He claimed to change a part and that it was fixed and never gave me the discount I was quoted and never gave me a receipt. He also claimed to only take money via zelle. I attempted to use dryer that night but it still did not work so I called them back to take another look at it the next day, they had to refund me for the 20% discount (only because I mentioned it) . The second repair man was EXTREMELY RUDE and stated that he was driving from the woodlands to Katy and they he was wasting his time coming out! he stated that i needed to have the lint cleaned out of duct behind dryer which they did not do. I called a separate air duct cleaning company to clean air duct out and the dryer STILL DOES HEAT! So that tells me I was scammed! I don't think the part was ever changed. He gave me a clear diagnosis and explained that the evaporator coils or air vents become blocked by a solid mass of ice, preventing cold air from circulating. He used a handheld steamer to quickly and safely melt away the ice blocking the evaporator coils and internal vents; however, it didn't work. He later instructed me to unplug the refrigerator, leave the doors open for 24 hours, then turn it back on the next day for 12 hours. I was happy to see my refrigerator fixed and cooling again.
