We really liked working with Wyatt to purchase our car. There was complete kindness and respect during conversation and price negotiating. Also, my husband and I were talked to equally about our car and not just my husband since he's a man. They were very honest about everything that could be an issue with the car we were interested in. Many things even small things were acknowledged to be done by the time we came back the next morning to finalize our purchase. I will never buy a car from them ever again! I went last Saturday to go and look at a 2015 Ford ecoboost mustang with my dad and the car was fantastic other than a back up camera was glitched up and the mirrors wouldn't go down but they said they would fix them free of charge. So I called the bank Monday and got preapproved for the loan at 4:34pm. My loan officer called Rick Mccrystal the salesman I was talking to he said that he would hold the vehicle for me for the following day. So I got there Tuesday morning at 9pm I talked to Rick a little, then he took me to Barry where I signed the papers for the mustang. I gave him my 4,000 that was going in the deal and the title to my other car. They asked if I had anything I needed out of the other car before I left in the mustang and I said yes " I have quite a bit " so they had me pull next to the mustang to transfer my items over just as I started to put my items In the mustang Rick comes out and says " hold on Cameron I think that car sold last night " so I wait a little and he comes back and says " yeah that car sold last night" so I had to go back in there and sign to void the contract that we just signed because they didn't know they already sold the car I had just bought. I hope I can save someone else the trouble of dealing with this excuse of a dealership! I've bought cars easier from used car lots than Alton Blakley Ford. read more

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 XLT with EcoBoost to haul a 35-foot, 9,000 pound toy hauler. I was amazed at the power output by the 3.5L engine. I just returned from a 1400-mile round trip towing the camper across hills and flat ground with strong (30+ mph) winds. The truck did extremely well and is very capable. This is my second F-150 from Alton Blakley Ford. Their staff has always been professional and helpful in my selection and purchase. Brian Roe and team came through again for me. Less than a year ago I bought my F250 from them. I walked away from that purchase a happy customer, all things considered. So, when it came time for me to let go of my large, expensive, over-priced, killer-awesome truck that was eating up all of my play money.. my 1st call was to my local Ford dealer 15 minutes away (who, by the way, was quite nice, and willing to be helpful, but, it just wasn't Brian and Alton Blakley!), and my second call was to Brian, who is 3 hours away! We found a vehicle online that would work for my financing and negative equity (totally my fault.. I HAD to have that F250, ya know), and within about 2 hours Brian, Dave, and Barry had worked out what I needed to within $25.00 a month payment amount, with a decent interest rate, and full approval from a reputable lender. They gave me a Very Fair trade in value for the truck I got from them last year, and dug deep to get discounts and rebates on the F150 I came home with on Friday. When I get the Super Duty Diesel bug again in a few years (and it'll happen!), they'll be my FIRST call. GREAT experience all around! read more

Chris Solomon may be new however he is a real stand up person, it is because of him that I closed the sale w Alton Blakely ! The negotiation process was as to be expected however after Chris going way out of his way to help me drop off my rental car I learned that the deal was not what I signed on for! This unfortunately is not the first time I bought a car and finance had unexpected difficulties delivering even after full credit check and approval, I was ready to wal even if without a car however Chris stood up and made it work and finance was at least then able to come much closer to what had been agreed upon! I love the car, I appreciate Chris tremendously and would recommend him and the car in a heart beat....see consumer reports and car and driver....way above Corolla and civic that I was comparing...and better price point if you do your homework!!!! read more

If there was 0 stars that's what I would give them. Dropped a key in the lake on Tuesday. Called Alton Blakley to find out what to do. Needed to tow vehicle to their lot so they can order a key. Towing, no problem. Problem was they told me key wouldn't be available until at least Friday. I live in Ohio so of course was not happy it would take 3 days (at least) to get a key. Took it to a lot in Ohio where they made a key in 30 minutes and I was good to go. RIDICULOUS that Alton was that slow or clueless that they needed 3 days. Would avoid them like crazy!!!!! read more

This place is a joke. Spoke with a guy named shaun the day before and a guy named Twig. Took a day off work to drive up there. The deal was we had two trade in's and the values were only a couple of hundred dollars off plus a little cash to boot on our end for their truck. Twig told me that we could get it worked out though once the vechiles were seen. Well that changed instantly as soon as we wasted our time drving up there. Walked in the dealership and sat down and he started to re do everything. Came back out and says im sorry I was farther off than I thought..... Well let me tell you how much he tried to screw us money wise. I had a 2014 Dodge charger NADA book vaule at 7500 in the worse condintion possible. I also had a 2010 Jeep Patriot 4x4. NADA value at 3000 in worse condition possible. Let me just say I was honest the jeep had some scratches and dents. the charger on the other hand was in damn good condition!!!!!! He offers 7500 for both vechiles and tries to get us for 10k cash on top of that for a truck that had several problems with it. they wouldn't even budge .1 cent off their price of the truck but made me an offer that was insulting and pretty much a slap in the face. Every other car dealership has offered me 9k for the charger alone. These people all they want to do is make it sound good on the phone to get you up their and try and get more money out of you so they can be greedy and make a bigger commission. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless your just looking to be ripped off or kicked in the ass on the way out of the door. I will say this though they do offer water and coloring books and try to be friendly but in all honesty $$$$$$$$ is what they are after!!!!!!!! read more

repairs... After four weeks of hell finally got my car back from alton blakely PLEASE do not take your care here! Trasmission messed up. First nothing wrong with it. Then when I couldn't drive off the lot. There was somthing wrong with it. Took a week to break down and dignose. Warranty denied it after wrong disnoses. I had to call the dealership and the warranty company myself alone to get taken care of. Then when it was approved last Friday it took til Tuesday after I called for them to order parts. Car finally was fixed this morning and they are billing the warranty company for the whole time they put me in a rental. So if I didn't fight my but off and my dealership, I would have be hit with the bill of 3k plus 800 for the rental. Please do not go here. By far the worse experience of my life. And it took me calling everyone and every thing. Everyday to get it done. And I was still treated like a criminal when I wanted my car back. read more
