I just need liter and he unlocked the door and brought me in and let me purchase my liter. I just think that was so nice he didn't have to do that he was allready locked up and out side of the store he could have walked to his car and drove away before I even got out of my car, however he told me he saw me pull up, so he basically waited to see if that's where I was headed. Sold me a fish earlier this year with epistylis which infected my tank and then died, later…read moreadmitting they were having an active epistylis outbreak (they accept fish from hobbyists but dont quarantine well I guess). Some time later, I special ordered a specific kind of fish, which came in after a long wait, only to have one of the fish deformed - not their fault, but weird kinda judgy vibes gotten from the employee that was helping me that day when I didn't end up wanting them. Placed another special order for the same kind of fish, hopefully not deformed this time, never heard back from them. Last encounter was maybe a month or two back, went in to look for another kind of fish and plants, and was met by a worker who seemed pretty uninterested in being there/helping me. Overall weird vibes here and it's always kind of gross/wet/filthy. I want to like and support the local fish store but honestly I've had better experiences at both pet quarters and petco by the mall (which is a pretty low bar).

I love getting my dog's birthday cookies here, as well as other snacks for him. Reasonably priced and they have a rewards program! Well worth it and Ann always has a smile on her face. She also takes donation of blankets and towels for a local dog fostering program. Check it out, definitely worth it!
