I have been to this trampoline park twice. The first time it wasn't too busy and everything went really smoothly. We came for toddler time and bought the socks which felt like a very reasonable price for my toddler to play and get tired. Toddler time is from 10am-1pm. The first time we went including socks was less than $10. The second time I took my sister and brother in law. They needed socks, but were there to do toddler time with my son and somehow our total added up to $51.... I was curious to see an itemized receipt so I asked and was directed to speak with a manager who solved it by putting the differential amount on a gift card. I hope I can be able to use up the gift card. Anyway, it was very busy likely due to it being winter break and kids being out of school. There are lots of areas to jump. The little 'slide' was closed, but there wasn't a clear reason as to why. The main floor has two long trampolines and the rest of the floor is separated into small one-person jumping squares. There is a ninja course which looks cool and it much more difficult than I imagined. I don't know how exactly how to describe the floor area, but it is based of weight distribution. When my toddler stepped on it he was fine, but when I stepped on it, I sunk straight to the bottom haha. The edges can be a little sketchy for the smaller kids, but for the most part pretty fun for them too. There is a dodgeball area, a set of extra bouncy trampolines, there is a little area that has a light game where you touch the lights to earn points. You can play by yourself or against someone. There is a balancing beam with foam pads to try and knock one another off. There are a few activities I believe you have to pay extra for like a rock climbing wall, another moving climbing apparatus, and an area where a foam arm rotated around and you have to avoid/jump over it as to not get knocked over. There is a little toddler area specifically for small kids that resembles a play place at a restaurant, but I haven't been in to check it out. There are a few arcade games as well and the massage chairs where you can pay for them to work. We will be back to use our gift card, but after my son ages out of toddler time it would probably have to be more of a once in a while activity.

My kids love this place!! We usually go during the day at toddler hour when it is much cheaper but anytime you go it is reasonably priced. My kids mostly like late night when the lights go out.

The new Altitude Trampoline Park in West Jordan is TOTALLY AWESOME! This evening was our first visit and we absolutely loved it. My four year old son and I played for two hours and I literally had to drag him away because he didn't want to stop playing. We frequent the other indoor playgrounds in Salt Lake, including The Wairhouse Trampoline Park and Obstacle Warrior Kids, and Altitude Trampoline Park is our new favorite! With over 35,000 square feet, Altitude Trampoline Park includes a wide variety of obstacles and play areas, including several trampoline areas, a ninja course, climbing obstacles, a fun "Reaction Wall" interactive game, dodge ball, and much more. There are obstacles for kids of all ages and even an area specifically for the little ones. They also have a large upstairs area for parties and private event rooms too. Altitude would be an awesome place for a children's party. Altitude Trampoline Park opened only two weeks ago and its clean and well-maintained. They clean the obstacles and play areas and vacuum every night. The employees I talked with said they loved working there. They told me the guests are always happy and have a great time which makes their jobs fun. Winter can be a tough time with restless children since it's often too cold to play outside. It's wonderful to have a new indoor playground to visit. We loved playing at Altitude Trampoline Park and will absolutely be visiting again. Thank you!

We had my sons 5th birthday on 11/27/2022. We had nothing put a positive experience. From the moment we arrived to set up the staff was super helpful and nice. The location is clean and bright! We've been to other trampoline parks and this one is by far the best ! The Manager Rich was also amazing ! Supper helpful and attentive made my sons birthday so much more special! If you are thinking of booking a party or just visiting for the day I 100% recommend! Thank you once again to the staff and the manager for such an amazing experience!

This place is located in Jordan landing near the theater. We were so excited to get a trampoline place near our house. The place is clean, everything is nice and new and inviting. Side note you do need to purchase $2.00 socks from them to jump. We also filled out the waver, online so made it easy for us to get in. There are many obstacles for different ages. The only downside was when my son got cut on both hands while doing the ninja course. No one ask how or where, he got cut. They kinda seemed like they didn't care to fix the issue. He wasnt the only who we saw got cut. There is a small concession for snacks, but not a whole lot of options yet. Seeing how they just had open a month ago.

Cute place, clean. Often busy. They have snacks available for purchase which is nice. A bit on the expensive side for a single pass.

We're Huggy's newest Homies!!…read more We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at Kids Empire yesterday and she hasn't stopped talking about it since! The entire experience was fantastic and so fun for both the kids and the adults. We chose the Kids Meal birthday package, which came with snacks, drinks, cake, and pizza -- all of which were surprisingly delicious! We were also able to bring a fruit and veggie tray, and additional cupcakes. Just a heads-up: the cake isn't personalized, so I recommend bringing your own cake topper. They did provide candles and a lighter though, which was so helpful for this last-minute mom! Our party included 10 adults and 11 kids (the package includes 10 kids and you just pay a little extra per additional child). Everything was well-organized, clean, bright, and full of energy. The decorations and balloons were already set up when we arrived -- such a relief not having to worry about that! A HUGE shoutout to our Party Host, Hero -- she was absolutely incredible! Kind, attentive, and so sweet with my birthday girl. She remembered little details about what my daughter liked and made her feel so special. Hero went above and beyond, and I will truly never forget her kindness and care. If you're looking for a fun, low-stress place to celebrate your kid's birthday, I can't recommend Kids Empire enough!

Absolute Chaos and a Total Waste of Money I rarely write…read morereviews, but our experience at Kidstopia was so profoundly disappointing that I feel obligated to warn other parents. We spent $400 for what was supposed to be a seamless, 2-hour birthday celebration, but instead, we received a masterclass in poor management and unprofessionalism. The "Welcome" from Hell We arrived with a party of 40 people for our 12:30 PM start time. Instead of being greeted, we were utterly ignored. Our entire group--including small children, elderly relatives, and guests carrying heavy gifts and cake--was forced to stand in a cramped lobby for 20 minutes. I repeatedly tried to get the attention of the staff, but I was blatantly dismissed. It was clear they were understaffed, but being treated as if we were invisible while we were paying customers is unacceptable. Stolen Time and Rushed Memories By the time they finally processed our waivers and let us into the room, it was nearly 1:00 PM. Despite the fact that the delay was entirely their fault, they gave us no grace period. We lost 25% of our paid time before we even stepped foot in the room. This meant the kids barely got to play before we had to rush through the actual "party" portion. To cap it off, at 2:30 PM sharp, they practically shoved us out the door, forcing us to scramble to pack up our belongings while they loomed over us. Inedible Food & Insulting Service The "amenities" were the most insulting part of the package: * The Food: When we opened the foil on the pizza, we were horrified to find completely raw dough. It wasn't just undercooked; it was liquid. When I pointed this out, the staff gave a half-hearted "I'm sorry" and blamed the business next door. No offer of a refund, no replacement, and zero accountability for serving a health hazard to a room full of children. * The Drinks: We were provided with cups and plates, but when I asked what was available to drink, I was told to go use the drinking fountain. For $400, I expected at least a pitcher of water or juice, not a "DIY" trip to a hallway bubbler. Final Verdict: Save Your Sanity This wasn't just a "bad day" for a business; it was a complete "rip-off." From the health code violation of the raw pizza to the blatant disrespect from the staff, Kidstopia failed on every single level. If you want your child to have a special day where they feel celebrated rather than rushed and ignored, do not book here. You are better off hosting a party in a public park--at least there, the service couldn't be any worse than this.

The play space is HUGE and has such an awesome variety of toys. My baby had a total blast and if it weren't for nap schedules we would have stayed all day. I brought my 1 year old because I wasn't sure of the age range. It's definitely perfect for ages 3 and under, but next time I plan to bring my 5 year old, I think she will love it. Older more rambunctious kids might not do great since it really is set up for toy play, not for running around, although there is one small climbing structure. I got an iced chai and it was great. The food I saw other people get smelled good. When we first arrived I was a little unsure how it worked but the lady running the place was so nice and helpful getting us squared away.
