Mr. Wheeler took my call and listened to my situation, just when I thought all hope was lost, Mr Wheeler said he could do it, and fit me into his schedule that evening!! That speaks volumes to me as the big name companies refused even though they had crews in the area.. Don't be fooled by the one 5 star review!! Mr. Wheeler does very very good work, he got my carpets back looking like they did when we purchased our house. In fact, I was a bit skeptical till he and his son pulled out the same if not better machine than what the big name company had.
