Charlie helped me test my battery and alternator since my car died on the way there and again when I parked. She is amazing and even told me to come back for a battery check after checking in with my mechanic. I came back to recycle my old alternator core with her and she again did an excellent and thorough job checking my engine. True quality service and I'll be coming back again!

They did a great job, and provided quality tires and professional service. At the time of the tire install, they informed me about needing new a lower control arm ball joint. I was already scheduled to take the truck to the dealership on Monday for an oil change, but instead of adding it to the list for the dealership, I entrusted the 610 team to do the job! Fast forward to Monday, oil change went well but the dealership informed me I needed a new ball joint?!?! You can imagine my surprise. I reached out to 610 but initially I told the dealership to proceed. Thankfully, they needed a specific wheel lock in order to remove the tires. That delay allowed me more time for processing all the details. I took an uber to 610 to retrieve the specific wheel lock. They gladly gave me several locks (they weren't quite sure which one was needed). That, to me, is another example of how they're willing to go over and beyond the call of duty. They even gifted me with a wheel lock once the correct lock was identified. The more I examined the imagines sent by the dealership, the more I noticed the pics only showed excessive lube around the joints. Thankfully, bringing the key to them, delayed the process of them conducting the work and allowed me the opportunity to witness for myself the tires being secure and having NO play/free movement. Needless to say, the dealerships assessment was incorrect. The mechanic was very apologetic in his error. New ball joint replacement was NOT needed. All an all, Im extremely pleased with 610's professionalism and attention to details. 610 will forever be my first stop for any of my tire needs. Support local businesses!

I pulled up to a bay to get air put in my tire because my pressure was low and was told by a employee who was standing there that they were closed and couldn't put air in my tire. I went across the street and they were closing but was able to put air in my tire which took about 2 minutes. I know I may need a tire but WIll not be purchasing it from Discount Tire at all

They sold my mom 4 new sensors, 2 tires(…read moreonly needed one) and sold her a rim for one of the tires that "needed to be replaced" with new lug nuts- No new lug nuts; AND an alignment which was not needed. Not even 24hrs later-one of the sensor(which was the job that she NEEDED) popped out on beltway 8 during rush hour traffic. And the car is not driving right. Spent over $1,000 for something that should have been less than $300.
