In a nutshell- this place feels incredibly uncared for but kids absolutely love it. We had fun at the party we attended but It was hard to keep track of my kids even at a small private party. If you are worried about even the appearance of cleanliness this is not a place for you. I appreciated that they had wipes and sanitizer but the space is a warehouse full of small child touched outdated equipment. Filthy. It is the kind of thing that feels like someone's single uncle put together. The longer we stayed the weirder it all seemed. Not a good place for kids under 3. Pros: virtually no setup for myself other than the extra decorations we brought. The bounce floor was cool and the kids really liked the wind thing. So so: I asked for balloons and table covers, they said yes to the colors I had asked for in the email, but they were the wrong colors when we showed up. Cons: They closed the top portion of the venue off because it was a smaller party. I thought I was paying for the entire venue at the price point, it didn't say anything about the top portion being unavailable for smaller parties. Just an additional charge for larger parties. This place was SO HOT the entire party, I was drenched in sweat (look @ photo) and was bright red and I wasn't even playing! All the kids were absolutely dying of heat and kept coming back over for ice to ice themselves down. The two people working said the air wasn't working the night before and had barely got them working. Having it outside would have been cooler which is ironic because it was in July, that's why we picked an inside venue! My cousin tried to take a balloon home for his daughter at the end of the party and the one worker told him he couldn't take it. Considering I spent $300 on the party for a few hours, the services were definitely bad. You could have emailed me about the air going out so I could have brought my own options to address the issue, you could have done something better to mitigate the issue before we got there, possibly even discounted the party or let a three year old take home ONE balloon! Would I book here again? No. My daughter agrees. I'm thinking I got them on a bad day, but spending $300 on a bad day is a lot and not worth it to me to try again. read more

Great place for a kiddos party as you can rent out the entire facility. The owner is easy to work with and the kids love love love it here. You only have 5 minutes before your party to set up so if you have s ton of decorations/ food/ prep- you will be doing it as your guests all arrive. Would be fantastic to have more time for that but otherwise its a simple and easy experience when having a party for your kiddos. read more

My kids love this place! Shoot I do too! It's so nice to find a bounce house place that lets the parents play too! The prices are amazing and we really love it. Anytime we are bored at home we just head that way and know we're gonna have a blast. The staff is very nice! They have snacks and beverages you can purchase as well as water and tea for free. They offer parties in two options one where you can rent out the loft area and jump with other guests and the other where you can rent out the whole building and have your own private party. My youngest daughters birthday is in November and I bet you can guess what we're thinking of doing. They also have passes where you pay one price and go as many times as you like in the month. Since my girls are pretty little we just pay per visit. But it would be a great investment for bigger kids as an after school place to go to get some energy out. This is a super fun place for kids! I like how it's more wide open so you can see the kids better. The only issue is the hours for open jump aren't available on weekends. I had my first bouncy house extravaganza at Jump Around Utah just this last week. I had no idea this kind of place existed, and we will definitely be back. My 2 year really thought it was terrific. As the other reviews note, this place is pretty parent friendly. You can choose to jump around with your kid (at no cost, personally I got quite a work-out that way) OR you can choose to sit and surf the net or read while watching them (I envied the relaxed looks on many of those parents' faces.) They are even friendly if you forget socks. My guest didn't have any since I forgot to tell her. I expected them to sell some ugly white socks, and was totally happy with the cute purple striped ones we got for a buck. I was a little leery of the non-bouncy play structure, since it looks a little experimental in its design. But I went up to the third level to help my son with something and realized it is basically fine. read more

Their hours are a little confusing (check their Facebook page before going because apparently they post the schedule there daily and they frequently close for private events), but if you can catch them open, your kids will have a blast. They have a huge play structure, several big bouncy houses and slides, and a gigantic trampoline-like pillow in the middle of the room. It's a great place to burn off some energy! Parents, know up front that the place is LOUD and a bit hot in the summer (bring water bottles). Also, if you have small children, like toddler aged, you may want to stay close to them. The bigger kids play hard, and toddlers can get knocked over pretty easily. During our visit, I watched three or four little ones who were unattended get hurt. Sorry moms, but this is just not a place where you can turn a 20 month old loose. That said, for preschoolers and up, this place is fantastic. Kids love these kinds of places! I'm sitting here watching all these kids while I draft this review and I'm wondering WHERE these kids get all this ENERGY!!! But that's neither here nor there. This place is for the north end of the valley what Bouncin' Off the Walls is for the south end of the valley. Big bounce houses and slides and a non-inflatable playground area. One big edge this place has is more consideration for the adults. More seating, free wifi, televisions. Another benefit is more open bounce days. I think BOTW only has one open bounce day/week. This place has an ever-changing open bounce schedule based on party reservations, so check online before you come. The guy working here (who seems like he's probably the owner) has been way cool. Very simple Groupon redemption, quick liabily waiver form, and he quickly made us all feel right at home and free to go have fun. He's being nice to the kids, passing out band-aids when needed, hawking (reasonably priced) snacks and doing it all with a big smile. I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

First impression, I'm not gonna lie. I was a little skeeved out by the dingy look. I kept imaging all the dirty children hands and feet that have to cubed every surface of this place. They have hand sanitizer and wipes available, phew. As a mom, I know how hard it is to clean those foam mats, so I let it slide. Our toddler had a blast here. Some of the things are a bit too hard for an 18 month old to climb up, and even harder for a full grown adult to shimmy in and out of, but he was entertained completely. Prices are pretty prohibitive if you have a lot of kids over 3 years old. For our little 1 year old it was only $2 and parents play free. But our older kids would have been $10 each. It was for sure worth the $2, and at least one of my olders would go bonkers for this place and would be worth paying $10 for but not the eye rolling Tweens and teens. read more

We were in town visiting friends and family. We have something similar in Atlanta called Catch Air. Thought it would be a fun time. Although my kid had fun, as a parent, this place was sketchy at best. The equipment was horrifically filthy, and dangerously illmaintained. The jungle jim was falling apart, held together by zip ties upon other zip ties, literally, and unsafe for kids. Lots of sharp edges and loose connections. I was climbing around with my kid in the jungle jim and came across several dangerous situations with the equipment. On another note, and not the fault of this establishment, but the kids and parents that were at this facility the day we went were extremely rude, disrespectful, crappy at best. My 2 1/2 yr was getting pushed aside by the bigger kids all while the parents watched or didn't watch as was more often the case. Will never return to this location. Dangerous and filthy dirty. read more

For all intensive purposes, this place is fun and kids really enjoy themselves. Is it perfect, no, but it get's the job done. I want to start with the owner, this guy is great! Very welcoming, friendly, and goes out of his way to make sure every customer and their child is taken care of. Free coffee, water, and tea for adults and they have free wifi. They also have snacks and juice for the kids, I believe they offer hot dogs and burgers as well. If you and your family are on the more healthy end of the spectrum, they don't have any options so I would suggest you bring your own snacks/food to suffice. The price is very reasonable and nice as well, he doesn't hit your wallet and gauge you for every dime. It is a great deal in terms of what you get. Now, to the inflatables and the structures. Like other parents/people have said in there reviews, some of the inflatables have rips in them. The play structure with slides/obstacles, does have foam coming off and zip-ties that are undone. So yes, as a parent, I can see how that may be worrisome. But, it is not the end of the world. The warehouse feel/setting isn't too bad and the place actually looked better than I thought it would. Parking isn't too much of a hassle either, but it is in an industrial type setting (lot of big rigs along the road and neighboring businesses). I have been with my son twice now and he has a great time. I am 6'4 and 200lbs and I can fit in-n-out of everything and can go down all the inflatable slides. He loves it and we will definitely keep coming back when we have the time. If you're interested in letting your kid run around and let off some steam/energy, this is a great option. Mixed. First, there's a wide variety of play structures and the giant bounce pad in the middle is fun. Kids two and under will probably be a bit over-whelmed, but for kids 3-12 there's a lot to do here. My 4 year old played for two hours and couldn't get enough. The equipment is pretty run-down and there are more than a few safety concerns here. For one, the power cords for some bounce houses are plugged into the wall in easily accessible places. On my visit, a curious two-year old gave the cord a good tug but was stopped just in time by their mother. My concern would be a bounce-house deflating with a bunch of kids trapped inside. There's also a ton of places where safety padding is ripped off or peeling, gaps of a couple inches where little wrists and ankles could get stuck, and plenty of tiny holes in the bounce structures meaning the equipment can't operate to spec. One bounce house featured a network of criss-crossing straps the kids were supposed to climb to the top. The lower rung was mostly torn out however, so straps just dangled uselessly. A couple big ropes were strung up as a DIY fix, but they were almost useless. The net result was a whole bunch of kids bottle-necking at the bottom, trying to climb up a broken set of straps, while bigger kids could manage to grab higher straps and hopefully not fall on their clustered colleagues below. With all that said, safety issues are inherent with this kind of play and your kid is more likely to be injured the old fashioned way by running into other kids, trips and falls etc. Still, exercise caution and keep an eye of the little ones. The general feel is grimey, but it's well-set grime that doesn't seem to rub off. The location is a warehouse set among other warehouses so that's the basic feeling. A bit sketchy and depressing. When I was there, one of the few remaining parking spots was occupied by an abandoned mattress. It's loud inside. My sound meter app averaged it out to 78 decibels. OSHA discourages prolonged exposure to anything greater than 85, so it's within the realm of reason but may induce headaches. It makes sense when you consider the warehouse structure, maybe a half dozen or more motors powering the bounce structures, a giant fan moving air around, screaming kids and music going in the background. In any case, if you or your kids are sensitive to sound I'd encourage another option. My kid had a ton of fun and I actually had a good time myself for the most part. As a bigger adult, I could get up and around most structures easily enough and even did a lot of bouncing myself. Service was pretty bad however, and they pimp you for personal information such as a phone number just to get in the door (liability waiver). Given everything, I'd return for a birthday party but wouldn't for just my kids. read more

If I were to describe this place in one word it would be Clean. Whenever I go to places with blow up slides or hamster tubes I brace myself for a strong urine smell if I ever have to go inside. Place is not too bad for the kids entertainment. It just truly got hot in there and when it comes to throwing a party... owner/staff was pretty disrespectful. Kicking people out literally telling them to leave, move, get out because party was over when they were asking me to help pick up. Everything honestly was okay up to that point. I understand there are more party's afterwards ect, but I don't care what the excuse is. There's a way of talking to people especially if you want to work in an environment that is with people and that's not it. My friends and family felt disrespected. Not worth it. My son has autism, and he really enjoyed his first visit here when he was 3 years old. Fast forward 3 years later, we came for another fun day. After 10 minutes upon arrival, my son started to have a meltdown. He wasn't calming down, so we decided to leave. This place is super fun for kids! It also has the added bonus of being well-run and well-designed. The staff is always very friendly, and they do a great job of keeping the place clean. The space is designed so that parents can relax in an area with numerous chairs, tables and sofas, while easily seeing the whole play area. There is also free coffee (definite plus for me!), along with a variety of other cheap snacks and treats. This place is great for getting your kids' energy out, or for larger parties. They also sell a Bounce Pass, which makes each visit 50% cheaper. My only complaint is the limited hours and the fact that they aren't open on weekends. Otherwise, highly recommended! read more

Feels dirty and dusty. The man with a pony tail working the front desk is a prick. Rude customer service. I've been there a few times and no one is ever readily available to take my money. Also, I was there for an hour and when it was time to go, I put my shoes back on. My child ran away and jumped on the pillow top so without going on the pillow with my shoes, I was two feet onto the mat area and the pony guy yelled at me and said I can't be there with shoes. No duh. But maybe if he had a one year old that doesn't understand, he wouldn't be so harsh. I wasn't going to go on the pillow top and no where does it say no shoes in that area, just on the pillow. I was invited here for a 2yr old birthday party. I brought my 2 yr old and here is what we thought. As soon as you walk in the door the gentleman will have you sign a waiver. This always makes me nervous but I understand. And thankfully nobody in our group was seriously injured-. Just bumps and bruises is all we got. In the center of the room is a huge pillow bouncy thing. BE CAREFUL on the edges because its slippery and little ones have a hard time not bouncing off. Around the edges of the room are regular bounce houses I felt more comfortable with my 2yr old in. The best is the play area with areas for climbing and sliding. There is two green slides that shoot you down so make sure someone is there to catch the little ones or you might hear crying because this one is a fast slide! Overall we had a great time with the bouncy houses and play area. The worst part about this place is it could use a deep clean. I found crust something in a few places were my child touched- it was gross! One other thing to note if you have a infant the changing table is old and small. One of the mothers in our party went out to her car to change her baby because the changing table did not look safe. I would defiantly go here again with an older age group I am not sure 2yr olds really get the whole experience. read more

My kids love this place. It is filled with lots of bounce houses and a huge air pillow in the middle. It suites kids of all ages! They have free wifi and a great sitting area for parents. This place is very manageable. I feel very comfortable letting my kids run free because they are always in view. I try to show up right when they open because we usually have the place to ourselves for the first half hour or so. I would give them 5 stars if they would turn the air conditioning up a little higher. It gets very hot and sweaty in there. read more

We thought how we read the website we could bring a cake in for a party but apparently it's only if you book a party. I asked to talk with the manager. When I got on the phone with him he was automatically defensive and started getting loud very quickly. I asked why he was so angry and upset when I was just asking a question and he said I'm trying to leave on vacation and I'm getting this call and kept getting louder. I asked who was above him and he said he was the owner so... I said well that's sad because an owner should know better how too treat customers and his response is yeah that is sad. Nothing else. Kids party ruined because we can't take in treat bags or cake and told to go out in the cold and wind to eat it but already prepaid for passes for passes or we would have taken the whole party somewhere else. Great jump house for ages 1 to about 5. We really enjoy it because of its set up. Everything is right in front of you (playground, jump pillow, jump houses, etc...) so it's much easier to watch your kids on whatever they may be playing on. Prices are very affordable for snacks and drinks. We get their Bounce Pass, which saves us a ton of money for what we get out of going here. My kids absolutely love this is place & they're 1 & 3. Check out the Facebook page though, hours vary depending on private parties- definitely check them out if you have younger children. While it's a great way for kids to burn energy (kids liked the air pillow), this place needs a serious facelift. 2/4 bounce houses have rips or tears in places that effect the slide, therefore posing hazard to kids using it. The play structure is clearly old, it's rickety and loose in places and there are zip ties poking out EVERYWHERE. It's bizarre. And because of the location (a warehouse) it just feels dirty. The concrete and foam mats are all grey, there are popped balloons hanging from the ceiling, and everything has that "sticky McDonalds" grime stuck to it.
