water and the prices for this was reasonable. The workers are a bunch of younger adults or teenagers making sure people follow the rules which is fine but occasionally means lack of customer service. read more

It's a fun place and the Junior jumper weekday pass makes it a great price in comparison to other trampoline parks. The staff are all teens but very friendly and trained well. They seem to enjoy their job and know what they're doing. My one complaint is the day camps that they host. It is a fun experience until these HUGE groups of Club U summer camps come in for field trips. Think adding approximately 50-70 hyper daycare kids all at once to an enclosed space. Once they show up we have to leave because you can't even hear yourself talk and they completely overrun the place. Other than days when day camps come, we love coming here. I have been to this trampoline park twice. The first time it wasn't too busy and everything went really smoothly. We came for toddler time and bought the socks which felt like a very reasonable price for my toddler to play and get tired. Toddler time is from 10am-1pm. The first time we went including socks was less than $10. The second time I took my sister and brother in law. They needed socks, but were there to do toddler time with my son and somehow our total added up to $51.... I was curious to see an itemized receipt so I asked and was directed to speak with a manager who solved it by putting the differential amount on a gift card. I hope I can be able to use up the gift card. Anyway, it was very busy likely due to it being winter break and kids being out of school. There are lots of areas to jump. The little 'slide' was closed, but there wasn't a clear reason as to why. The main floor has two long trampolines and the rest of the floor is separated into small one-person jumping squares. There is a ninja course which looks cool and it much more difficult than I imagined. I don't know how exactly how to describe the floor area, but it is based of weight distribution. When my toddler stepped on it he was fine, but when I stepped on it, I sunk straight to the bottom haha. The edges can be a little sketchy for the smaller kids, but for the most part pretty fun for them too. There is a dodgeball area, a set of extra bouncy trampolines, there is a little area that has a light game where you touch the lights to earn points. You can play by yourself or against someone. There is a balancing beam with foam pads to try and knock one another off. There are a few activities I believe you have to pay extra for like a rock climbing wall, another moving climbing apparatus, and an area where a foam arm rotated around and you have to avoid/jump over it as to not get knocked over. There is a little toddler area specifically for small kids that resembles a play place at a restaurant, but I haven't been in to check it out. There are a few arcade games as well and the massage chairs where you can pay for them to work. We will be back to use our gift card, but after my son ages out of toddler time it would probably have to be more of a once in a while activity. read more

The new Altitude Trampoline Park in West Jordan is TOTALLY AWESOME! This evening was our first visit and we absolutely loved it. My four year old son and I played for two hours and I literally had to drag him away because he didn't want to stop playing. We frequent the other indoor playgrounds in Salt Lake, including The Wairhouse Trampoline Park and Obstacle Warrior Kids, and Altitude Trampoline Park is our new favorite! With over 35,000 square feet, Altitude Trampoline Park includes a wide variety of obstacles and play areas, including several trampoline areas, a ninja course, climbing obstacles, a fun "Reaction Wall" interactive game, dodge ball, and much more. There are obstacles for kids of all ages and even an area specifically for the little ones. They also have a large upstairs area for parties and private event rooms too. Altitude would be an awesome place for a children's party. Altitude Trampoline Park opened only two weeks ago and its clean and well-maintained. They clean the obstacles and play areas and vacuum every night. The employees I talked with said they loved working there. They told me the guests are always happy and have a great time which makes their jobs fun. Winter can be a tough time with restless children since it's often too cold to play outside. It's wonderful to have a new indoor playground to visit. We loved playing at Altitude Trampoline Park and will absolutely be visiting again. Thank you! read more

This place was extremely packed and crowded during Covid. Masks on and off the jumping court was not enforced. Customer service is poor. Very unorganized. I had a party here for my kids and not once did the person assigned to us check in or bring the items required on our package deal. Expensive and not worth it! read more

Absolutely disappointed and upset with this place... what a ripped off, I walk in with my daughter so she can jump for an hour the guy told me do you have the pair off socks I told him yes. He told me its gotta be socks from altitude no from other brand I was like what are you kidding me right he said nope... I show him the none slippery sock he said no you can't use that... I told him I can believe it how much are the socks 3 dollars... this is totally unacceptable .i. I will spread the word about this and you lost a customer. We had my sons 5th birthday on 11/27/2022. We had nothing put a positive experience. From the moment we arrived to set up the staff was super helpful and nice. The location is clean and bright! We've been to other trampoline parks and this one is by far the best ! The Manager Rich was also amazing ! Supper helpful and attentive made my sons birthday so much more special! While my kids give it 10 stars, I've been quietly enjoying this' kid dig' for a few years now. Whoever owns this place must pay a fortune on upkeep alone as I've seen most of it get replaced or upgraded. On top, they always seem to add something new every year. I've only seen one serious social situation spring up involving a ball too the face. The parents where a bit upset. Manager was on it Quick with a firm yet preventive teacher approach, both parents were satisfied with the managers handling of this. read more

When we arrived I was asked if we had grip socks, which we did, altitude jump socks was not specified. The kids had better jump socks on (more grip) but were forced to buy their socks because "insurance" requires them to money grab everyone that walks in and buy their not so grippy grip socks. This place is way overpriced for what it is. Additionally, I wasn't able to watch my kid without buying their socks even though I wasn't jumping but apparently my kid getting lost in Altitude on their own is not against their "insurance" policy. Really disappointed with this place. Will stick to Get Air from now on. read more

This place is ran by teenagers that don't want to do their job. 1/3 of the attractions are closed off, we asked an employee and they said talk to the front so we did and they said they are understaffed so they can't open any. That would have been fine except there were 4 employees just standing behind the desk talking for the next hour. For the price it is NOT worth it if half is closed off. read more

Pricing is outrageous! You have to buy their socks, even as a spectator!! I just wanted to be able to watch my kid and I was told I had to buy socks in order to see him. After, I already had to buy him 'special' socks, they also expected me to. I gave 2 stars simply because the place didn't smell like sweat, and I liked that. We felt like it was almost impossible to play with all the staff and rules and warnings. The equipment is great, but it is very much overshadowed by the constant overshadowing of the staff and their demands to "get down", "not there", "come back", "do it this way", etc etc. So, after only a few minutes we packed up and headed out. I understand as a new business that they want to make sure everyone is safe and that there is reduced risk of injury or harm but it seems that this is overkill. Hopefully they will get the bugs out and find a happy medium between having fun, and enforcing each and every rule. read more

This place is located in Jordan landing near the theater. We were so excited to get a trampoline place near our house. The place is clean, everything is nice and new and inviting. Side note you do need to purchase $2.00 socks from them to jump. We also filled out the waver, online so made it easy for us to get in. There are many obstacles for different ages. The only downside was when my son got cut on both hands while doing the ninja course. No one ask how or where, he got cut. They kinda seemed like they didn't care to fix the issue. He wasnt the only who we saw got cut. There is a small concession for snacks, but not a whole lot of options yet. Seeing how they just had open a month ago. read more

Super fun! I had no idea what a great place this was, at the request of my nephew decided to try it out. We had a blast! My 1 year old stayed busy and entertained the entire hour, loved being thrown in the block pit, and roaming and falling on the trampolines, and I got to play too :) We will definitely be frequenting this place! For the price to get in though I would recommend getting a pass! Definitely sounds like more worthwhile than the 1 time fee. read more

I came here on a double double date If that's what you call it (there were 4 couples) and I had the time of my life! I was just expecting a bunch of trampolines and a bunch of kids running around but they had quite a bit to offer. There were obstacle courses, fun trampoline games, and those super fun gladiator balance beam games. We planned to come here for an hour and ended up staying for almost three. I come with my grandchildren quite often. They love it and I like it because it's clean and safe. The young people working here are polite they work hard to keep the place tidy and to supervise the children. There are a lot of activities for all levels and age , from toddlers to teens. My 2 kids (boy-12, girl-15) had been to another Trampoline park, and said that this one was better (cleaner, roomier, more features). We did the 2 hour package, my son stayed entertained but I think it was a bit long for my daughter, so we ended up just hanging out for part of it. There is a lot of good space for waiting, several comfortable chairs in the main area and steps you can go up and sit at a balcony. There was also seating on the main area where the trampolines are, and there was a sign that said you could only go up there with grippy socks, but I noticed that several parents (including myself) went up and watched and walked around the area with their kids and none of the staff complained, so that was nice as I didn't know how strict they would be about that. I asked my son what he would rate this and he said 4 1/2 stars, I asked why not 5 and he said because "he almost broke his neck, like twice, doing flips on the little nylon trampolines". That being said, he was not injured, and he says he was not cautious, but it might be worth noting to your adventurous kids that they might want to hold back a little and having them heed the safety video. They have special pricing on Tue so if you can do that day you will save yourself some money. read more

The website states they accept competitor coupons but this isn't always true. They wouldn't accept one on Groupon because it was "business specific", which is silly and defeats the purpose of accepting competitor coupons. It is a bit pricey and crowded but the facility is clean and the kids have fun. read more

This place is fun, clean and my kids have a blast every time they come. The staff is super kind and attentive. The last time we came, my daughter landed funny in one of the foam pits and said her legs hurt. They gave her an ice pack and even a slurpee to help her feel better. Best trampoline park that I've taken my kid to. Very clean, doesn't have that chemical smell or the BO/urine smell that similar places have. Lots of employees around to ensure the kids are safe. We have monthly memberships to Altitude. The park is a lot of fun, a lot of variety, but the bathrooms are disgusting!! I've never walked into their bathrooms without seeing toilet paper hanging out of toilets or dirty floors or stalls!! Makes you wonder how clean the rest of the park really is... read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT GO! My 9 year old daughter and her friend were dropped off here on New Year's Eve by her friend's dad. My daughter paid $14 of her own money to jump for 1 hour. They arrived at 3:30pm and this placed closed at 4pm. I called tonight asking if they would be willing to give my daughter a voucher for 30 minutes since she paid for an hour. The manager refused stating, ' if I did it for her, I would have to do it for everyone who asked'. I'm the only person who called to ask. We will not be returning. read more
