My husband humored me by coming with me to Get Air so I could practice some crazy kicks in preparation for my black belt. We found a good deal online. The staff was nice and helpful, but there may have only been one person at the time. It was somewhat empty when we got there, but it got pretty busy shortly after... maybe a birthday party? It was hard to do much after a lot of the little kids got there, as they don't quite have the self-awareness for other people, and the possibility of injuring themselves or others. It just makes it a little more difficult as an adult to have to look after them, as well as yourself (as kids jumped into the foam pit even while I was still in there). I didn't know what to expect from this place but it was so cool! Probably a middle schooler's idea of heaven. I couldn't believe how gigantic it was and what a variety of set ups there were. I was a little jealous of the jumpers! I was nervous about it being toddler friendly (we have an almost 2 year old and were invited to a birthday party) but she loved the ball pit, the playground, and the smaller kid area. As others have noted, the employees were are amazing! I saw a young man who worked there spend 10 minutes searching the ball pit to find a lost toy - and he found it! What a hero! Another guy helped pose and photograph our very large group of many adults and hyper kids. He was really committed to it! I would definitely bring my toddler back here at a quieter time (we were there on a Saturday night and it was very loud and crazy, but great for older kids and teens). She would probably spend two hours in the ball pit if I let her. read more

Not only that, but it wasn't very crowded, all the equipment was very clean and fun to play on, the staff was professional, and (above all else) the birthday boys were spoiled here! Im in town visiting family and took my 6 kids ages 15-3 to work out their wiggles. The price was great, especially if you find their deals online. (TIP: sign the waiver online while you're at it!) I'm giving this place 3 stars because I do have some mixed feelings about it. On the one hand the staff were nice, however there were only 2 of them working and they stayed by the front registers. There was no one monitoring the ginormous play area whatsoever. (We were there for 2 hours from 2:30-4:30pm) This place is HUGE and has everything! It is so hard to find a place that entertains my children's wide age range. There are swings and slides and dodgeball courts and basketball type courts and giant inflatables and really fun indoor jungle gyms! Even a little "tot spot" for little jumpers to play in a safer area. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT, are these stupid "must pay" massage chairs they have! First they take up room that could be used for the NEEDED seating for parents but the absolute WORST thing, is if someone sits in these super comfy looking chairs without paying, an alarm type beeping sounds goes off! There are no signs so people just sat in them having no clue where the beeping is coming from! One guy had headphones in and sat there for a good 20 mins having no idea. The beeping is so loud and obnoxious you can hear it everywhere in this place. And again there are no signs to warn the innocent people who sit in them and the staff didn't seem to care to do anything about it. I listened to that incessant beeping for 90/120 mins we were there. These chairs HAVE to go! *massage chair rant over.* The place definitely could use a good scrubbing and some of the trampolines (specifically the ones behind the slides in the front) were worn through. My son got his foot caught on a 3 ft rip on one of those. There is some green turf on common walk ways that's been badly worn through and ready for replacement. The foam squares have been poorly mistreated. Most of them had initials carved into them but I only saw one that had a naughty word. All in all my kids had a good time and this place wore them out really well. The deal I found online made the 2 hours worth it to me. I hope they are able to polish this place up and get more staff at some point bc I think that's what's holding this place back. And please get rid of the massage chairs! There's no way those things can generate enough money to make it worth driving away paying patrons. read more

My 7 year old loves it here but I don't think younger than that belongs at get air. I would say fun for adults!! It's next to vasa on van winkle in Murray. Easy for me to get to from downtown and Olympus cove. So great location. Plenty of parking. Get air is a big space full of connecting trampolines, area for dodgeball, area for basketball, swings, and pits to jump in to. The staff are nice. You have to purchase their socks first time which is $3. An hour of jumping is $15 and time flys by. The place is clean. They throw parties providing pizza. Haven't tried it but I wouldn't expect much. Most vending machines are different but are out of order in which I'm thankful for because my kid will eat less junk food. I have been to several birthday parties recently at Get Air, and they seem to have it figured out. Saturday's are usually crazy here, but they have enough supervision so the kids can have fun and yet not get hurt. Be prepared before checking in for your party to complete a waiver. This will last a year but yes you will have to complete one every year. One plus is they do provide the sock requirement. I liked the fact the party rooms are big enough for kids and parents to hang out and enjoy pizza, cake, and other activities. The " private" room was shared, the number of plates (when they finally arrived) was wrong. No water only soft drinks available! If you care about your kids AVOID THIS PLACE. Absolutely no supervision from the 3 staff members on a busy Saturday. They stay at the front, no staff walking around supervising children. No area specifically for little jumpers as stated on the website.. I had older teenage boys knocking my two year old down. Only good thing is..No wrist band system, jump for however long you want no one will say anything. Because of the lack of supervision, my sister was bullied and harassed by a group of older boys. Had to get the staff to talk to them. The harassment continued they pushed my sister down and hurt her. Recorded her, made fun of her, barked at her, chased her around, called her multiple names. The boys still didn't get kicked out because of a "strike policy" so once my sister stood up for her self and hit the boys.. their parents showed up and called the cops. Good thing we had multiple videos of the harassment from these boys. What a fun Saturday. I had the honor of attending a children's birthday party here at the start of social distancing. The day we went it felt like my friend had reserved the entire facility to ourselves and maybe a few other people who were also VIP happened to be there at the same time. I have three kids, two are nine, and one was six that particular day. All three of them loved it. The foam pits the trampolines, the balancing stuff, and gladiator things. The private birthday room was nice, plenty of room for the group we had that day. Some of the more adventurous adults tried out some hips and hops, some flips and flops. Good times were had by all that day. The staff was friendly. One thing I want to call out. They have this candy machine at the entrance that looks incredible. It really was putting off some Willy Wonka vibes. Next time maybe I'll try it out. Pretty sure my kids all cried because I didn't try it out this last visit and of course I'm the worst dad in the world for not doing that. You don't wanna spoil your kids you know? They said "we can only turn it down a little bit." No change noticed in my decibel measuring app on my phone. 95 decibels consistently measured in popular course activity sections. Signed my kids up for a Summer camp and after two hours of "free time" my kids called and said there were no planned activities and wanted to come home. When my wife went to pick the kids up and talk to somewhere there about the issue, they admitted that they didn't plan anything and said they'd be better the next day. When we reached out to management about the issue, they were unwilling to give a refund or even apologize for a poorly run "camp." They even went as a far as blaming our kids for not wanting to do anything, when in reality, nothing had been planned. It was a very surprising response from the so-called management. So much fun! My kid loved this place. He saw it on YouTube with a family vlogs channel. So he picked it out, & he had a blast. There are jumpers/trampolines everywhere. It's so affordable too. I would suggest purchasing your tickets online they're slightly cheaper. Once we were done my son was so exhausted (and so was I) that he slept like a baby at home. If there was one complaint it would be that the specific day that we were there the vending machines did not have any water. Obviously that isn't an issue per say with the employees, or the company it's self as those usually tend to be filled up by a third party vender. Pretty good experience here, but I recognize I was lucky to be here when it was slower than usual... The place by itself is pretty damn awesome -- wall-to-wall trampolines, kids area, foam-block pits, ninja course, etc. Everything was kept very clean, and the the trampolines, pits, balls, etc. were in great condition. I do feel the kids area was a little lacking in variety, and a little more storage would probably be a must for the busier times. One thing I must also note is how high the price is. Kids are $8 for the first hour!? Cut it in half, and I feel like you're at a more accurate value. If my kids beg me to return here, I will, but until then I'll be looking for a place that has a bit more going on for the kiddos at a better bang-for-my-buck. read more

Came here with the fam really early to celebrate a birthday. We had the place to ourselves! Service was great, and there was always someone watching us and the kids to make sure no one got hurt. Great place for the kids! Fun and reasonable prices. However, bathrooms are very GROSS Need cleaned BADLY. Back splatter on every toilet, toilets spray up when you flush (water pressures need adjusted) garbage on floors, unflushed toilets- definitely need some attention because they are super unsanitary. Went to get air with a group of 12 teens (ages 12-14) that are currently housed in a homeless shelter. When we went to pay the extremely slow front desk attendant who, to be fair, was by himself at the front went to charge us he wouldn't allow us the student discount even though CLEARLY all the kids were in school.. he said he needed to see their skyward login or a student ID. So unwilling to help you'd think he works on commission. We were under the impression that get air closed at 10 tonight which was 100% our bad. So as we proceeded he told us with the time left they'd only jump for 20 minutes and again, we would not receive any sort of discount for that 20 minutes. Exact words were 'I fully support you paying $300 for 20 minutes though'. As soon as The kids heard that they went off and jumped for 3 whole minutes free while we figured out what was going on and then he was like hey so you have to get the kids rather than him doing it himself as it's his job.. We did. I take responsibility for showing up with 40 minutes to close as it was our misunderstanding. But to top it off as we were leaving he told us we could rent the place out for a few hours after close if we paid $500. Again these are kids experiencing HOMELESSNESS and we are working off a volunteer budget. Disgustingly out of touch. After we heard this we reminded the front desk person that they are experiencing homelessness and that it's not a possibility to pay that much with our budget.. all he did was look at us. I am SHOCKED. My family and I have been coming to Get Air for many years, and it is my first time going during the Covid-19 pandemic. The website advertises for reduced capacity, safe mesures, masks... I have never seen that many people in the space, there are NO employees watching what is happening beyond the cash register (there used to be at least a couple pre-pandemic). Masks are supposed to be mandated in the room, close to 75% of the clients don't wear any and no one says anything about it. There used to be a bracelet system to monitor how long people were staying for and allow for a turnover, there is nothing in place anymore, so that jumpers sty for much longer than they're supposed to and the place is way too crowded. This place needs to be reported to the health department. If nothing changes, it needs to be shut down. It is a hazard to ours and our children's safety. No wonder we can't get numbers to go down!! read more

A trampoline sport arena where there are spongy cube pits filled with huge blocks of foam fun. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER, obviously this is jumping on trampolines so, yes the possibility exists that you could get hurt. But you could get hurt crossing the street. Now that we have that unpleasantness out of the way... This is a great place, for young and young at heart to come and play. Trampolines cover the majority of the floor, so that you can bounce literally from one side of the building to the other. And if that isn't enough to keep you interested there are rope swings that seems you flying out over a bed of softness. Trampoline ramps to climb and slide down. Obstacle courses to challenge your athletic abilities. Rope net ladders to climb, flip over and manoeuvre through. There's also space made available specifically for little trampers to get their jump on as well. There's plenty of room for even large groups to bounce, jump and play to their hearts content. Birthday parties can be booked and rooms reserved for your celebrations as well. You also get to leave with a nifty pair of booties that everyone is required to wear inside the caged jumping arena. the place is good and fun. my disappointment is, that this was my first visit with my toddler. we wanted just to try it out for an hour. we got socks from there as well, and my total came up to 41.48$ and some discount was added and brought it down to 29.52$. i thought that was pretty expensive for an hour and just me and my toddler. i didnt check my receipt til i got home and low and behold I was being charged for 2 hours without my knowledge because we left after the 1hr was up.
