Get a professional to console and guide your clients through this difficult emotional and heartbreaking journey - it's a compassionate process, because it has an immense impact on our lives; one we will never forget. This happened a year ago. I recently lost my sweet girl - I considered capitulating to using your services again - after speaking and texting Sarah - I knew in my heart of hearts there was NO way I was going back there. If you decide to use this service INSIST on a tour - go into the back, look around, I guarantee it'll be an eye opening experience. I keep her cut simple and always like how she looks when done. The time it takes to get her groom is half the time then when I took her into the shop. This is great because she's my service dog. The groomer SHAVED my dog's beautiful long hair (she's a Goldendoodle). In some parts, down to the skin. She left my dogs tail long, but shaved the base and some of her tail so it looks ridiculous. The groomer also said that when my dog moved she accidentally cut her, and just snuggling with her today she yelped in pain from me touching her stomach. This is unacceptable from a groomer. Words can not express how awful my pup looks. Not to mention the mats still in her ears!!! Will never be using this service again. Even my neighbor was appalled when she came and saw what they did.
