Seriously, if you live in Hanford or Lemoore make the drive out to Visalia and go here. So much better. Also, the plaza it's in is larger than some small countries and I spent 5 minutes driving around it to no avail. It's next to Best Buy. Easy-peasy.

    I am writing this to dispute AAA's claim that they are America's friend. I propose that they are…read morenothing but a friend but rather a money grabbing wealth sucking insurance agency that caters to their stockholders not to their clients. I will paint a picture of the fiends that they are. I had an incident, a water heater installed upon my house before I bought it. Yes, I should have taken all safe guards and removed it from the property knowing that it could fail in the forth coming years, but I was young. And apparently, stupid. AAA took advantage of my ignorance in many ways. There was an extreme rainstorm in Southern California, quite irregular, for I had lived in SC all my life since birth. The rain caused the water heater which functioned as a solar unit, to collapse into the master bedroom. Causing damage to the bed, dresser, rugs and other clothes storage units. The carpet was damaged from the rain as the roof was completely destroyed from the heater collapsing. I called a local roofing service repair contactor with a license and they performed service to mitigate the immediate damage. I paid out of my IRA drawing from painfully at a huge loss. I had to as my wife and I had nowhere to live at this time. In the end I spent $30,000 to fix the roof and remove the heater. I called AAA and tried to see what they could do to help us out. They said that it was our fault and that AAA was not liable and we were on our own. I would have to take them to small claims court to retrieve any hope of salvation, which would be $10,000, the limit for small court. So, in court AAA won, I and my wife lost, we got nothing. AAA walked away with a victory and two lost customers, do they care, no they don't, they want blood and money like Trump. Dump AAA like Israel, defund them. My father, who was a Purple Heart Veteran was a member. I will never recommend AAA to another ever.

    If there was a way to give zero stars, I would have done that…read more My mother-in-law spent a small fortune on a once-in-a-lifetime vacation for the whole extended family to go together to Hawaii. We asked the coordinator, Cecily, to help us get a block of rooms together, with connecting rooms so that parents could sleep in the room next to their children. We specifically selected a particular hotel during the planning process because, we were assured, we could get connecting rooms. My mother-in-law asked numerous times, starting several months in advance, if we should pay a deposit to secure our reservations. Cecily assured us that we did not have to do that until very late. When we arrived at the hotel, not only were there no connecting rooms for us, but the family was scattered throughout numerous floors of the tower furthest from the beach. Husbands and wives therefore had to sleep separately, so as not to leave their children sleeping unsupervised several doors or floors away. The members of the hotel staff were sympathetic, but explained that because we had not paid the deposit in a timely fashion, they could not honor our request. Our family spent a small fortune on this vacation, expecting to have a good experience. Because of the rank incompetence of our coordinator, who bears the entire responsibility for this fiasco, we could have gotten similar satisfaction and enjoyment by setting fire to a large pile of cash. Cecily gave us poor guidance that wasted our money and turned what should have been a beautiful, relaxing vacation into a stressful nightmare. Do not trust your vacation plans to her.

    We recently returned from an 11 day cruise of Canada and Florida. Our Cruise coordinator did a…read morehorrible job of taking care of our needs for the cruise from the room itself to the lack of excursions. She provided little communication prior and we haven't heard a word since we returned two weeks. Our dining room sitting was done without asking us if it was ok with us and we were placed at a small table by ourselves. Martha did not advise nor help our awareness of what was available. We did not know how agreeing to unassigned seating would have such a large impact on our experience. We were left to our own demise. Our Alaska experience with Wes was much different. What a shame!!!!!

    The Marriott showed out for our company Christmas party. Good drinks good food (steak was a little…read moretough) but they made up with the cheesecake... great night with the crew. After that we went upstairs to our room and watched a good movie...it was nice to be able to connect to our phone and listen to our movies and playlists. The bed was super comfy the display of the tv was really nice. I loved the long mirror as u entered the bathroom. It was very clean and quiet. And they had a trashcan with two sides one to recycle... I really appreciated that... Overall 10-10 for this hotel

    Severe Service Failure & Elite Benefit Retraction - Visalia Marriott…read moreAs a Platinum Elite member, I expect brand guarantees to be honored, or at the very least, handled with basic professional courtesy. This property failed on both counts. The Incident: On the evening of May 31, the night shift explicitly confirmed a 4:00 PM late checkout in writing. The following morning, front desk agent DD unilaterally retracted this confirmation. The Response: There was zero apology, no attempt at service recovery, and complete indifference--even when explicitly informed that breaking this commitment was actively disrupting my professional work. The Attitude: When I informed her that I would be escalating this breach of policy to corporate, she handed me the phone number with absolute flippancy. I have fully documented the written confirmation screenshot and have escalated this matter directly to Marriott Corporate Guest Relations and Executive Customer Care. Documentation is preserved and submitted. Local management needs to urgently review their frontline operational alignment and train their staff on how to handle hotel-inflicted errors without treating high-tier loyal guests with disdain. Recommendation: If you are an Elite member relying on guaranteed benefits for critical professional scheduling, be prepared for this property to arbitrarily violate them without warning or accountability.
