Right from the first moment on the phone I knew that Daryl and Rapid Restoration would be the company we would go with. He gave me a thorough education about the process and gave me helpful advice right from the first moment. His help over the phone was always clear and accurate. He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. And all the while, Daryl and Seth made sure that we had the documentation and backup necessary to communicate with our homeowners insurance company. With the mitigation done, the crew came back a few weeks later to actually do the repairs and get our floors back to the condition they were in before. This was equally impressive. My wife came home to find a crew of 3 not even looking at the damaged area, but going through my friends personal belongings in other rooms. Missing after they left was a wallet with credit cards and over $200 in loose change. I helped my neighbor often with his personal affairs and placed these items in a secured room. These 3 came out of that room and was nowhere near the space that needed cleaning. I'd call cops or press charges, but it isn't my space and his brother is too distraught to focus on it. It's a shame that a company such as this can't have any ethics when it comes to treating the deceased and their family with dignity and respect. Stay FAR away from these thieves!
