It's not going through the USPS or FedEx or any commercial delivery service It's personally delivered by an individual delivering directly to you. I switched to Alto Pharmacy this past summer because I kept seeing the ads pop up on my FB. I thought, "that's a service only people with good insurance can take part in." I was wrong! Switching over to Alto has been incredibly easy and I've only had to talk to someone on the phone maybe once or twice. A lot of legwork I can get done using the chat feature in the Alto app, which I prefer since I am always multitasking a lot of things. My prescriptions have been correct and delivered to my safe spot at my house. I get text updates when my prescription is on the way, as well as when they are nearing my house. I had a med that I had run out of and thought wasn't going to renew in time and I had a quick chat session with an Alto rep and they looked into the arrival time and it was far sooner than I expected. I was using Postal Prescription Service before (and Rite Aid and Safeway before that) and would have to call in to the automated voicemail to renew prescriptions. I really like how everything I need is in the app, which takes a lot of the guessing out of prescription fulfillment. It was also easy for my PCP to put in a prescription for a med I needed in the same day. She put it in and it was at my house by 9pm. I highly recommend Alto. They have managed to make it user-friendly and easy to access via the app. read more

Very sad and disappointed with my last delivery! They came in 36 min late ( at 9:36 pm) for my delivery time of 6-9 pm! Me prescription is as such that it needs to be refrigerated, and the prescription box was completely warm, inside the package, the ice packs were all melted! So as per my understanding in this scorching hot weather of Seattle of the day if the delivery (90 degrees) my medicine was compromised! Really looking for some answers here! read more

This company is the best thing that's happened in 2020. I had a huge dental procedure today and so I was sleeping when they attempted to deliver and I missed letting them into my building. I woke up to missed calls from them. I didn't even have to explain what happened, they just made sure that I had my prescription today so they have a courier deliver it right to me at my door! I'm like is this for real!!! They are seriously one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of doing business with.
